As a northeastern transplant, I was excited to hear that Dunkin had opened a location in Millington. Then I was quickly disappointed. It started with the drive thru, where I waited at the order terminal for several minutes before being acknowledged. The server seemed extremely unenthused to be there. I tried to order a ham, egg and cheese on a bagel. The first issue is that they don't make these anymore apparently. I was informed that they only do bacon, egg and cheese. That was disappointing, but obviously it's not the server's fault that the menu has changed. I opted for the bacon instead, and ordered a dozen donuts... which leads to the next issue. As soon as I started ordering, I was interrupted by the server who said, "let me just tell you what we have." They only had five varieties of donuts. So I ordered the few donuts they had and went home. When I opened it, the bagel was tiny... way smaller than I remember getting from them in the past. The donuts were all stale and had clearly not been made that morning. I don't know if Dunkin is just terrible in general now, or if it's this particular location. Either way, I won't be back. I would give this place a zero rating. I wias there 4/15 around 10:07 in the morning and ordered turkey sausage egg and cheese on sour dough, iced coffee and tator tots $18. They gave me a half an egg and a half a turkey sausage on the sourdough. I left a message concerning this and no one has contacted me. I just want to know is this normal. Absolutely in all my life the first time a Dunkin didn't fill my large ice coffee because I asked for less ice. Are you service? And the staff member had an attitude to. Placed a mobile order as I entered the drive-through and still waited 20+ minutes. Sat at the speaker with no response for an unreasonable amount of time. Terrible service and completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Would not recommend. read more

I had the opportunity to support local food trucks, but bargain hunting me said, well, you could just use your Dunkin rewards and save money. I opted for a free iced coffee with purchase and walked in and there were 3 people in front of me. Not so bad, right. Well apparently between those people and all the folks in the drive thru, that led to waiting over 20 minutes for my order. My food was ready but somehow they couldn't find my drink. I asked about getting a top off of the nitro for my wait and that was ignored. The coffee was fine and the taco was tiny, yet tasty. I thought those paddles were pretty cool for the coffee and thought I could consider stopping here more often. Doubt it now. I'll stick with my other location. read more

What they sold me is supposed to be a fritter but it is more like a jelly filled donut. Honestly, it is the size of a baseball. The flavor was ok. Not enough apple filling to satisfy my craving. Not sure why this location doesn't have better reviews. I come here a lot and it's usually a very good experience. It can be busy at times, but they're good at moving the line quickly. Good service and great coffee. I think they've stepped up their game on breakfast foods. More variety and they taste good. Overall good location to get your Dunkin fix. read more

I've never had an issue here, I love this location. The staff is very friendly and they are so accommodating. I love my iced caramel coffee and try to stop by whenever I can to grab one. They are usually fast and the drive thru is very convenient for those of us that are always on the go! I love their munchkins and their egg and cheese on a croissant. Sunday mornings, you'll be waiting in line a little longer but they are worth the wait! read more

Dunkin donuts drive thru is always super slow. You could be the only person in line and it will stake forever. I went to dunkin donuts because I wanted to get a special treat for my daughter and her cousins for breakfast. The donuts were dry. Idk if it's because they sit out in the open air or if that's just how dunkin donuts recipe makes them. I ended up going inside since I know how bad the drive thru usually is. I was seen immediately inside and the cashier was nice enough. No smile or "good morning" vibes from him. To his credit it was 7am in the morning and I'm not a morning person so I feel his pain. The place was clean and I didn't see any bugs flying around the display of donuts. All in all I will only go to dunkin as a last resort. read more

Stopped in on Sunday morning, around 10:00. When we walked in the door, there was a line of 3-4 people waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. We ordered and received our iced coffees before any of them got whatever it is that they'd ordered. The cashier seemed slightly frazzled, but we had time to be patient, as it seemed maybe they were slammed prior to us arriving or something. Our iced coffees were exactly how we ordered, and tasted great. Glad to have a DD so close to the Wolfchase area, since that's where we always book our hotel stays. read more

Decided i was going to give the egg-white bites they have been hyping online, tv, and radio. Was told ohhhh. They are frozen cant sell them??? What the fuck?!? I usually never have an issue with this dunkin, yet tonight I went by and while knowing they close at 7:00 now, when I pulled into the drive through almost 15 minutes before 7 I was told "I'm sorry we just closed" Not a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience when my main purpose for leaving the house was to satisfy my Dunkin' iced coffee craving :/ to Starbucks I went! read more

Literally unless you're JUST ordering drinks, (and even then sometimes they're wrong), your order will be wrong, late, or cold. On our way to church every morning we stop, so we've been here numerous times, and I told them at I had 3 breakfast meals to order up front. I started with my first bagel and as soon as I was done telling her what it was she said "is that it?". So finally after finishing my full order we pull up to the window, they handed us our drinks and asked us to pull up because they weren't ready. That's understandable. I then waiting nearly 30 min for them to come out to our vehicle, 3 times, finally with the correct order. God forbid I ask for napkins. Horrible experience. I can handle mistakes being made especially during busy times but the attitude of the guy taking my order and then trying to correct it was absolutely horrendous. Never given a review while I'm still at the business but I felt compelled. I can see why the reviews aren't good... Walk-in...no customers... I stand at the register for 5 minutes, then told it will be a moment. Another 5 minutes later A know employee comes out from the back greets me, then another calls him to drive thru window/register. Another employee comes out of the back another 5 minutes later, I ask them about the free drink I got for my birthday. (To see what I am allowed to order and what size) he just stares at me like an idiot. I decide on coffee with 2% milk he says...like regular milk? Or like skin or something?....wow! The donuts we ordered were just "okay". There was another employee that was half ass cleaning and playing with a broom. A female manager came out and asked how we were doing, then ran off to yell at the employee cleaning. All the employees kept bitching about their lunch and cigarette breaks. Poor training, under managed and unprofessional. P.S. If you don't want to scare the senior citizens away don't have gangster rap playing in the store. Just saying. read more

Went to Dunkin' Donuts. Gone through the drive through. Not good donuts. You get old left overs. Cold and hard donuts. Their chocolate donuts do not have any glaze just some chocolate on the top. Donuts were actually soggy. This means they were put into a fridge after being cooked the day before. We had three different kinds of donuts and all were soggy. If I hadn't been 10 miles down IS 40 before trying them I would have gone back to get a refund. Save yourself a trip, go to Howard's Donuts which is 100 feet closer to 40. I drank it...it had 3 sugars instead of the one sugar I ordered. Then my Hubby just informed me they can't use decaf, ever, in their iced coffees!!! Why??? I occasionally go here for breakfast before work...I always get the same thing a small iced coffee with a mocha swirl, cream, and sugar and a chicken biscuit on a croissant. About half the time this order is screwed up. Today my coffee was right, after the gentleman at the window gave me the wrong one first, but my sandwich was way wrong. I got chicken salad on a croissant. If you eat here and go through the drive-thru ALWAYS check your order before leaving. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is very badly run and the customer service is terrible. Yesterday my husband and I went in after washing our car next door. It took us at lease 10 minutes to make our order. We ordered large coffee which he received almost immediately. We also ordered a large tea with lemon and sugar. This took about 15 minutes to make. It was so long that I was afraid to drink it after I received it. We ordered a chocolate covered donut and a cruller. Both donuts were stale and there were fresh ones available. I took photos because the chocolate covered one had little footprints in the icing. The customer service in this place is horrendous and the employees need customer service training consistently or they should be replaced. I did contact the corporate offices regarding this matter. read more
