Starbucks is a hit or miss these days. The star system sucks. The crap offers like get 10 stars when you spend $10 is an insane insult in light of the fact that you must use 200 stars to get a hand crafted drink. I been with them to long to be receiving crap app rewards offers. The food is no better either because it is overpriced refrigerator delivered foods. It was a time I enjoyed this coffee shop and their star system. You walked in the door and your nose was greeted with the warm scent aromatic scent of freshly brewing coffee. Oh yeah..... Nowadays, you smell nada. I remember when the variety of coffee beans was amazing and distinctive. Now I purchased Sumatra and Pikes Peak and there's no distinct difference between them anymore they taste the same. Komodo Dragon was my shittt! I loved to bake with it but it's not there and if you find it there the coffee bean flavor profile doesn't taste the same. In other words, Starbucks has coffee out captain. Hit or miss baristas who don't have the skills and you gotta have them make it again, overpriced, inadequate bonus star perks, and coffee bean quality is now on the same level as store shelf coffee. I had a mobile order placed and I will admit I had just put it in. I was on the go and quickly ordered. We get to the speaker window and tell them we had a mobile order. They let us know it will be a couple minutes since they just received the order but I was good to pull forward. Let me state this I didn't mind waiting since I knew I had just submitted my order. I didn't expect my order to be ready in a minute. Keep in mind I ordered a venti frap and a breakfast sandwich. We get to the window and we aren't even greeted. They immediately started complaining saying "so see we usually ask customers to put their mobile order in 3-5 mins before showing up and you did it in 27 seconds so it is going to be a couple minutes." Which again I didn't expect it to be ready right that second and I wouldn't have minded them informing me this. It was the way they said it as if they were annoyed. And my thing is I could have easily just pulled up to the speaker and ordered this. It would have been the same outcome so why make a big ordeal and be rude about it. So just to start off, I hate to give this store such a terrible review because I have never had an experience as such as I have had today. I went into the store with my daughter to get drinks and a gift. I got the gift with no problem, but just as my daughter ordered our drinks, the problem begin. I ordered a Starbucks doubleshot on ice in a tall with almond milk and peppermint mocha and she ordered a toasted white frappe. When my daughter saw that my drink had no almond milk, she asked the barista about whether they added almond milk and instead of getting the drink and adding it. The drink is dark and you can see there is no milk. 2nd, I came back into the store to acknowledge that the other drink should have been a frappe, the cashier decided to take offense because she got the order wrong and said with an attitude, she never said a frappe maam, but ill make it over and I attempted to give the drink back to trash, she says "we cant take that back, you can keep it or throw it in the garbage!" Proceeds to walk off and I ask for the other young lady if I could get a card regarding the cashiers behavior, she then tells me she's the manager and there are no cards. I will say the manager was very calm and seemed understanding. There after the cashier comes over with the drink, completely rude and states, here's your drink. Thanks. Walks off. Her demeanor from the time of solving this issue was one who clearly didn't want to be there. She didn't strike me as people friendly and even if there were issues in the communication on the type, it should never have escalated to this level of aggression. I am one who works in customer service and I would NEVER treat a customer in that manner. Even when I have gotten to work and realized my order was incorrect, I am met with understanding and willingness to correct it. Even if I don't return until the following day. I will from this point on, spend my money at a different location. This one is not the same and I refuse to continue to support a business who will not ensure that their workers know how to deal with such minuet issues. read more

The drive-thru is updated and plenty of room there, though the front of the parking lot is pretty small. The staff here is great! My cups are never under-filled and drinks made just as requested! Just went in for my venti cold brew vanilla sweet cream and it tastes like milk and vanilla. I asked for them to remake it and they did and it came out exact same way as first time. This is a regular drink I get so I know how it's suppose to look and taste. After two attempts and on a lunch break I was not able to get this corrected and just had to say it's fine and leave. I am a Sgt in the Tennesse Army National Guard. Three times now I have stopped here on the way to drill and the staff has bought my coffee for me. On one occasion I drove into the drive thru at 5:40 AM to find out they do not open till 6:00. The manager saw me as I was about to drive thru and leave and stopped me, she made me my coffee then refused to let me pay for it and thanked me for my service.
