Not pictured was the breakfast croissant - 4 out of 5 overall from our visit earlier this week! I asked egg to be fried hard, which it wasn't quite there yet. Egg was not crisp and yolk was gummy. We were not aware avocado was added onto the sandwich, as the menu just listed all items in one sweep. We assumed it would be on the side with side of fruit. But! The ham, bacon and fruit made up for it many times over! Pouring my own mimosa was different, but a touch of personableness from the cafe. Love little things like the cute champagne bottle. Passing through Klamath Falls with my family and stopped for breakfast at Nibbley's. It seemed like a popular spot for the locals but there was no wait time for a table. The atmosphere reminded my wife of her grandma's house. I had the breakfast sandwich, and although it was good, the croissant did get soggy and the sandwhich fell apart. We saw a giant cinnamon roll on the menu and our young one was torn on ordering the roll or pancakes. After seeing the roll was only $7 I thought why not get both, we could all have a piece of cinnamon roll, right? When they brought that puppy out I saw just how giant it really was, it was the size of the plate! On top of that, it was delicious! You must get one of these, even if it's just to go. We had some following our breakfast and took the rest home, which barely fit in a full size to go box. We've now chipped away at that thing for days and must say it reheat well, and we still haven't finished it. $7 well spent! read more

Over a Pancake...? Imagine losing a customer over... a pancake. Yet here we are. I made what I thought was a simple, almost laughably reasonable request: swap the English muffin that comes with my breakfast for a pancake. Not truffles. Not caviar. A pancake. I was told absolutely not - apparently this was a bridge too far. So I asked, "You mean I have to pay for my meal and order a separate pancake, while the English muffin goes straight in the garbage?" The answer was yes. So just to be clear, Nibblies would rather encourage food waste and charge customers more money than make a basic substitution. Bold business model. Revolutionary, really. "Waste more, pay more." It's hard to understand how a restaurant can be this rigid over something so absurdly minor. We're not negotiating a hostage release - it's breakfast. Over a pancake, I was told to throw out perfectly good food and pay extra for the privilege. If common sense was on the menu, it wasn't available that day. Disappointing customer service, baffling policy, and honestly one of the most ridiculous dining interactions I've had. We visited this spot after crater lake and it was more than worth the visit. For Father's Day they were a little crowded, which was expected. We were told 15-20 min wait, in which we left and came back in 10mins. Not only did they not forget us, but we were sat immediately after we got back. Negatives: -none Positives: Price - 13 dollars for a pastrami burger with avocado and waffle fries is very reasonable. 8 dollars for a monster cinnamon roll is a good deal. Taste - the pastrami burger was perfect, I don't have any complaints. The fries were great too. The cinnamon roll was 10x better than Cinnabon. my Husband I traveled to Klamath Falls on 1-12 2025 for some birding and photography from Portland. I have eaten at this restaurant before and would rate it a 5 but this morning we walked out before the waitress had taken our order. we were the second people in at opening. the waitress seated the other people and came back to set my husband and I. She got the utensils and menus turned with saying a word, seated us put the stuff down and left. She went back to the first table brought them water and coffee, took their order, and we waited, 10 minutes, waited 10 more minutes no sign of her, no water, no coffee nothing. Waited another 5 minutes and we got up and left. We passed her on the out. She just cost the restaurant money and her tip. Good Job! read more

Just went in today at 11:00 am. There were 4 tables occupied and no one waiting but us. We waited over 5 minutes before hostess came over and asked for my name. She then left and still did not seat us. We watched her doing other things and we even asked another waitress to seat us. She stated "she will be right with you." This cute cafe is on outskirts of Klamath Falls. We stopped here on our way out of town. First off there is no street sign but the cafe is on the corner of this mini mall. There are many free parking spots right in front. The ambiance is French country. There is a inside waiting room where you can give your name if there is a wait. A lounge is on the right after the hostess. The bakery cabinet is behind the hostess. To the left of the bakery counter is an inside dining room and there is an outside patio that looked nice. They have daily specials which our waitress read off to us. I chose the Bavarian waffle which came with 2 eggs and bacon. The Bavarian cream was good but made the waffle soggy. My breakfast companion liked his Tinga omelette, the chipotle sauce was a nice touch. We had good service too! read more

Sparkling clean restaurant. I said that as I saw the server cleaned the table. She checked it throughly and even cared to change the table cloth when she saw that dirty spot. Food was good. We were only in Klamath for one night and wanted a local favorite to stop at for breakfast. We were not disappointed. From the time we walked in the door, everyone was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. We sat on the patio, which was gorgeous, and everything we ordered was delicious. Heed this as your warning, the giant cinnamon rolls are GIANT! We ordered 2 thinking 2 people could share 1, and we ended up taking over half of each with us, 4 of us would have struggled to finish one. But they are worth the hype and delicious. We had a solid lunch at Nibbley's a few days ago. I ordered the steak sandwich. My wife and daughter ordered the cheeseburger and the Apple Walnut Salad, respectively. The food arrived in a timely fashion. My steak sandwich was cooked medium rare as ordered. It was served onion rings on the sandwich plus the usual L/T/O. Great sandwich. My wife's cheeseburger was cooked to the right temperature and flavorful. The crisscut fries were crispy and well seasoned. My daughter really enjoyed her salad. The restaurant was busy so we sat at a high top table in the bar. Not the best atmosphere, but better than waiting for a table in the dining room. Nibbley's has a good menu for lunch. I bet their breakfast might even be better. I'll go back if I'm looking for a diner type experience while visiting Klamath Falls. read more
