My drinks here are usually good, until this one employee makes them. I order extra cold foam because i enjoy cold foam and i know her personally and she does NOT like me.... so she skimps my cold foam, knowing that i like it. customer service sucks. my drinks are always wrong and when I ask for it to be remade they are snotty and always have an attitude.

Customer service can be improved greatly. It is extremely poor. Poor attitude, not wanting to do anything to give a better service experience. I was immediately told if I wouldn't have asked for light ice I would've had a full cup. There was zero customer service zero help. No one explained to me from the start when I ordered light ice that I wouldn't get a full cup because if that was the case I wouldn't of got a Venti and paid that price or I would've gotten something else every other time I have ordered this coffee I have asked for light ice and I have gotten a full cup never been an issue. This was not me ordering this for the first time. for me personally customer service wise they could've told me well. We can add a little coffee in it and fill up the cup great but they told me because I did not have a full cup. I would have to pay extra to get a full cup. I called corporate about the situation. They said that the manager would call me back within 24 hours never heard from corporate and or a manager so all around from the top down crappy customer service. read more

I ordered a drink it came 3/4 full I looked at it for a second and the the person at the window looked at me asked if there is a problem. I just said my cup isn't full and then they proceeded to tell me if I wouldn't of asked for light ice my cup would be full, so I argued a little bit about that. saying I paid for a Venti I should get a Venti then another person chimed in proceeded to tell me the same thing. my issue is I'm paying for a full cup of coffee. I should get a full cup of coffee. I shouldn't be paying six or seven dollars for a cup of ice. That is ridiculous. Then there was never any customer service it was like the person at the window was ready to start something as soon as I questioned it I called Starbucks corporate. They said that they would have someone call me within 24 hours no one's ever called me so obviously Starbucks customer service in a hole has went down. and I will never go back there again because as a customer, I should've never been treated the way i was and previous experiences with other starbucks I always had great customer service, but if corporate doesn't care to call me back and try to make things better why are their employees going to care. just very sad zero absolutely zero customer service from the start. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience at this Starbucks was extremely disappointing--the worst customer service I've encountered. There was no greeting from the staff when I walked in. I stood there for a while, waiting for someone to ask if I needed help, but they just ignored me. Instead, they were busy making their own drinks and walked away from customers, even though the store and drive-through weren't busy. This level of service is unacceptable. The staff clearly need more training to improve customer interactions. If you have cameras in your store, you might want to review how your staff are treating customers. read more
