The owner pick my husband and I as part of the team of taste testers over the summer to try some of the flavorings he offers. I'm not a fan of cake donuts, but they were so good that I was willing to take one for the team. I tried to save some for later, but failed miserably. I had no regrets. Today was the official launch day of the truck, so I went to get some of my favorite flavors. To my surprise, the cake donuts were no longer being served but they are more like miniature funnel cakes. Just when I thought I couldn't like these more, I have been proven wrong. I love the new donut style; they're quicker to make and you won't have to worry about them being stale because they are made-to-order at the truck and are super fast to make. Perfect for folks stopping by to grab them on the way to work. I grabbed the strawberry cream, brown sugar toffee, Oreo cheesecake, and chocolate peanut butter cup flavors.
