A popular place, when I walked in around mid-afternoon, all the seats & table were taken up by people sipping their coffees, working on their laptops, txting on their phones. Was rough getting a parking spot outside with all the stores that Starbucks shares this location with. As soon as i walked up, they took my order quickly and the basita went to work. I don't even *hate* Starbucks. I actually quite like their hot chocolate and the mugs they make are the best. The employees at this location are always very friendly, fast and seem like nice people. And they definitely make better coffee than Dunkin'. The coffee and chai are just okay. I definitely don't like their dirty chai. It always tastes like the espresso has been burned. Nothing to spit out, but nothing that's perfectly amazing either. I'd go almost anywhere else, but it appears as if there *isn't* anywhere else nearby. read more

Clean Starbucks, you'd get what you expect from this location. If you are going in, in the early morning (as most people would), try to order it for pickup prior to arriving. It takes about 10-15 minutes in the morning to get your drink and potential breakfast. read more

Rodolfo is the best! Only reason I ever come to this Starbucks. He is friendly and remembers my Everyday order, the entire staff is great. This location is more efficient than the one in Levittown near the Wantagh state pkwy (they take forever!!! Don't greet you and simply ignore you until they are done with what they are doing) you won't be disappointed here and if you are at least they apologize for any inconveniences. read more

Friend and I stop in on way to train station. Ordered a soy caramel macchiato but she and 2 people after me got their order, I was ignored so I got my money back and will not return. This Starbucks is a great location with plenty of seating and it is always spotless. The baristas are friendly and courteous and make your drinks with what looks like pure pleasure and contentment. It is always a great thing to see people who truly enjoy what they do and at this location, the staff truly seem to enjoy what they do and the company they work for. The last time I stopped in to get a gift card for my friend's birthday, I saw someone who looked like they were from corporate and they were performing a quality review check and really going through the food case to ensure that it was in perfect order, clean looking, and filled with fresh food. I was impressed because it is so nice to see a company that holds high standards for their customers. I have ordered quite a few different drinks throughout the past at this location and each have been awesome. When on this side of Hempstead Turnpike, I would never hesitate to stop in and get something. I can't wait to start drinking coffee again. Darn cleanse. read more

There's so much parking and the starbucks is HUGE but they dont have many seats. There's like 3 little tables-each for 2 people (Which is the table i prefer) and in the back there's this big sofa lounge area. Who wants to sit next to strangers?? if you dont mind being next to strangers it is a great spot to go and do some work and have lunch. I found a spot by myself where i could do some work so i was happy when i went in this week. However i have walked in here on Saturdays and you are lucky to find a spot ALONE. Their drive thru window is insane 6-7 cars on line. They are always busy and the baristas are pretty quick, sweet and efficient. Worst Starbucks in the area. They get my drink wrong 90% of the time and they are super slow and most of the evening workers have attitudes. My mobile order is almost never ready even when I place it well in advance and when I order a bakery item I always have to personally ask for it even though it's on my mobile order receipt. This is one of my favorite locations on the island always a walk in walk out transaction and staff is always nice and keeps a great smile on their faces. The place is always clean and is pretty big with plenty of seats. They always make my orders perfect adding crazy amount of caramel to my vanilla bean which is just plain awesome. This used to be my favorite Starbucks until recently when the previous manager, Tamara left to go to another store. Tamara managed the store very well . The baristas now think that it is ok to goof off and not do their job . The person at the register has no clue what they are doing and my drinks have been made wrong many times since she left. Great environment and location. The staff is super friendly and helping but beware if you are trying to get work done. Depending on when you visit this location some of the baristas can be loud and disruptive. Like most Starbucks it can be busy, but the shenanigans of the barista bantering can be annoying and uncalled for. Overall it's a great place to grab a drink, but stand clear if you are trying to be productive with your studies, especially when Jackie is working with her loud screeches and penetrating outbursts. read more

They are great, that is unless the Barista drops your croissant on the floor and tries to serve it to you as if nothing happened. Then when you request a new one he defends his actions. I remember a time when " The customer was always right". He also failed to was his hands after picking the ill fated croissant up from the floor. This Is probably the best starbucks to go to. They are very friendly and if the do mess up your drink they will happily fix or remake it. I'm not exactly a regular at this location, since there's a few closer to me and I just go when I'm passing through the area, but today was one of the days that made me realize why I love this location. Usually when I go, they are always super nice and they tend to bare with me when I'm feeling indecisive, but today when I ordered my drink via the drive thru there was somehow a mix up (which I totally was fine with) and they took care of me in a super nice and hospitable way. After waiting 2-3 mins in the drive thru they told me my drink was being made and they were sorry I had to wait and if I pull up to the front they'd bring it to my car. They did bring it, even though I offered to just park and go inside if it was a bit more convenient for them, but they insisted that I wait. As soon as I parked one of their employees brought me my drink and handed me a card for $4 off my next visit. I truly felt they went out of their way to keep up their quality service when I already thought they were doing perfectly fine job. As someone who works for a company that's big on hospitality and guest satisfaction, it was truly nice to see another company do the same.
