There was truly nothing for me to eat except hashbrowns. They were very good, but it would have been nice if they had at least a few vegan options. Vegetarians always have plenty to eat at a breakfast spot. I believe that eggs and hashbrowns (no toast) are suitable for Celiac/gluten-free diets. They do have one gluten-free pancake. The service was fantastic! 5 stars, but they need to expand their menu offerings for people of different dietary needs/choices. Personally, we would not return due to the distance but mostly because they have nothing for me to eat.
