But, comparing it to the other location on Route 1 Southbound (that is visible from this location), this is SO much better. Literally. Now, I LOVE drive thrus. I live for them, and the Westwood area just doesn't seem to ever have enough. And this one isn't a drive thru. It should be, but it's not. And the other one is. But the other one is run so poorly and such a terrible Dunks to go, that I would make the U-turn, and go into this one for extremely better service. The better qualities of this Dunks is that there isn't normally many people inside, maybe 2 employees and 1 other customer, if that. It's sort of like I have the whole place, which is really nice, not loud and always immaculate. Next, the staff are always super friendly and continuously give me coupons and tell me about other Dunkin perks. For the food, they ALWAYS get my orders right, never EVER a problem with that (and they put cream cheese onto my bagels, which the other location doesn't do, even when I specifically ask for it).
