Went a few times to the Nordstrom Ebar when I happen to be at the mall. Service is pretty efficient. When a longer line starts to form, one of the employees will start taking orders to get a start on the drinks. Depending on the volume of customers there can be a little wait time to get your drink. Drinks are great. Crafted coffee drinks I find to be on the sweet side but taste good. Never had a problem with customer service as the workers are very respectful. If you plan to sit down there are several tables just outside the booth to enjoy you drinks and treats. read more

I've always enjoyed stopping by this Ebar whenever I'm at Roosevelt Field. The staff are experts in moving the line along, so there's never any need to fear if a line does form. I'm definitely a fan of the pastries, especially the chocolate chunk cookies. There surprisingly large and very filling all by themselves. That goes for all of the other options. The sizes are just right and the prices align very reasonably. Definitely worth popping by whenever you're in the mall and looking for a treat! read more

I'm sure you heard the story about Nordstrom customer service. You know it!! A guy walks into Nordstrom and says, I bought these snow chains and I'd like to return them. Certainly sir, no problem. Nordstrom doesn't sell snow chains But at their "EBar" Kisok they do sell coffee! And that my fine yelpin' friend is what I have plans to explore. I walk by and see this "EBar" in front of Nordstrom?? Their prices are almost on par with Starbucks. I see a few lattes and one catches my eye, the Mexican Latte. What does that even mean, one sip and your jumping around like a Mexican Jumping Bean? Lets party baby!! I get chatty with the barista and asked her about the drink, its made with imported Mexican Chocolate. Mmmm They have just like $tarbucks, grab and go salads, muffins, bagels, etc.. When you don't want to walk across the mall and wait in the Starbucks line...you can instead choose to wait in this line. There seems to always be a few people waiting in line here but the plus is that there are several tables and seats available just outside of this spot, unlike by Starbucks. Although on a given day they may all be occupied as well. I don't think anything I've had here - drinks or food - really wowed me but it will do if you need a little pick me up. Pricing is about what you would expect to pay at Starbucks (or at anything affiliated with Nordstrom). Nothing to rave about but have nothing to complain about either. I'm here trying to finish Christmas shopping and I need a cold drink. Line moves fast, $5.15 for an enorme pomegranate iced tea, love the name of the size. I love it because it doesn't have sugar. If You add sugar it wouldn't be good because then it's crunchy. My daughter tried it and said: yuck! Overall 3 stars ok service. I actually really like EBar. Similar to Starbucks, cost is about the same. Their frappes or what they call "ice storms" are very, very tasty. I'd take one over a caramel frappe any day. Really good coffee place in a busy mall. Normally one would just have to settle for Starbucks but I was glad this coffee shop was here. It even had light roast coffee beans where everywhere would normally only have dark roast. They gave you a complimentary drink with a purchase of beans which is really nice. Meh. Not impressed. I love Nordstroms but this place was disappointing. On our way to Sephora I saw a poster for a tropical green tea cooler and it looked good, so I made a point to try one after my Sephora trip. First off, it's small when you walk in and everyone was crowded to one side so we thought it was the line to order. It wasn't but the girl at the register didn't make it a point of call the next person, she just kind of stood there. Lazy. The drinks are quite expensive but just a bit more than Starbucks, so it's okay. While we waited we noticed the area where they prepare the drinks, etc was dirty which was a big turn off. Then I happened to notice when our drinks were being made, they guy put all the liquid first and just a bit of ice last which made the drinks lukewarm. To top it off the drink tasted so bad. There was not one ounce of sweetness, just bitter mango and green tea. We ended up adding a bunch of sugar which didn't help. This was a disappointing experience and I definitely won't waste my money here again. read more

I like the coffee here. The staff, not so much. I just bought a large coffee for $2.55 and left a 45 cent tip and the tattooed little hipster couldn't be bothered to say "thank you." Now that's a 17.6% tip. So I asked him, very nicely, what he thought an appropriate tip was for pouring coffee into a cup and handing it to me and he said, "I don't know. Nothing. Doesn't matter. Whatever." So now I know. The hipsters are very happy with no tips. Thank you, hipster. Oh, the coffee is worth 4 stars. Staff is worth 0. Total stars = 2. read more

Ebar? What can i say, I been working at the mall for the past year or so. Instead of walking across the starbucks and wasting my break on line. i come to the convenience of the ebar, but recently i been very disappointed. I never in my entire life have I heard rumors of a store. People talk and there was mold in someones drink. One would think such a big company like nordstrom would keep a better image. I hear people complain, complain, and complain of my drink taste old my smoothie taste bland. I consistently here complaints, but as usual people wont speak up. Im here to let the ebar know that your not running the business well. i Blame management. I see people who normally work there everyday now i dont see them at all. Its sad cause i believe those people were the ebar. The hospitality is gone, there's animosity between the employees, which makes it hard to keep a smile coming into the store. Everyone just looks miserable. As i said before i blame management cause it seems like the ebar has a dictator instead of a Leader. This is bad for business, these are some people livelihood. Unbelievably awful. Place clogged with people getting 6 icewaters, meaning they can't get my order right. Had to have it redone three times - still not right. How hard is it to get a medium green tea - no lemon, no honey, large camomile - lemon and honey, and a large black coffee right? Coupled with the attitude, simply unacceptable. read more

The Mint ice Storms here are delicious. It is not to sweet like the other drinks you might get somewhere else. The hot chocolate here is very good too. I also like their chocolate croissants. The cookies here are also delicious. read more

this place is a hit or miss with coffee. sometimes it's great and sometimes it's worse than Starbucks but this review is more about the staff I had to deal with. if I'm paying $3.64 for an iced coffee it better. be good and I better be satisfied. so I order my coffee and when I got it it looked weird like you could totally see the syrup at the bottom meaning the coffee itself was watery and it looked unappetizing. i try to deal with it but I decide to return it because I was not happy with it. I wait online to return my coffee and when I get up to the counter I explain to the girl that I rarely complain but I do not like my coffee and would like a refund. she offers to give me a plain black coffee instead of giving me my money back. like no? I want my money back I'm aware that I could get something else if I wanted to. and she goes "well there has to be a reason for the return". and I'm just looking at her in disbelief like you're really about to give me a hard time over a 4 dollar coffee? I get that you probably hate your life and wanna take it out on the customer but honey no. so again I tell her, "I don't like it". like that should be more than enough of a reason for you to give me my money back. I did get my money back after that because I think she realized she was being a bitch over nothing. she was Spanish and had her nose pierced (purely factual not racist). i deal with the public too and it sucks but if I could give you some advice: sometimes just saying OK is so much easier than giving an attitude. cutting to the chase I will not be returning here solely for this girls attitude. read more
