It's sad because I love Dutch and I hate giving low ratings. Yet this is by far the longest I've ever waited in I Dutch bros dive thru. I got in line at 1:33 only reason I know is because I was driving somewhere and my arrival time was 4:24 and every minute I waited in line only increased my arrival time and got out 203 As far as the person that took my order she was GREAT she was super friendly and what you expect from Dutch bros. Not only was she taking orders she was also going inside and helping to make drinks. She's a superstar. In my opinion this Dutch bros is extremely understaffed. From my experience in other ones with this volume of vehicles and walk up orders there should at least be 2-4 ppl out here taking orders. I do wonder how many customers behind me they lost because the line was so long. Inside they needed at least one more person making drive thru drink. The walk ups seemed to be staffed okay. Anyways. When placing a mobile order, be sure to check that you are placing the order for the right location as the app won't change the location depending on your closest one. Drinks are pretty good. There's plenty of different flavor combinations you can try. They also have seasonal drinks and giveaways sometimes. While Dutch Bros is known for their coffee, there is also teas and smoothies. I have auto tip set on my app and the barista asks if the preferred tip is ok. I said yes and immediately felt uncomfortable from her response. I finally decided to give Dutch Bros a try today. The drink itself was fine, but the service was honestly disappointing. I was clearly in line before another customer, yet the worker skipped over me and took their order first. Then, when I finally pulled up to the window, they tried to hand me the wrong drink. I had to repeat my entire order, and they started making a new one while I waited only for them to realize they had already made my drink the whole time. I ended up being given two of the same drinks because of the mix-up. All of this happened while I was on a tight time limit trying to get to work. They really need to get their service together because this was not a good first impression. read more

I've heard nothing but rave reviews for Dutch Bros. When I saw it off the freeway I knew I had to try it. There isn't one near where I live. I wasn't familiar with their menu so I asked the barista what she recommended or what the most popular was. She said the Golden Eagle was the most ordered which is coffee with caramel drizzle and vanilla flavor. I don't like my coffee sweet so I requested less sweet. It was tasty but I guess I had higher expectations. Next time I'd like to try something else to see if the hype is worth it. The building was mainly a drive through and a walk up window with benches available but not your standard sit down coffee shop. Located in the Grocery outlet parking lot there's plenty of parking if you need to get out and stretch your legs. read more

So we were here coming from So. Cal going back home to the Sac Region. We decided to get some coffee on the home. This is fairly a new location off I-5 and CA-130 in Patterson. Again this is a new site. There are 2 lines to place your orders. During my visit there was 2 order takers & 1 payment tablet. Not sure if that efficient, 1 of the payment tablet was inoperable or whatever the case may be. But we had a good train cars to show a good backup. The most annoying part is how they manage and guide traffic into one lane. 1 of the employees will tell you to move up ahead and say where you are in next in line. However, the other lane may not know it or they don't care and will then either take your place or shove their way in. In my case, the car to my left knew the instructions because the employee clearly told us who was first and who was next. Guess what? The other driver didn't give a $#!+ and proceeded to go first. As they approached the window, they realized their drinks were not quite ready and was told to move up so the next car, me, can receive their drinks. This pissed the driver and said they won't move and will wait for their drinks. Dumb@$$es. So we waited, while the privilege idiots waited on their drinks. Oh and don't bother parking at the Dutch Bro site to order at the window. If there is a train of cars, you ain't getting out. Best to park by Grocery Outlet. Trust me. When you arrive here, you will ask yourself the same question I did. Why did they make parking stalls right here and who in the City Planning approved this? OH the drinks. Can't complain. Stopped by this Patterson location after some grocery shopping. I have never been to a Dutch Bros before. I walked up to the window and was greeted by Marissa. I explained to her it was my first time and she was helpful in picking out two drinks comparable to what kind of drinks we like elsewhere. I went with the caramelizer for my husband and a hot chocolate for me. I had also just opened up my phone to download the app. All about those rewards. Marissa got my order started so I could finish the app set up to earn points from my order. I was able to do so in the time Marissa was making the drinks and received an offer for a free meduim drink. There is a 2 lane drive thru and a walk up window at this location. It shares the parking lot with Grocery Outlet and was placed in a direction that does not imped traffic. The drinks were tasty, I look forward to trying something different next time. I love DB. When I don't telework I stop by & grab a medium iced coffee. I'm never disappointed. In all the time I've been coming to this location I've never encountered a rude employee or had a bad drink. I often let the barista choose my drink completely with my standards. I've not been disappointed to date. The employees are so sweet, helpful & patient. They'll take the time to go over a drink, it helps create a drink. I did have a crew that I absolutely loved that seems to be gone now. I miss them (Des & gang). I do love the 1st Wednesday of the month sticker drop days. Love my stickers. I always send one to my granddaughter in The Netherlands. I like to walk up to the window. Not sure if the baristas hate that or not, I'd love to know. I'd stop if they did, but I like the music. This is my local Dutch and the employees are beyond amazing. Always very kind and happy. The store is always decorated for special occasions. And they really know how to make you feel special.
