Frequent starbucks customer but something is off with this store. It took 40 minutes for my latte today (i ordered ahead and it was still not ready when I arrived.) And then of course it was made wrong twice. I just left empty handed because i couldn't justify an hour for trying to get a coffee.. even when I already spent a half hour waiting. Went through the drive through today at around noon. The barista working the drive through was very nice, great service from the guy.

The coffee is made right and fairly speedy, staff is pleasant. The new parking lot drive-through-one-way plan is a disaster making it a no-go for me now. The DO NOT BLOCK portion is blocked every day, preventing people from leaving! There is not enough room to back up into the straight through lane, unless you're a mini cooper. And why not any reserved spots for Starbucks, so the gym next door doesn't take every single one??? It's just not worth the hassle when Franklin is a few miles away. Pass. read more

It's not fair to pay and arm and a leg for a drink to get one not even filled. I use to love this Starbucks and went there all the time but recently (this past month or two) the cold brews get made wrong and taste horrible and other coffees aren't that good anymore either. The cold brews are so bad recently it's just undrinkable. I'd love to change this to a 5 star if the coffees got fixed, idk if it's management or untrained employees but I hope they get back to how good they use to be. read more

We see they still have those dirty wooden blinds that don't work. The newest Starbucks have those nice filtering shades. Shame on Medway Starbucks for not bringing back the sun filtering shades. Until that's done we and our friends travel to the franklin store. We no longer frequent medway Starbucks... they co tinier with those broken down blinds that are caked in with dust. The staff here is what makes it so great- so nice and friendly in the most authentic way! A sort-of-secret; on the side menu, there is the option of ordering a french press of coffee for you and a friend. It is a great deal! I love all the new snacks and the bananas too! This newly-renovated location is a major upgrade from its previous state. A sleeker interior is coupled by a long table perfect to accommodate a large crowd. The windows are lined with bar seating as well for a more efficient seating plan. Outdoor seating has been expanded as a result of the added drive-thru lane. The WiFi is Google-based, which provides faster internet than what was previously used. Outlets are readily available around this location's interior. The baristas are always happy and eager to accommodate your needs. There is a DRIVE-THRU. The line can be long at times, but the employees do their best to expedite the process efficiently. I'm torn, as I really love the girls here, they're super nice and always know what I want (sometimes before I do, esp. when the weather keeps changing!) I *really* hope that during prime time morning hours (I'm usually there between 7:30-7:45 AM now that I'm a FT student) they can find it in their labor budget to schedule more than one person on register, and one person making the orders. If someone in front of me orders more than one coffee, grrrrr, OR throws a wrench in the flow by wanting their bagel toasted *Seriously?!?!?! lol... it brings drink production to a grinding -no pun intended- HAULT. It usually takes a good 10-15 minutes in the morning to get a latte these days, yet when I stop by after classes around 3:00 to get a "pick me up", there seems to be more staff on then customers in the store, which makes absolutely no sense. Not only are most folks in more of a "hurry" in the earlier hours, they are definitely more on the cranky side as they have yet to have their crack, er, I mean, coffee. One of my favorite Starbuck locations to go to on the weekends when I just want to get away from the city and have a good cup of coffee out in the burbs. The staff is always pleasant, and usually know exactly what I'm ordering before I even open my mouth. It is located inside a nice little plaza with a big parking lot and outdoor seating which is great on a nice summer day. read more

They've never messed up my coffee and I've never experienced the cleanliness issues others have mentioned in their reviews. It's a chain, so you know what you're getting from the start. I really like the pastry selections at this location and the free wi-fi! Thank you for finally not raping your customers with extra fees anymore! What a novelty! There are lots of cushy chairs, seats at the bar and indoor and outdoor tables to sit at, even for this smaller location. The parking lot is a bit tricky to figure out at first (they share with McDonald's and their one-way drive-thru lane messes things up a bit), but if you're not retarded, you should be fine. read more

I haven't been to barely any Starbucks locations in the past, besides one in Boston about a year ago. I normally visit Dunkin Donuts, as they always seem more convenient, but recently got a gift card for Starbucks Coffee. While in the area, I decided to stop by the Medway Starbucks location because it had a drive thru and didn't look busy. The first thing I noticed while waiting behind 2 cars in the drive thru was the outdoor patio. This outdoor seating area is super quaint and would be the perfect destination in the spring and summertime (which is coming so, so soon!). Anyway, the drive thru moved so fast and the pastries and sandwich I ordered were both made to perfection and delectable. Guys at the drive thru window were friendly, kind, and helpful. There were lots of people working inside and moved the drive thru so rapidly fast! I will now start to visit Starbucks more and more often. Thank goodness there are 3 drive thru locations in my area! 5 stars for the Medway location..... they turned me onto going to Starbucks and are definitely a role model, if other locations aren't as great. read more

Average Starbucks drinks. The drive thru however is badly designed so once you are committed there's no turning back. This wouldn't be a problem if the service was not so slow. I sat in a line of only 4 cars for 15 minutes only to pull up to the window and my single drink was still not made. I would rather drive to the busier Franklin location for faster service. read more

Medway is also the only location I've been to where they charge for a venti tea when you only get one tea bag in the venti cup. It's just a little more hot water. Can you ever go wrong? I mean really! Bought a $40 GC for "Police Only" after the shootings. My husband commented they'll probably never see it. I thought about that and worried. I don't usually leave reviews for Starbucks drivethrus, because I usually only hit them once in a while, and people can make mistakes. BUT... I finally pass one on a frequent basis. And being a sleep deprived mother to four, I NEED a Starbucks drivethru! Get my order wrong every now and again? No big deal. Get my order wrong TWICE in the same week, and you get a yelp review. I have ordered the same drink from this location at LEAST twice a week for the last 6 months. Both times I went this week, I get crappy coffee - I else with the wrong milk, and once with no sweetner. I don't like to spend $4 for a cup of coffee and not get what I ordered. I will no longer be driving away before I try my drink. I feel like they either aren't training new people correctly OR they just don't care about the drivethru customers. I can't wait until the Franklin location opens.
