Omg who knew the had hot and cold drinks plus soft serve ice cream!!!!! Had a coffee and if it's not too busy they will customize it with dropping a Lindt ball flavor of your choice!!! Had the chocolate and vanilla twist that I highly recommend. I'm definitely coming back every trip to the outlet! read more

What's with all the bad reviews? I thought this chocolate shop was fantastic. It's less chaotic than other stores I've been to. Filled to the brim with chocolate, truffles, and other goodies. It's the kind of place if I had picked up a basket, it would be filled in mere seconds. Located next to Clarks, across from Yogibo. Overall Service: We've only been here once and with a coupon to try their ice cream cone. They never gave grief about coming in just for a freebie. Super sweet about the transaction. read more

The male employee was very condescending and rude!! I bought over $40 worth of handmade chocolate. He couldn't even close the plastic sleeve properly! It fell out. Then he just picked it up and tried to shove it back in. I asked him to separate it and he looked annoyed. But come on now. It doesn't fit in 1 tiny plastic sleeve! And the bark broke and crumbled. He didn't even care. It was the most horrific experience ever! Do not shop here! read more

I absolutely LOVE this Lindt store. It is ALWAYS spotless! Customers are always acknowledged and offered a sample Lindt truffle! I went today and Laura & Josh were FANTASTIC!! Not the best experience starting with the moment we walked in. We were greeted by a male employee. At first he was nice and told us about the promotions going on with the back to school lunch box. Once more customers started coming in maybe he was getting overwhelmed and a bit stressed (?) but when a customer asked him a question about the promotions he was very rude towards them. I later asked him about the back to school lunch box he mentioned to me when I walked in-- how many pieces of chocolate can I fill, he was very rude and said "ugh, 30, NEXT!" At that very moment I would have left if it wasn't for my boyfriend. We later just ended up filling a bag with 75 of them for less than $30 I believe. The guy was not doing a great job with informing any customers touching the chocolate in the center of the store to wear the disposable gloves provided. There were gloves everywhere, it was kind of hard to miss. With COVID going on, you would assume people would know or an employee would make an announcement... at that point I just wanted to leave the store without buying anything! Surprisingly the line wasn't too long but it was getting a bit overwhelming with the amount of people in there. The guy at the door wasn't stopping anyone from getting in. Upon check out the cashier asked if I had a phone number and wanted to apply any points, in which I did. When I gave it to her, I believe the manager said the system isn't working so I had to write my name, phone number, and email address down on the back of the receipt and hope for them to apply the points correctly. My boyfriend also wanted a mint chocolate latte so we paid in the same line but waited for the drink at the counter to the right. It was pretty fast but the drink was completely trash. The drink was WAY too overpriced for what it tasted. It was extremely watered down and we did not taste any bit of coffee or the mint Lindt chocolate in there at all. We will stick to just buying their chocolate from now on and will be staying away from this store location. read more

**this review is solely for the coffee/drink thing** Okay, chocolate is good any time of the year and melting Lindt balls into coffee sounds even better. We were at the outlets and decided to make a pit stop for some coffee. Being often coffee drinkers, we decided to yolo and try something new and fancy. Like the overpriced Starbucks, two (small dunkin' donut sized small) coffees came out to be $11.45 - okay, no biggie because it's Lindt, and it's fancy. It could have been better; the coffee could have been better rather than it tasting watered down. Really watered down. We weren't impressed. We'll stick with just buying chocolates next time. read more

If you're looking for a sweet treat then look no further! They have everything here from coffee, gift boxes, and treat yourself bite sized Lindt chocolates! I walked in and was immediately greeted by 3 people and some free chocolate samples. Also everything this week is 50% off in the store! The co-workers were very sweet (no pun intended). Hopefully I will be back in New Hampshire to check out this place. There is also no sales tax on anything at the Merrimack Mall. I left the store happy and want to come back again when I visit! read more

Beware.... staff is rude and pricing isn't always better at this outlet. When we asked about the deal we received in an email, found that the 75 piece deal in the outlet was more expensive and they don't honor email promotions. Response to the question made us feel like we were for asking something unreasonable. Asked a question about different dark chocolate percentages and was made to feel stupid. No samples offered to us but offered to others in the store. Not a great shopping experience here. read more

my sister and i went in today 5/6/18 around 5pm with the intention of buying chocolates to bring back to boston and rhodeisland. it is not our first time to enter a lindt shop so we knew that we will be offer sample chocolates , while inside the shop there are three staffs (one male and two females) chatting among themselves, and just look at us, they are not busy at all since we are the only customers that went in at that time, we take our time as we are also meeting our cousin there bec she will buy some chocolates. i dont mind not being offer their sample chocolate but what irritate me is when there are a couple who just came in and the staff immediately offer them their chocolates? why bec we are asians? and they think we went in there for the free samples only? i told the sales lady we had been standing here for more than 5mins none of u came to us to ask what we need or even offer us your sample chocolates when all three of the staff are just standing there and chatting and doin nothing! why bec we are asians and u think we will not purchase anything? i rate this store as 0 for discriminating us i told them too bad even my sister wanted to buy i told her to forget about it and go somewhere else. never gonna come back to this store ever again! and to the management, pls train your staff well read more

It was thirty-five degrees outside so I ordered a hot chocolate because I thought a hot beverage would help warm me up and because it was too late for a hot caffeinated drink such as a coffee or salted caramel mocha latte with whipped cream and sprinkles. The problem was that the nice lady working didn't heat up enough milk so she topped it off with cold milk from the fridge in order to fill the cup up all the way. I knew she understood the physics that adding a cold solution to a warm solution will cause the heat to transfer from the warm solution to the cold solution until an equilibrium temperature is reached because she tried to turn her back to me and hide the fact she was pouring cold milk into my hot beverage. The unfortunate part is that equilibrium resulted in a very cold chocolate drink, not the hot chocolate that I had ordered and desired. The store was very busy and appeared understaffed so I understand why she was trying to hurry me out the door by not preparing my order correctly and which is also why I did not ask the lady to reheat the drink. I left very dissatisfied and will not return and hope this review will let people know that they should go to the Starbucks next to the mall where they are better trained in customer service and preparing beverages. read more
