Friendly, efficient and quick service. We stopped by for my shaken espresso fix yesterday. I'm addicted to their protein cold foam on my shaken espresso. I didn't have much time in the am to make my latte the way I like it before having to hit the road again. I pre-ordered thru their user friendly app to be picked up at the drive thru. This is a smaller location, but their line was long so I opted to pop in and pick up at the counter. Although this is a smaller location, it was very clean and organized. I used their restroom before picking up my drink and kids treats. The restroom was clean as well. The young lady that was working the counter and was super helpful and friendly and grabbed my items for my kids. I adjusted and added to my tip because this employee was such a delight. I was in such a hurry out the door that I forgot to ask her name to give her credit. Slow. Made a simple mobile order and had to wait a while even though it wasn't busy and there were 4 people working.

Recently this Starbucks has fallen off. I went couple weeks ago and ordered a caramel macchiato and it was so sweet which is odd cause a macchiato is just milk espresso and a touch of caramel drizzle but it was so sweet how do you mess up that, and to top it off I had to wait 15min in the drive thru for it, decided to give it another shot went for Mother's Day ordered a matcha venti for the wife, and what I got was a watered down drink it wasn't even green could barely tell it was matcha didn't taste like matcha at all the wife left half of it not even the kids wanted it threw it away. Giving it 2 stars just cause it's 7min from my house but at this point rather drive 15min to get what I actually ordered and taste like actual coffee not a bag of sugar, what can you expect when the baristas are in there 20s and don't take there job serious but want better pay. And to add one more thing when I went for the matcha the staff had no urgency taking there time while they had ppl waiting for there drinks subpar service subpar drinks just a failure read more

Went here as we were passing through Sunday and had an amazing experience. I was a little hesitant given the previous experience but am glad I went in. The lady making drinks on the machine was really nice and even though they were busy she asked me how my drink tasted since I tried something I never had in the pecan latte. She said if I didn't like it she would make me something else which I thought was really nice. The whole experience was great and I found out from another employee she was the new manager. I have to say I was impressed she was making drinks and actually talking to people which you don't see much these days in customer service. Bad experience. Got both of our drinks wrong. When we pointed it out, they took us back to the REGISTER to fix it?! Honey, you put the order in wrong to begin with. It's on YOU to fix it. Not US to pay for the difference of YOUR mistake. (And we ordered teas-- two iced TEAS. Not a frap, no coffee, TEA you POUR over ICE. One OF the size was wrong and the other forgot the lemonade.) Can a general manager seriously do something about this store? The one in Livingston is always close or the drive-through is closed or they don't offer the drinks. They're always out of everything and when you do finally get the drink that you want. It's made very poorly like as if they don't even follow the recipe Out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to. After spending an afternoon work related in Livingston.. fell down the Starbucks Frappuccino rabbit hole and came up with something new for both myself and my darling.. After ordering my mocha Java mint they didn't have the exact ingredients but the kid on the headset was pretty confident he could pull one off.. the same went for the Barbie. He was missing something but suggested an alternative and we went with it... this was our first time trying and had nothing to compare it to.. but all I can say is they were both absolutely fantastic.. I was chocolate goodness with the touch of mint, not overly sweet.. and hers with the dragon fruit looked amazing.. and while it looked like it was gonna taste like cotton candy. we went inside to order. After waiting 20 minutes we asked for a status on our order. They said they could only make my strawberry acai tea with apple juice because they were out of an ingredient. Stopped off the 99 on a Friday at about 1:30pm. There were 3 people behind the counter. 2 were making drinks for what I presumed was the drive thru since there was only 2 other people in the store when I walked in. The 3rd employee was a heftier guy that looked like he was wearing too much concealer. It looked like he was trying to do busy work, and looked liked he hated having to be there. There was no lunch rush and it took forever both to order my drink and get it once it was made. I asked the 3rd employee for some half and half since there was none for customer use and it felt like I was pulling teeth with him. Absolutely horrible service. Great place. I would have to say that this is one of the best Starbucks locations I have ever visited. I start work early in the morning so I always need some coffee, and this particular location is the closest one to my place. The morning team here is tremendous. They are always happy to help you with whatever you need even though they are always busy. The customer service deserves more than 5 stars for sure. The parking lot is huge so even if you are hauling a trailer behind you. You can always park there and get some coffee, But I wouldn't suggest going there with a trailer past 8 am because the parking lot will be pretty much full. The interior is well maintained and clean. They have recently done their remodeling inside so it looks pretty legit. Restrooms are clean and also well maintained. This place is nice if you want to come here and do your college homework or just work on your computer. I would highly recommend visiting this place. read more

Customer service? Nope, not today. Stopped by this Starbucks at 9am to grab a simple tea (in which is already pre-made, they just had to add simple syrup and ice). Took them about 20 mins to get it to me. Mind you it was only a grande. The tall slim dude with blonde hair and attitude needs to chill out with his eye rolls & tone. If you don't like your job, find another one. You should know Starbucks is a popular place because people like your drinks. If you can't even offer great customer service, why work there when you have to deal with so many people? My drink tasted absolutely DISGUSTING. I have been wanting a nice drink, and it tasted so bitter I had to waste it, and throw it away. ASWELL as the service, it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Nothing was too loud, pretty chill, but I still wanted a good drink. It infact hurt my wallet, just to have the nastiest drink. This is hands-down, the absolute worst Starbucks in America. I have lived in Livingston, my whole life and I drive to a different town to get my coffee, the espresso taste like mildew and water. If you ask to have your drink remade or try to explain the problem, they give you attitude and make it the exact same way, I have called corporate over a dozen times and even the folk with the district manager and store manager and they have never fixed the issue. There is either something wrong with their machine or they are reusing the espresso grounds so many times that it literally has no flavor, they do not pay attention to your specifications on your drinks and take no pride in what they are making for the amount of money. We are spending on these overpriced drinks the least that they can do is respect your order and not give you an attitude when they make it incorrectly or it taste bad, the fact that corporate the district manager and the store manager all have failed to address there a espresso tasting like hot water is mind-boggling to me. The fact that local residents all know not to come to the Starbucks in our own town is sad. My whole family is from here and not one of us will frequent this location, I would rather drive 10 minutes to Turlock or Atwater, then waste my money and caused my cell frustration at the Livingston Starbucks. read more

My mother took me and my siblings to Starbucks. We ordered our food and drinks and were the only people currently in the store. The employees made no attempt to hurry to get anything together and had me and my siblings waiting for over 20 minutes in their store. Our food had gotten cold and they had only given us two of our drinks. They had forgotten about one of our drinks and we had to remind them. By the time our drinks came I asked for them to reheat my sandwich and they took forever to make another one and heat it up. Instead of handing the sandwich to me as I stood behind her on the other side of the counter, she walked across to the other side of the store and placed it down. My niece went today and purchased a very berry hibiscus . The drink did not taste like it normally does so she called to ask if she could go in for a replacement . The barista or person who answered yelled out "who helped this annoying customer" . My niece then told her that she had heard that and asked for her name then the girl laughed and hung up . Starbucks was contacted and a manager was to call her back today but she has not been contacted. I will update when and if she gets contacted by a manager. She never got a replacement drink . Not even an apology. I've been there quite a few times and I have observed baristas gossiping and talking bad about customers. This is not okay .
