Southern hospitality always feels like a warm hug on a cold day. Started off with the most attentive employee who greeted as soon as I walked in. Asked about my day and had eye contact to help me believe they were listening versus just a passive conversation. She asked the manager if one of my beverages was available to be sure I got what I ordered. Assuming this item sells out fast. Waiting at a table for my order and had a stranger greet me and asked how my day was going before he left to his adventure for the day. Felt so natural and carefree. Then the same employee who had taken my order delivered my beverages instead of calling my name, thanked me, and wished me a wonderful day. It was a busy time and didn't have to go out of the way to do so. Didn't get to catch anyone's name but THANK YOU for your hospitality and service. My brother-from-another-mother have always visited this coffee shop after a game of Disc Golf when visiting family in Tennessee, and are always grateful for the hospitality and great service. read more

While out touring some homes in Hendersonville, I looked up the top rated coffee shops around to see where I may be going regularly if I move there. We decided to try Drips after reading great reviews and I'm so happy we did! It reminded me of one of my favorite coffee shops in Spring Hill (shout out settlers). They had home-made syrups, delicious cold foam, and flavorful coffee. The shop itself was inviting and still decorated for Christmas and the baristas were happy to help. Drips in Hendersonville is a not-so-hidden hidden gem. I was unaware of this spot until someone chose it as our coffee meeting. Tucked away from the main road, it's across from TriStar Hendersonville hospital behind cvs pharmacy in a strip mall. The vibe is great, the barista was warm and the coffee was delectable. Trendy, hidden coffee shop, north of Nashville. Things you should know: I. PARKING Drips is in a plaza and shares a free public parking lot with the adjacent businesses. Easy. II. SERVICE Timely. They have outlets dispersed through the cafe and free wifi ~ so it's a great place to knock out some work. I also liked their self-serve water station & sugar-free syrup options to mix up your drinks. Limited latte art provided. My rating dropped when I heard a capable employee say "why" in front of my face to his coworker when I requested latte art. III. QUALITY The cappuccinos here have a good ratio of milk and coffee. IV. We were visiting from out of town and looked up a local coffee place nearby and found this gem. My peppermint mocha was good, though could I've been served a little hotter to stay warmer for longer. Hard to beat a Summer Moon peppermint in my home town, mocha latte, but this was pretty close! Service was fabulous, friendly, and attentive. read more

I live 1 1/2 hours away and decided to try a local coffee shop instead of a chain. Cute little coffee shop. I ordered a 16oz iced Milk and Honey with 2% Milk, 1/2 Caf., and Dark Chocolate. The milk was from Chaney's Dairy Barn so that was pretty local supplier (an hour away). The barista used whole milk instead of the 2% I ordered. Other than that the coffee was pretty good. The shop needs some cleaning. Especially the bathroom. Which there is only one and it's unisex. Floor needs mopping, the trash needs to be taken out (it was to the top full), the hook that was supposed to be on the door was broken off. The barista didn't really say much. I will probably not stop by again. read more

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to grab a latte and get some work done. Drips ended up being the perfect place - cozy atmosphere, fast Wifi, great service, and delicious coffee. I ordered a Vanilla Oat Latte and a chocolate muffin - both were delicious, and the service was fast. I ended up staying longer than I expected, and even though the store was full with people at times, the small shop never grew loud. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by again, even if it's just a quick stop in the drive thru. read more

Learned that this space opened a few short months ago. It's so quaint inside! A Work from Home(rs) ideal work space... The two ladies that helped me were so nice. Not to mention they gave me a few good foodie spots they thought I should visit while I was visiting Nashville. I ordered the Milk & Honey Latte with Oat Milk. Yum! The drink was sweet but it's because it was coming from the honey and a hint from the oat milk. Seeing that it's practically summer, I got my drink iced. read more

I've been to this homey local coffee spot twice this week. The owners are fantastic, service is great, and the coffee... I just had a coffee flight (which I've never seen anywhere else) of four different drinks. All of which were wonderful, but the Milk and Honey was the standout. They're also bringing in some next level cookies starting this week. There's a drive thru as well if you're on the move. Strong recommend. read more

I was excited to try this coffee shop as it was not another hendersonville "chain". Staff was very friendly and the environment was cozy and what you would want in a coffee shop. But the reason I cannot rate it better is the drink. I ordered a london fog and 90% of it was just milk. On top of that, the entire tea bag was left at the bottom of the cup with the string attached and all. So I had less contents in my cup and it just tasted like milk. Maybe I should have went with a coffee but I wouldn't offer tea if you cannot make it. The coffee on the menu did sound delicious but very sugar heavy so if that's your thing then maybe you will like it. The baked goods are also from chain grocery stores which is totally fine but nothing special. Again, the staff was delightful, clean spot, good parking, just was disappointed in the menu. read more

really good simple coffee drinks, i hate when coffee shops have blended drinks, 50 syrups, lemonades etc. their menu is small and efficient. they also make the milk texture correct. i like that they have two sizes for mugs, that they sell coffee beans, and the cookies they have. on that note i do wish they had slightly more food options like maybe something savory or warm. nothing crazy, but many people get sick with coffee and no food/cant have sweets and that's all they have. and as someone with 4 years of barista experience, i also love how big their coffee bar is. looks awesome with plenty of space to work. the drive through option is cool for customers but if i worked there id kinda hate it, and it makes service inside slower cause it's probably top priority. read more

All the pastries are bought from publix or krogers. The employees pulled the pastries straight out of a store bought package with the price tags still on package. Food to say the least was terrible. Coffee on other hand was really good read more

I ordered a lavender latte with oat milk and was highly disappointed. The drink was incredibly acidic with poor taste. When i brought the drink back to the barista, she shared that it was acidic because "the oat milk they use is organic, and even has 1g of protein". As someone who regularly makes and purchases oat milk lattes, the reasoning was faulty & customer service left me feeling dejected. Eventually, they remade the drink with almond milk, but the acidity remained too much for me to finish the drink. read more
