This Starbucks location seems to have staffing issues. I have been several times when they either shut down the store and only had drive through (with over 30 min wait) or told customers in the store it sold be at least a 20 min wait for drinks. Staff seemed to be working hard , but management needs to hire more. I won't be going this location again. read more

There was no one in the store when we ordered at the counter and no one in the drive thru and it took over 15 mint to get two drinks.

The drinks were what we expected. The time and service make the rating what it is. It took 18 minutes to get one drink and all the baristas there looked miserable. I get that things get busy (former barista here) but it felt like my fault for ordering one regular cappuccino with no modifications. We stopped here on a long road trip for a pick me up. It might be worth finding a different one if you have a choice. Hopefully this place gets more baristas to help with the demand soon read more

Visited this Starbucks one rainy evening and the staff was phenomenal! They were very engaging when I asked about the new drinks, but the best part was the barista Faith! One of her arms was in a sling and that did not take away from the service or her efficiency making our drinks. The store was very clean and our drinks were delicious. This is definitely a hit or miss location. There are some really great staff here. Unfortunately there are also some pretty miserable borderline rude staff. This morning I ordered my usual drink and it was made incorrectly. I politely asked to have it fixed and was met with a dirty look and defensive posturing. My drink was dumped out and remade...and passed to me soaked on the outside from the dumping. The barista rolled her eyes at me and said "here ya go". Just an unpleasant person...maybe have her work somewhere not customer facing? read more

Great, new Starbucks in Macedonia - exactly what needed. No longer do you have to go inside target to get your fix! This location is a little more modern and higher end than others. They have draft cold brew and a tea wall! Additionally they offer mobile orders and have a drive thru. read more

I am happier than a fat kid in a candy store. Finally, a location in this area. I have waited my whole life for you Starbucks in Macedonia. I have longed for your logo...your smell....your fantastic sense of style (takes one to know one ya know?!?) located across from Office Max and Petco and a plaza away from Winking Lizard, this is a fantastic and easily accessible location. Lots of parking and they share the complex with a dentist office, so no fighting for spots! This summer they will have a nice sized patio to enjoy your java outside. A nice and spacious interior with a fantastic modern look. Bench and table seating as well as a small bar with chairs. Not lots of comfy chairs and couches, but I see this place as mostly a drive through location. Java on the go, yo! Service was on point and this location was clean. Definitely will be back! Almost a one star. I've been drinking Starbucks for 28 years. Went early Sunday morning and it took a long time to get a few lattes. Had to go back in to ask for raw sugar because there are no condiments on the table. Why did they take them down? Do people steal them? They gave me the sugar from behind the counter, but no coffee. Am I supposed to use my finger? There's five people with headsets and not responding to questions because they're so focused on the drive-through. and lastly, they just don't know how to make a latte. It just comes out as heated milk with espresso in it and some bubbles on top. That's not a latte. They need to bury the wand and make those bubbles microscopic, so that you've got froth all through your drink. microscopic bubbles is latte 101. This seems to be true with a lot of Starbucks. They should visit places like Hartwood coffee and rising star in order to take a few lessons. read more

For some reason I prefer this location to twinsburg (which has always been my go-to Starbucks). I thinks it's the location and interior. Very spacious, lots of outlets, corner for comfortable seating, and some bar stools. Service is also nice too. They make the best almond milk hot chocolate here! I do wish Starbucks had more food options instead of their custom sandwiches and stuff. But that's an area for growth that perhaps we'll see in the future. read more

This is one of the nicer Starbucks stores. I think everybody knows what Starbucks has on their menu so I don't have to go into details about that but I was impressed with the service and location. I don't understand why a coffee store only brews 1 kind of coffee most of the day - I personally hate Pike, and they rarely ever have blonde roast brewed. I asked if they had any, and the barista offered to brew it for me! This has never happened, in all the years of me visiting Starbucks stores around the world on a daily/weekly basis. Today there was training going on and I felt so bad for the employees because they were obviously struggling to keep up with orders while also training/being trained. Customers were being so rude and impatient. If any of the employees read this just know it was super impressive how you kept your cool when being treated so poorly! Food service is hard and shame on them for not being patient during a pandemic. All I know is even though the wait was long, they were all wearing masks, kept the store CLEAN and my coffee tasted great. read more

Finally, a stand-alone location in the area. No longer do people have to make (even more) trips to Target just to get themselves from iced-mocha-y goodness. This new location is stacked with all the latest drinks (including nitro), a clean & open space as well as a DRIVE THRU! My order came both correctly and promptly. Staff was friendly. This is literally the fastest Starbucks Drive-Thru I have ever seen!! The line sometimes wraps all around the building, but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I used to frequent this Starbucks when I worked in the area. The coffee was always good, the service was always really fast, and the people were always really friendly. read more

Starbucks is a great place to hang out with friends and to take pictures. I like most of their drinks but some I dislike. I think there service is fine because they usually aren't busy(depends what day) so I get my drink pretty fast. read more

I think I like this location better than any other Ive ever been too. They are always friendly and they always get my drink right. Other locations sometimes lack in one or the other or both. They also have bathrooms that are non-gender specific which I appreciate. read more
