I placed a mobile order for this location and used the new feature to select a time frame to pick it up. I live 25-30 minutes away from this location (it is the closest to me) so I selected a time frame that would leave me 25-30 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was a few minutes (3 minutes) ahead of the time I selected and I didn't think it would be a big deal as the line was wrapped around the building. When I got up to the window the barista told me it would be a minute for the rest of my drinks after she handed me one of the three I ordered. I didn't argue, I said "okay thank you" and patiently waited. Then she turned to me and said that if I use the mobile app I shouldnt place it for a later time then arrive early. (I was 3 minutes early) I said I lived 30 minutes away and it is easier for me to do the app and I apologized for being early. She proceeds to scoff, roll her eyes, and turn away. Then she hands me my next drink and says that maybe I should use the drive thru speaker instead of the app. (I have came to this Starbucks for years and always used the app, it is also easier when ordering for my family with our previous drinks on the app) As someone who works in fast food I do not get why this is a big deal, sure I arrived a handful of minutes early but if the drinks were made when I got to the window, what is the issue? The drinks didn't have some of the customization (a flavor added). It was not a large nor difficult order. I have always gone to this location and they always have no trouble until today making my order. It would be nice to have kinder barista working. This location has been not making me leave happy, and that should be the focus of fast food restaurant: making food quick and making customers happy. read more

A large majority of the baristas at this location are rude and seem to hate their job. I used to come to this location 2-3 times per day, but I stopped because of it. The manager is awful and will not allow substitutions for us , even though it does not have a price difference between the 2 bases. It doesn't make any logical sense at all, it's not a difficult substitution and it's not complicated. So, they have lost a large family of 8 that once came daily and usually multiple times in a day. Based on principle. I would steer clear of this location. It isn't the same environment or energy as any of the other Starbucks locations . The people there really do not enjoy their job and they certainly don't treat customers well. Only one young man (17) is helpful and polite. I can't remember his name, but he's been there for a while. Most of the old baristas, who were wonderful, all left and either quit or changed locations because of the negative vibe. read more

Im usually a regular with starbucks, and i've never been more mad with this service, Especially this location i always go here never had such a bad experience, i ordered 2 refreshers and 2 foods, oatmeal and a cake pop. We got our drinks and we put in are order at 2:22pm they are not busy at all. We have not gotten our food yet and it is now 2:36. i went to and them very nicely and they said we will be working on it shortly. We have now been waiting 20 minutes for oatmeal and a cake pop. read more

This location opted out of nurses week promotions, so we're opting out of fav notable reviews for this location. Tiny store, drive thru primarily with limited indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good, food was ok, warm but not toasted. It's what you'd expect if you stick a frozen item into a microwave, not worth the price. read more

I normally love coming to this particular location (and still do, don't get me wrong), but today's visit was completely unacceptable. I had placed my order through the app and went into the drive-through line to pick up my drink. The person who TOOK my order (male) was extremely friendly and very pleasant to speak to. But the person who GAVE me my order (female) was the COMPLETE opposite. Don't know her name, but nonetheless... EXTREMELY rude; couldn't even be bothered to crack a smile let alone say hello or anything even though I was nothing but nice to her the whole time. She just proceeded to silently hand me my drink with the straw and then walk away, still not saying anything. Service with a smile? I think not. I get it... it's a Saturday afternoon, 90+ degrees outside, and the phrase "life be lifing" is an understatement at this point, but come on now. Absolutely ridiculous and very off-putting. I love Starbucks but I always try to avoid this location specifically. The staff here can be incredibly rude and today there were two of them at the register complaining about how busy it was as one is in the middle of taking my order. Just not a good look for the business in my opinion, makes customers not want to return. The Homer Glen location is my favorite, the staff there are always so nice and welcoming and overall just seemed more organized despite how busy it can get there also. read more

I have been to this Starbucks 3 times this week and although I don't know the barista's name, he has made me feel special each morning. He uses terms of endearment like Babe, Love, etc. The Salted Caramel Mocha coffee has been delicious every day! Keep on doing what you are doing! read more

Hours of operation state that they are open until 8:00pm . I walk in at 7 :45 and I am told they are out of coffee while three employees laugh and joke and have a great time. I went here today with a large order, we were given a lot of attitude from the drive thru worker. We told her to have a good day and she ignored us. Upon arriving at home we saw that our sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich had no sausage!!! Very rude workers who aren't efficient. read more

What I really appreciate about this Starbucks is that they have a drive through. I know I sound lazy but there are times I just want to get a coffee and go on my way. If I have my granddaughter in the car, I use this Starbucks. Worth going out of my way to avoid the whole in and out of the cat seat procedure. Today I used it before I got on 80. I again went out of my way to have a nice hot coffee with me as I drove for about 40 minutes. They have never gotten my order wrong. Thanks baristas! read more

Okay I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks to begin with. But my wife needed to stop somewhere for a coffee and this was the only place we could find. So she ordered her coffee/expresso/latte/whatever and I ordered a smoothie. For a smoothie I could choose from Strawberry, Orange Mango or Chocolate. I asked the young woman at the register if it is possible for me to mix the Orange Mango and the Chocolate together. She looked at me like I had grown a second head right in front of her eyes. So I asked why that was not possible to just mix together the two different kinds of smoothies into one brand new type of smoothie. She explained that there are lines on the cups and they would not be sure what portion amounts to mix together. It would throw everything off and it wouldn't all fit in one cup. So I responded that I guess my request is not possible and I would just have the Orange Mango. Then Maria and I waited. And we waited. And we waited some more. I will say to be fair the Starbucks was busy. Though they did have at least seven employees that I could see working. And we waited even more. And we continued to wait even more. One woman who ordered three or four different drinks after us even asked at one point if her drinks were ready and a young woman making drinks behind the counter barked at her that they were almost ready and that she was very busy making at least 20 other drinks at one time. So as Maria and I continued to wait and the place emptied out the barking girl asked us what we were waiting for. I felt like saying, what the f*** do you think we are waiting for, but my pleasant and lovely wife explained the coffee and smoothie. So after about another few minutes (probably at least 15 minutes of waiting in total) we finally received our drinks. We did also receive an, "we're sorry for the wait" from a different server behind the counter. After all that my wife complained that Starbucks coffee is still way too strong and she really doesn't care that much for their coffee anyway. So you may ask why did we stop at this Starbucks, because my wife needed her coffee. Will we go back to this Starbucks or any Starbucks for that matter again, GOD I hope not!! read more

I usually frequent either this Starbucks or the one on Wolf Rd. more than I do anywhere else....and I've never been disappointed with either one of them The baristas are always friendly and polite....and never rude even during a rush. The one's I have told my name to tend to remember it, and from all the times I've been there to shove more stars on my Gold Card...I can't recall them ever getting an order wrong Of course, I've never ordered anything saying stuff like a mocha double decaf, no whip, double lid......or whatever lingo is used for coffee My usual go-to order is a "tall blonde" with a childish grin included (I already have a short blond....who is more than enough for me) ...though there are times where I'll ask for something like a salted caramel mocha with a squirt of almond syrup and 3 extra shots of espresso I wanted to see if it tastes somewhat like a almond turtle And sometimes I'll even forget to call it a "venti"....and ask for a (gasp) large.... Of course they ask if I meant "venti"...but it's not like they kick you out for not speaking Starbucksish I will say the Frankfort location has a little more of an "independent coffee house" feel to it.....if that's even possible for a Starbucks....so if you like that kind of atmosphere......there you go All of this said, I AM looking for a GREAT indy coffee house around this area that will stay open for more than a month.... But if you're in the New Lenox area, and you're looking for more than McCafe, then this Starbucks is pretty spot on... read more

another 30 minutes to wait for a coffee. there is 5 cars behind me and I have not even made it up to the drive thru ordering. absolutely disgusting service, I would n out recommend coming to this location. it is extremely hard to comprehend why and how this location is still running due to the line it puts across the parking lot. the amount of car problems with the location is concerning and allows for a single file to be formed as all the customers get to wait 30-45 minutes for a drink. :) please spend your time at another starbucks or dunkin' donuts. Love the drinks, but this location's interior is really gross. I showed up at 7 am and the tables were full of filth - crumbs and napkins stuck to the tables. It's cold (November now) and SO LOUD. I have never been to a coffee shop so loud! I know it's not a library, but the employees literally yell to each other and while I'm glad they're having a nice time at work, can we calm down the uproarious laughing? I had to dig my earplugs out of my purse to get anything done. I won't be back other than drive through. And now that I've seen the interior I don't know how often I'll do that! read more

I really like this Starbucks for a few reasons. I like the fact that it has a drive-thru. This is important because most of the time I do not want to get out of the car to get my coffee! In my opinion, every Starbucks should have this option. Another reason I like this location is it is never really too busy. Not sure if people don't know this location exists, but there is never a line when I go. I can get my coffee in less than 5-10 minutes. They are prompt and always get my order right! This is the WORST location for a drive thru. It needs to be a one-way turn in. People turning in from both directions is a zoo and it's dangerous because people who aren't on line go around. Usually I love this location the morning/early afternoon staff are extremely happy and smiley. The evening staff however are terrible. We showed up at the drive thru 20 minutes before closing time and not only did they completely ignore us but when we walked up to the door they had the door locked already and were just standing over by the counter. I couldn't tell you how many times I have been to this particular Starbucks location, but let's just say it's enough to get me to Gold and beyond. Every single time I have gone it was through the drive through, except for once. The drive through is fast in the morning and I've never had to wait so long that it's felt unreasonable. I see a line that extends past the parking lot and I'll still get in it, knowing that it will move fast. My order has always been accurate and the staff is friendly. The one time I did go inside was with some co-workers during the half price frapp special they had one week in the summer. The line was out the door, the drive through even longer. We were ordering quite a few so we felt like we couldn't do that to the drive through workers. Again, it went very fast and we were out of there in a reasonable amount of time. They had one particular worker, I wish I knew her name, that was pumping out frappucinos like there was no tomorrow. She was so speedy and efficient. Anyway, I did not drink my beverage inside, so I can't comment on the interior too much. I will say though just from glancing around, I still prefer Frankfort's inside if I were to meet someone for drinks. read more

Not a good Starbucks. Baristas were very rude, they gave me attitude because I paid with a $50. Not clean, looked like it doesn't get swept and mopped regularly. They seemed very ill trained and not familiar with the registers. I would not recommend this Starbucks, there are ones that are a lot better. read more
