I ordered an Iced Lavender Cream Matcha and showed my order to the employee to make sure it was correct. However, I was given an Iced Lavender Cream Chai instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee told me to throw the drink away and said they would make a new one. Unfortunately, the replacement drink was also not prepared correctly--it was missing the lavender foam that is supposed to be part of the drink. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I saw an employee rinsing the foam container right in front of me. I also overheard a comment suggesting that some customers intentionally claim their order is wrong to get extra drinks. Whether the comment was directed at me or not, it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ended up throwing away both drinks and leaving disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations, but after this experience, I don't plan on returning. read more

Every single time I come to this location, my order is wrong. I've completely given up on getting the drink I actually ordered. It just shouldn't be that complicated to make a drink--especially at a place like Starbucks, where consistency is supposed to be the standard. Today was the last straw. I ordered an Iced London Fog Latte, and somehow they forgot the tea. Yes, the actual tea--the main ingredient in the drink--was missing. I basically paid $7 for flavored milk with ice. Me and my friend went to starbucks on her birthday to get her free drink. When we were ordering the worker rushed us and cut us off before we even finished our order. When we got to the window, hers was correct but mine wasn't. We both ordered a frap with no whip cream and mine had whip cream. I told him it was made wrong and he told me i don't say no whip cream and that I can just scrape the whip cream off-- it's on the bottom too. After this, he told my friend she couldn't get a free drink because she's had the app less than 6 months (she's had it for almost 2 years). I have to say that this Starbucks that was new in the Mount Juliet, was like the best than any other location of this area. The reason why I'm giving this a 5 star is because of how the staff and the employees have been doing a great job, how good their Frappe-chinos come out, and how clean this place is. Since they opened in 2016, I decided to go try them out and see if they do any better job than the one next to Home Depot. It turns out to be 4 times better than expected to be. I go to Starbucks a lot these days, but the one thing I've got to say is that whenever I come in to Starbucks, one of the employees will know my order if you come here a lot. I was impressed about one of them knowing what I wanted to order. This is like one of the best Starbucks's I've ever been to in a while!! read more

The young woman working the drive thru tonight was amazing! I asked for something that isn't available anymore and she made several different suggestions that I might like instead, and I could tell she was coming up with some on the spot herself. Amazing staff! Like all the Starbucks I'm aware of now, all the staff wore masks and the venue was very clean. Another great Starbucks experience. Love the new cold brew with dark cocoa almond milk foam. The front patio with umbrellas is a pleasant place to enjoy drinks and conversation. read more

I visit this location 4 to 5 times a week. It appears the staff rather have you go through the drive tru or use your mobile app over coming inside. This morning I went inside and was told they would be with me in just a moment. I was the only one in line and they had 5 staff members up front. After waiting 5 minutes I left. I really hope this location doesn't turn impersonal by treating those who come to the drive up window, or use a mobile app better than those who make an effort to get out of their vehicle and come inside to maximize their experience - you know having to see your customer, talk to your customer - face to face. Love this place! It's clean, and the employees are friendly enough, and it's the best place to go in summer, winter, fall, or spring. It's quiet, so it's great to listen to music , read a book , or do your homework . In the summer I usually get a chocolate Frappuccino. In the spring I usually get the pink drink. In fall I get the dragon fruit one. And in the winter a hot chocolate. And I like trying the unicorn one whenever it's around. This place is great and they always put fruit in the fruity ones, and whip cream and chocolate sauce on the hot chocolate, and a Frappuccino. And I am always willing to try something new at Starbucks. Plus they have almond milk! I prefer almond milk in my drinks or coconut . But, I would recommend putting more whip cream on because it's upsetting when they don't put it on all of it and the whip cream melts because they didn't put enough on! But otherwise it's one of my favorite coffee shops! Yum! read more

My previous review had stated that they are consistently out of what I'm trying to order. I had pretty much stopped coming to this location all together but my wife would still from time to time. She sent me there today to pick her up some breakfast and I literally had to go down the line of the menu asking "well so you have this ?" Only for them to reply no sorry we are out of that too. Honestly it went from being infuriating to hilarious with how poorly they stock their store. The employees were fine but it would be nice for them to actually have product to serve me. read more

This is the only Starbucks that I can go to and consistently get my drink made perfectly how I want it . The drive thru seems to move a bit faster in the morning but slower during lunch time! They are patient when my app is taking forever to load and seem to practice good sanitation ! read more

This is the best Starbucks ever! I love coming here, everyone always has a smile on their face. The employees always try to make sure everything is done efficiently and quickly.
