This Starbucks sits directly on Gallatin Pike across from Rivergate Mall and is connected to an Urgent Care center. This is a drive thru/pick up only location, as there are no seats inside or outside. I usually avoid this location due to its size, layout and difficulty to get in and out of, especially on a busy weekend day. However a recent craving for an Iced Shaken Espresso overtook this concern and I popped in. The drive thru line was deep, per usual, but the inside counter was empty. The staff clearly focus on the drive thru traffic, which is understandable, but they could do better at acknowledging folks at the counter. Once I was greeted, I quickly tossed my order in and within a few moments I had my glorious shaken espresso in hand! And I must say, I was impressed! I have had this drink a thousand times over and this location has to be top 5 for me. Only other concern was the cleanliness here, or the lack there of. There was trash scattered around the lobby floors and the counters were riddled with sticky stains and coffee spills from the morning. Overall, not my favorite Starbucks location, but it will certainly do in a pinch. read more

This Starbucks always has quick service, I have ordered ahead and gone in the drive thru. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is super small and there are very few spots to park in as it is right next to an urgent care with designated spots. If it's busy it might be hard to find some parking. There are also no tables inside so you cannot come here to study/work like you can at other Starbucks locations. Other than that I like this location and it is in a great spot by lots of things and not far from the highway. read more

Leaving Nashville and heading north, we wanted to grab a coffee before we went too far and had to wait until we hit Bowling Green, KY. While a turn or two away from the highway, this Starbucks was easy to get to and get back on the highway from. It's got a nice private parking lot but it shares a structure with a minute clinic which was a first for me. The staff were nice and answered my questions about some new items easily. The menu and set up was pretty standard for Starbucks - minus the fact that the pick-up counter is all the way at the back by the bathrooms. You wait way at the back of the shop and then have to wade through all the shop and the checkout queue which is kind of odd and could be really challenging for a wheelchair user, customers with kids, or someone trying to grab a seat, work, and grab their coffee when it's ready. . read more

Late in the day business meeting. Plenty of space in this small venue for our group of 7. Slow service....I mean....s-l-o-w service with a barrista who was very congenial but kept forgetting what the orders were and/or for whom. Wrote the order on the cup, but not the name...and at times mixed the cups with another patron's order. The Chili Mocha Frappucino (warm) was excellent. Pastries and other finger foods that might have helped our group a bit were sparse and stale. Will return if I'm ever back in the area...but hope for better. read more

Eew. l just paid $17 for: a triple Macchiato that tastes like nothing but milk (no espresso in sight despite paying for extra espresso), a mocha Frappuccino that is basically ice and chocolate syrup (you can even see the ice visibly separated from the syrup) not in the least appetizing, and a mocha that tastes like chocolate water. Starbucks are usually Starbucks, except for the staff. They usually make the difference ANY place you might go. Well, the staff here was VERY nice. They watched my laptop while I left for a moment. They made excellent suggestions while ordering. The only complaint this day was that someone left something in or on something for too long. There was a burning smell for a while. It was nice and cold inside while it was hot outside, and this makes ALL the difference when drinking coffee in the summer. read more

My dogs are my babies and whenever I bring them with me here all the baristas come to the window and talk about how beautiful they are. Which of course my fur babies love the attention (and the pup cups ofcourse lol). Idk why this SB has such low reviews, I feel like A LOT people only take the time to write a review when they want to complain. I went on a Monday morning at 8:30 am to work here for a while. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and there were plenty of places to sit. Worst and slowest Starbucks ever. 20 minutes to get a hot tea. The staff was serving the drive thru and the inside counter was back up 10 orders deep. There were 3 employees working the drive thru and 1 working the counter. I will be looking for another coffee tea place and will not be returning to this location. read more

This location has the same menu as most. This is a very small store. They had plenty of employees and they were fine as far as doing their jobs however I never saw a smile. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is the floor was dirty, the "line" floor where they were working was filthy and the cream/sugar area was dirty with overflowing trash. If you say you'll be open until a certain time, you don't turn customers away 10 min prior to your advertised closing time. It's bad business. I completely understand not wanting to work on a holiday. As someone who worked in the service industry for over 20 years I respect it more than most and worked more holidays than not. So on Sunday morning my friend and I sat at SB talking and drinking coffee. This guy spilled his vente coffee on the mixing counter. It went all over. He asked for a towel to wipe it up and was told they didn't have one. He then tried to use like 50 napkins. My friend and I helped him. I have serviced this location for over ten years, mainly because it is convenient to my salon. I sent my teenage daughter for two beverages. The girl at the window drops my part of the order, all over the outside of the car. She proceeds to tell my daughter, "if you still want that you will have to pull up, and it will be like 10 to 15 minutes!" No apologies, no offer for a free beverage, nothing. The line was wrapped around the building as it always is. I call to speak to the manger and basically feel like nothing was taken seriously out of our conversation. Today, I went to Starbucks. Starbucks is literally my favorite place to go, I ordered my usual today then got up to the window and saw that my drink; Had to cups on it, I wondered why. So, I took the other cup off and it was leaking!!! They could have transferred it into another cup on top that it had way too much ice in it, I couldn't even get my straw in. I've had very friendly customer service at this drive-thru location. It is relatively quick even though there can be a handful of cars in line. The process is speedy when paying with a card or cash, no receipt signing or having to fill out a tip form (just cash tips). I like this as it keeps the lines moving and probably means the employees get paid well enough to keep coming back- delivering good product with smiling faces. The drinks are consistent from location to location and pretty much everyone can find something they enjoy from the bucks. They keep adding new items to the menu and despite their being super mainstream they are quality and not insanely priced. My only complaint is that there isn't one more conveniently located near me which is a surprise for Nashville. read more

It came out fast, under two minutes, and service was friendly. This was surprising because there were a lot of customers. I came at about seven pm. The inside is just WAY too small. You walk to nearly the back to place your order, then step a few feet to the very end to wait for your drink. Then you have to walk all the way back through the store to get out. So you have to excuse your way through the people placing their orders, and the people waiting in line. And with it being so narrow it's a pain. They desperately need a larger space. I won't be back. Maybe I'll use the drive-thru but I won't go in. I'll visit other locations instead. read more

So we just got back from this Starbucks and they did not do very well. We wanted to try the new Smores Frap. As we were waiting we saw them catch a breakfast sandwich on fire. People in line were complaining on how the store has gone downhill since new management has happened. We were in line for about 15 mins and they were only serving 2 groups in front of us. When we finally got our Fraps, they were not expertly crafted at all. The graham cracker topping was not there and it seemed to be blended into the drink which made it feel sandy.
