Great selection of attractive donuts, twists, eclairs, maple bars, chocolate covered bars and apple fritters at a great value! I picked up a mixed dozen and my customer was really impressed with the taste and freshness. (well worth the cost of $10 bucks!) I was tempted to try one of those delicious looking fritters however I didn't yield as my bathroom scale has not been as friendly lately as the shopkeeper was! So the rumor is true. Terry's totally lived up to the hype. We have been visiting Klamath for 4 winters now. Never been lucky enough to taste their donuts until today. They almost always close before midday once they run out of donuts. Well, today my mom n law drove to town at 0830 just to get me a variety(14 to be exact) ....boom! My favorite so far is the apple fritter. It is huge, not too sweet, light and just delicious. Their cinnamom rolls were good too, not too heavy on cinnamon and sugar. Even the simplest sugar glazed was good. Nothing felt dense and heavy. Don't expect elaborate toppings. They serve old fashion donuts which I prefer. Definitely worth visiting. Don't go to Terry's Donuts as the donuts are not even good anymore plus they can't be trusted to be there when they say they are supposed to be. I will not be patronizing this establishment EVER again. If you are so uncaring of your patrons than you do not care enough to actually show up to open your business at your own posted hours than you do not deserve my money. Went in not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the donuts were. I had a maple barvarian cream donut. So fluffy and delicious. Cases were almost empty by the time I got there. That is a good sign that it is a popular joint. Forget those supermarket donuts and come experience real donuts. Will be back read more

Only 3 stars because we have to make such an effort to get there while Terry's is open. (FYI- they sell donuts to local convenience/gas station markets; so if you miss open hours try Gino's, or Jerry's, or the gas stations on Bein St... other convenience stores get Terry's donuts too, I'm just not totally familiar with the others.) Donut perfection. These are not your fancy shmancy bacon-maple-balsamic-reduction new fangled donuts, which certainly have their place in the donut line up. EVERYONE always gets excited, and thanks me because Terry's is just THAT good. Although the donuts are good, I cannot give more than one star for the simple fact that this place refuses to make enough donuts to warrant staying open past 8:30am. Many times when my husband would go by after getting off work at 8am Terry's would be closed. He tried 4 times one week. Nada. Months later he finally found them open and all they had left were a few fruit filled donuts so he purchased a couple of lemon filled ones. When I was eating mine I bit down on something hard and pulled a sharp plastic shard out of my mouth. I saved it and took it in the following day and the girl at the counter only said, "Oh, I know where this came from." No apology and no concern that it may have cut the inside of my mouth, which it didn't. Thank goodness. Needless to say, I have not returned as they apparently don't need my business. read more

Definitely up there with the best donuts I've had so far. I just love the buttermilk bars and the chocolate cream filled donut! The party donut here is just awesome. My only issue is that 9 times out of 10 they're out by 8 am with more people coming in behind me every time. In a sea of terribly boring donuts, there is Terry's. This place is great, I put it up there with Puck's in Ashland. I have also point out that, though it lacks the imagination of Voodoo, it is far superior as it is more traditional and that's just sort of what I look for in a donut shop. As usual I have a barometer for donut joints too and that is the old fashioned glazed cake - theirs is spectacular. I have had most of their selection and it's all amazing. Friendly staff. I consider myself a donut connoisseur, and had been looking for what seemed like AGES for a real donut shop here in town.. I actually drove by terry's many times but they were closed and I guess I drove by too late in the day because I actually started to think they were out of business. I finally drove by at the right time and they were open. Very good donuts, perfectly crispy, lots of frosting, very authentic donut shop donuts!! Having owned two donuts shops i fail to understand the business model Terry's has. I went into the business at 7:30 AM on a Friday morning recently I saw they had no donuts. They opened less than 2 hours prior to my going in. I'm not sure how this shop thinks having writing on the door, "open until we sell out" is a good model. It's abundantly apparent to me and others in the city this type of business strategy is wrong based on the comments I heard from others. Why would you only want to make a few dozen donuts each day and only be open for a couple hours. This such a dis-service to the community they serve. I would understand if they made 2500 to 3500 donuts daily like my shops did, but even then you just make more. Maybe they should sell to someone who knows the business, close the shop. I hope someone else opens a shop that understands, having a clean shop, and product to sell. Sorry K-Falls. You just never know who might be opening up a new shop in town soon. read more

Terry's Donuts Extremely disrespectful to disabled Vietnam Veteran and family. Disabled Vietnam Vet along with daughter had a very disrespectful visit when ordering donuts. Vet ordered 2 dozen donuts, to a specification of a variety. When he returned home it was not to that specification. Upon returning to Terrys donuts to ask for it to be fixed, he addressed in an extremely disrespectful inappropriate manner. I am proud to say he left the establishment, so as to not allow it to escalate; however without his donuts. Coming to me in severe anxiety and teary eyed. I then went to Terrys donuts knowing that sometimes perception is not always accurate for either side. Once walking into the door stating who I was, the lady (owner) instantly became aggressive, agitated, and extremely rude. I stated that he was a vet, and was expecting her attention long enough to get his donuts. Where as she had been flirting and chatting with the next customer rather then getting his order done first. She got very hostile with me, throwing donuts into a box. Along with stating that he made such a big deal over nothing. I told her again. Though he left, it was a big deal. He came in here expecting to get service and his order right. She then told me (the daughter) that if he was an assortment of donuts he has to state what he wants. (However prior orders he did not , the service was good and the assortment was excellent). She did not care he was a vet. That he was respectful, whereas she was quite rude. My final thought is "wow, he fought for our country, has life altering issues for doing so. And he gave you freedom so you can be rude, disrespectful and deny him any further service." Nice. I have bought donuts for years at Terry's, they are usually fresh and good, but they are almost always closed by 8 or 9am every day. This is the only traditional style donut shop in town. Other donut shops in other towns sometimes stay open 24 hours, making new donuts when they run out. This was the standard everywhere I lived until I moved here. Terry's stays open until they run out, which is always early. I would say the customer service is pretty good but part of that is providing the customer with the product. There is nothing more frustrating than getting ready early and driving across town to see a closed sign with an explanation that they ran out of product. I could understand running out once in a while, but not every day. Other towns I have lived in Post hours open and stick to them, when they run out, they make another batch. Besides being contrary to a good customer experience, they are missing out on sales that they could be getting. It's like they don't need the money or something.
