They have cute little 2 seat I tablespoons with a power bar to charge up phones or laptop. I Asked about their vegetable soup and the lady wearing pajamas snapped at me with a lousy "we don't have that" when it's on the menu. After I asked, the lady goes to the back and says "we don't even have fucking soup"Their service is horrible, and I was disgusted with the mouth on these workers. Screaming in the back saying "fucking uber order is retarded we can make them fucking wait" and other things of the sort. My friend kindly asked a minute after placing her order if she could have oat milk, because of her stomach issues with lactose. Again, yelling and cursing in the back this time saying "did she fucking switch it" "fucking oat milk". She said to my friend under her breath "yea because you switched it last minute" We were shocked. Had multiple customers in the store telling us to say something and how rude it was. They added a couple extra pretzels on the side and gave us a stinky old coffee that no one seemed to claim that was sitting up front. To "make up for it" Also saw them give a "on the house" avacado sandwich to another customer for an inconvenience that I could only imagine occurred. This is a new and hidden gem. The sleek wooden interior gives off a Brooklyn Hipster vibe. The service is quick and courteous always checking to see if everything is ok. The real is the food. Wonderful indie cafe in East Meadow with sleek city vibes, ultra-smooth premium coffee, reasonable pricing and a friendly owner. Stopped by on a weekday morning and got a large latte and bagel/lox to dine in. The owner (Jin) was very welcoming, so he made me feel like a valued customer right away. The latte was so smooth that I didn't need any sweetener, served up in a beautiful swirly white pottery-style cup. Bagel/lox made with chive cream cheese, arugula and guac was filling and savory, came with chips on the plate too. I've wanted to try The Early Bird Cafe for a while now. I visited twice before, and each time, it happened to be closed. However, today, I stopped by with my husband and was able to try a few of their menu items. We ordered the Mango, and Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie, which were both tasty. In addition, we had the Turkey Avocado Sandwich and Ham & Swiss on a Croissant, both really good. The staff were friendly and the environment was quite cozy. Early Bird cafe is a heavenly cafe with probably some of the best drinks I've had throughout most of New York/Long Island ! A flavorful espresso & smooth matcha. This is a small café with a handful of small tables next door to UPS and opposite Lidl. The parking lot for this shopping center remains under construction because they're plopping new businesses onto former parking spots, but there were several available spots on this past, late Saturday morning. You drop your hat or hoodie on available chairs, to make sure you'll have a table, then walk up to the counter in the rear to place your order. We saw two guys behind the counter: one who took our order; and the other cooking over a grill - both friendly. We both ordered omelettes: hers a white with veggies and cheese; and mine with onions and peppers. When the counter man served them to us, he switched the toast orders: hers was whole wheat and mine was sourdough whole wheat. The omelettes both came out a little too well done (brown netting effect) and there were several black spots suggesting the grill wasn't scraped well enough between orders. My wife thought hers was perfect, but my onions and peppers were mushy. I liked the sourdough whole wheat toast, but loved my large latte, which came with three shots of espresso and filled a huge cup that could easily have been used to serve soup. My photo of the latte shows my wife's iPhone 12 and her fingers to give you a sense of proportion, and my other photo shows both types of toast and an overcooked pepper protruding from my omelette. What a super cute cafe. I feel like this seems like the type of place that you see in the city. It's very chill and quiet here. My loved ones go here frequently and told me to check it out the next time I'm on LI. Love it here! Staff members are so friendly and welcoming and the spot is nice and clean. I love all of the milk tea, fruit tea, and coffee options - and they taste GOOD. I don't taste the synthetic, overly processed powder-mixes like other spots sometimes carry. The food is good too - I especially love their corn muffins warmed up and their breakfast sandwiches on a croissant and generously stuffed with what you ask for (and come with a bag of chips!). There's a huge lot so parking is never an issue - and you can walk around the other stores with your little drink and get some steps in :) read more

In this economy, boy is there nothing better than a WELL priced cup of coffee. $4 and change for a fat cappuccino and $5 for a smoothie will do it lemme just SAY. The coziest little coffee shop that isn't so close to where I live, but is worth the 24 min drive every single time... the iced latte is my go to-balanced, sweet, and frothy every time--and it tastes like coffee and not burnt cigarette ash which is what other places coffee tastes like. Came back here for another matcha latte because it's hard to find good ones in Long Island. As always, the matcha was super good. Last time I came I couldn't adjust the sweetness but this time the owner asked how much I would like it to be sweetened, a little or regular, I got a little. From the initial sip I can tell the matcha they use is really high quality as it is smooth and very fragrant. This place has cute vibes and offers a few pastries like cookies and brownies. What can I say? It's a phenomenon. Jin, the owner always greets every single person with a friendly smile, and is just good spirited. When you meet owners like that, you want to continue helping businesses like his. Well, I've been here a thousand times. I always get the Thai iced tea, no boba, almond milk, and moderate sugar and it just hits the spot. My friend tells me about the Thai milkshakes and I keep forgetting to get it bahaha Jin made me a hot caramel macchiato the last time I went and a side order of raspberry pastry, so freaking good!! I went here with my partner for breakfast. There was a long line, but the cashier was so kind and communicated with all of us that he would be with us when he could. I had the green tea Matcha and he had the tiger brown sugar milk tea. Both were pretty sweet, but not over the top, his brown sugar was my favorite. I had the everything big with cream cheese and the works, which included avocado, tomato, red onion, and arugula. Five out of five stars, I wish the bagel was more toasted, but I didn't specify. First and last time coming here. I stopped in for an iced coffee, but I was already a little hesitant after walking in. If you look behind the counter, it's disorganized where they're making drinks. The place tries to give off this upscale, boutique coffee shop vibe, yet they're serving boxed muffins from a store. I told myself not to be judgmental most people probably don't mind that but what happened next was unacceptable. The person making my drink had visibly filthy, unwashed hands. I was disgusted that they even handed me my beverage. And don't tell me they don't touch the coffee they scooped the ice, put on the lid, and even inserted the straw. They really enjoy the creme brulee boba tea, which we got as well, and I tried the passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly. The creme brulee boba tea was good, but had a weird taste for me - perhaps it was the earl grey tea base? My husband thought it was good too, though very sweet. My passionfruit green tea was super yummy (we asked for mine to be extra sweet and he obliged :) ) yum yum! The lychee jelly was also really good. The owner is really nice and the place is clean.
