My son and I have been going to Early Bird Cafe since it opened. It never disappoint, amazing bubble teas crafted with care. The owner is also very friendly, and makes his costumer feel special. He keeps the cafe clean and cozy. We love it there !

Avocado Hummus Toast with a fried egg. Delicious

This is a new and hidden gem. The sleek wooden interior gives off a Brooklyn Hipster vibe. The service is quick and courteous always checking to see if everything is ok. The real is the food. The fried egg sandwich is a perfect mix of cheese, egg and ciabatta. Would definitely make a stop for breakfast or lunch.

I only had the Greek coffee and it was delicious!! I can't not recommend it enough. It was strong with just the right amount of milk and smoothness. Cute spot with indoor seating options and pastries. Staff is friendly and service is efficient.

Ladies and gents, boys and girls your Saturday morning is just about to get better. I would like you to imagine/ picture a hot three fried egg sandwich on beautiful lightly toasted ciabatta with the perfect blend of cheese, that gorgeous garlic aioli kick and some beautiful arugula and tomatoes( photo). Now close your eyes as you taste this masterpiece. You are smiling and trying, trying not to scream( ecstatic) as your smile gets bigger just like your eyes...... that non stop five minute smile quickly vanishes as you realize that you just had your last bite*.....! Yes that good! Great actually. Best fried egg sandwich I have ever had. *Not to worry! Your next awesome meal here will be Sunday - as in tomorrow- the Turkey Avocado sandwich. Monday - closed but the excitement grows as Tuesday morning is just around the corner. Tuesday - you are the early bird and first one in at 8 am and get the lovely Croissant Melt. Wednesday - a little variety- you love the Tiger Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Thursday - the Kielbasa Smoked Sausage with the crazy good caramelized onions and peppers makes your day. Friday - a little cooler so you try the French Onion Soup. It is spectacular. Encore as you enjoy that second bowl. All this while nice, mellow classics play in the background in this chill cafe. It is an absolute pleasure and sheer love, love, love to see the amazing owner Jin, the stellar chef Dean, the fantastic counter personnel Ray and Roshni interact with all the customers. Jin just took a lady's Matcha drink to go to her car as she sat in the front of the store. Classy and Fun! Not just our Saturday morning, our week became extraordinary!

Wonderful indie cafe in East Meadow with sleek city vibes, ultra-smooth premium coffee, reasonable pricing and a friendly owner. Stopped by on a weekday morning and got a large latte and bagel/lox to dine in. The owner (Jin) was very welcoming, so he made me feel like a valued customer right away. The latte was so smooth that I didn't need any sweetener, served up in a beautiful swirly white pottery-style cup. Bagel/lox made with chive cream cheese, arugula and guac was filling and savory, came with chips on the plate too. In addition to coffee they offer a variety of tea, fruit and matcha beverages, plus a nice array of yummy pastries and snacks. Thanks Yelper Ray N for the drop on this fab local place. See you soon Early BIrd!

Early Bird cafe is a heavenly cafe with probably some of the best drinks I've had throughout most of New York/Long Island ! A flavorful espresso & smooth matcha. The service is super quick and even the times people have been inside everyone's taken care of quickly ! The setting is a great place to study and relax everyone I've seen respects the space and studies or reads often ! Early bird will be one of my favorite coffee spots for hopefully a long time

Onion & Peppers Omelette with Buttered Toast

This is a small café with a handful of small tables next door to UPS and opposite Lidl. The parking lot for this shopping center remains under construction because they're plopping new businesses onto former parking spots, but there were several available spots on this past, late Saturday morning. You drop your hat or hoodie on available chairs, to make sure you'll have a table, then walk up to the counter in the rear to place your order. We saw two guys behind the counter: one who took our order; and the other cooking over a grill - both friendly. We both ordered omelettes: hers a white with veggies and cheese; and mine with onions and peppers. When the counter man served them to us, he switched the toast orders: hers was whole wheat and mine was sourdough whole wheat. The omelettes both came out a little too well done (brown netting effect) and there were several black spots suggesting the grill wasn't scraped well enough between orders. My wife thought hers was perfect, but my onions and peppers were mushy. I liked the sourdough whole wheat toast, but loved my large latte, which came with three shots of espresso and filled a huge cup that could easily have been used to serve soup. My photo of the latte shows my wife's iPhone 12 and her fingers to give you a sense of proportion, and my other photo shows both types of toast and an overcooked pepper protruding from my omelette. The bill was very affordable.

What a super cute cafe. I feel like this seems like the type of place that you see in the city. It's very chill and quiet here. My loved ones go here frequently and told me to check it out the next time I'm on LI. What struck me was how the owner knows everyone by name and their past orders and even knew them well enough to wish them good luck on an upcoming business trip. This is the kind of personable relationship you get when you support a small business. I only ended up getting an iced tea since I was stopping by quickly but I'd definitely sit and hang out in the future.

In this economy, boy is there nothing better than a WELL priced cup of coffee. $4 and change for a fat cappuccino and $5 for a smoothie will do it lemme just SAY. Both were very good and I don't know what was in the air but I never go for the peanut butter flavor ever (I'm a strawberry banana girl) but this smoothie is going to make me come back for more. Starbucks and Tropical Smoothie Cafe watch your back ighttt!!

They also carry pastries from other local bakers and small businesses. I wanted to grab a butter mochi square, but unfortunately they were out of the mochi squares and cookies that day. They were also out of the black sesame cream, which was a bummer because my top choice was the black sesame latte. I chose to get the ube matcha latte instead. I'm not sure if I just caught them on an off day, but the whole experience was a little chaotic. First, as I was standing for the barista to take my order, she tried to give me someone else's drink. It took her a while to make my drink because she had to whisk up the matcha (honestly amazing effort as I was not expecting ceremonial-level prep). As I was walking away drinking my matcha latte, I realized that my drink was made with oat milk and not almond milk as I had requested. (I don't have an allergy but my body sometimes has trouble processing the oat and all the sugar.) The drink was still tasty, the ube syrup was very sweet and different from what you could get at other coffee shops. The matcha flavor was a little lost as a result, but it was still delicious. I hope I could swing by and give the place another try.

Sure there are some great deli's, diners and cafe spots but at No Rush Cafe, you never feel like your present is detracting from business. That said, I requested 1/2 sugar in my decaf iced brown sugar shaken espresso. I am avoiding caffeine. It was still too sweet for my taste. We also got a regular coffee which was okay. The iced lavender matcha latte was probably the best. Still a little too sweet. Last was an iced matcha latte; overpowered by sugar. If you want to taste your matcha or coffee, definitely request less sugar, much less. I didn't eat the pastries but my family said the chocolate croissant was flaky with good quality chocolate. We had it warmed up; definitely recommend that. The service was very friendly and helpful. Inside it's dark with cool paintings on the walls.
