Respectfully the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. If you order online, expect your order to be done in 30 minutes.

I ordered the new smores cold brew and a tall hazelnut - both didn't have the flavoring, tasted burnt and I paid extra for nondairy cold foam they didnt add.. there was no chocolate syrup. While Starbucks is usually not special, the coffee is good and the food is alright. This one has gone one step above and hired Adam. Quite frankly he is awesome! Manning the drive thru my last two trips, he makes a difference, very friendly, polite and cares. read more

Terrible experience, just got a chai latte and a cake pop and was paying cash. I handed the cashier my cash in one hand and held up my phone and she closed the window very quickly. As the window closed, I said, excuse me and she completely ignored me. She then refused to scan my phone for points. So rude. read more

this location is rated so horribly but idk why. i come here so much and my drinks are always amazing. the employees are always super sweet and good at their job and always say hi and how are you when i come in and grab my pick up order. good location, convenient and also very clean inside. i will 100% keep coming here lol read more

I just got an oatmilk espresso and they put almond milk in it- I get oatmilk because I have a dairy allergy, had it been an almond allergy this could have been a terrible mistake, people need to pay attention to order details because it could be a potentially dangerous health emergency for customers with allergies. Ordered a venti iced tea, however received a grande when charged for a venti. Then when I asked if they could give me a venti the guy was really rude about it. Then i received my tea with ice filled up to the brim! This is a downright joke of a Starbucks. 1.) Front panel of ordering station is off and people are tripping over it. It is heavy and has sharp edges. 2.) Barista today 10/8/17 @ 4:45PM doesn't care one bit. Three drinks including mine were remade and she is sloppy and not following what I know to be procedure or recipe. Using a Venti cup as an ice scoop for Frappachicos is not going to yield the proper results. 3.) Ordered an item they told me they were out of and 10 mins later through their headsets they figured out they did have more under the counter. Then they had no clue how to issue a "your next one's on us" card. This store is really in need of some help. Utter waste of money!!! read more

The worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I tried to get the barista to scan my phone but she wouldn't take it until I paid. I asked her to scan again and she told me she would have had to do that prior to payment. Lol. She gave me my drink and I could instantly tell it wasn't right but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. So my family and I came through the drive thru, and went to order our drinks. She gave us the wrong order. She mixed up our orders with the individuals behind us. We went back in correct this small mistake. We kindly apologize that we had bothered them. But they didn't apologize for the mistake and just said okay. The lady at the window gave us some attitude, and to her co-workers too. We finally got our drinks and the drinks weren't made properly. Gave us the wrong size straws and it couldn't even reach the top of the cup. (Sorry we're being petty) read more

This Starbucks is right at the entrance to the outlet malls, thankfully not in it and is open early at 5:30am. Easy access from the highway and the nearby hotels. They have a drive through too. read more

New store right at the base of the new Merrimack Premium Outlets. They have a drive through- and when I was there, everything went smoothly. There is a dunks right down the street as well. To note though, this isn't one that anyone is going to be walking to, you certainly have to drive down the hill, or get to it right when you are pulling into the outlets. read more

I come here quite a bit because I live down the street. The staff is great. They are always so friendly and even offer to have you try samples of new products if you're unsure about something! They have never messed up my order. The only downfall I have with this place is the outlet situation. If you are going to the outlets, great. But I've almost been hit so many times turning in here (from the right hand land turning right no less!!) because of the sharp turn coming up the hill. They should really expand and open a Starbucks in Merrimack outside of this area because it seems to be a super popular place! read more
