Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with my Starbucks order this morning. My drink was delivered without a safety seal/sticker over the opening, which caused coffee to spill throughout the bag and onto my food packaging, making the food inedible. I order the exact same drink multiple times a week -- an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso -- and today's presentation was unacceptable. The drink arrived with no ice, looked poorly prepared, and leaked everywhere due to the lack of proper sealing. Although I ordered through DoorDash, Starbucks still has a responsibility to follow basic safety and quality protocols before handing orders off for delivery. Generally nice Starbucks location! I will say they got my order wrong, I asked for no ice and as you can see in the photo there was ice in my drink that I didn't notice till I had left the building. However, mistakes happen, and otherwise I had no complaints! Drinks were all tasty! read more

I visited this Starbucks soon after Hurricane Helen hit the area. Although their system was still on the fritz, they quickly made my order. I order a complicated coffee. Sugar free vanilla latte with 2 extra shots, half the sweetness, and made with half and half. And they made it just right. So good. The customer service was A+, especially considering their system was messing up. read more

The only negative thing I have to say is their drive they is too short and frankly will end up causing an accident. Other than the drive thru issue, the baristas are pleasant and they make the coffees perfect. They also have a nitro cold brew machine! Yay! read more

OMG Wife wanted a Pineapple Refresher. Next 3 minutes spent with server asking do we want water or lemonade with that and us asking is there an up charge for that. Basically we wanted what was on the menu nothing else, no need to ask if we want water, tap water or lemonade with it. We want what was being displayed on the menu. So exhausting... Definitely not my first time here but first review. I tried something new this morning from my usual Chai Tea latte with sweet cream. I tried the Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso, but instead of Oat milk I used Vanilla Sweet Cream. It was good. I paired it with my usual Cream Cheese Danish. How do you compare chains? I would start with; Cleanliness. Consistency and presentation of products. Customer service. This North Augusta location has it all! My interaction with the barista was the best experience I have ever had at any Starbucks EVER! I needed to reload my card and had an email offer. He took care of both as well as giving me an option in case the email offer didn't update. I asked for less syrup in my first PSL of the season and it came out tasting heavenly! The barista even checked the spelling of my name was correct! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a clean and peaceful environment. read more

Came in and ordered an iced coffee with cream; I didn't specify no sweetener. I went to use the restroom and when I got out my drink was ready. I grabbed my drink and got in my car. I took a sip and the coffee was SWEET. I thought "I don't want to complain." then I took another sip and decided it was just too sweet. I walked back in and both of the men behind the counter asked me if there was an issue. The cashier apologized for not asking about the sweetener, the barista apologized and remade my iced coffee. I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. Thank you helping me get the right drink, especially since I didn't order it right to begin with! So I am going to start this review with my truths about Starbucks. In the past I may have, without reason, been a hater of all thing Starbucks. It baffled me how people were ok paying such high prices for flavored waters... This Starbucks is nothing like anything i have expeirenced and the baristas and Coffee Master are amazing. Being a Starbucks-hater previously did not stop me from occassionally stopping there to smell the coffee but not partake....i have to admit im a bit addicted to the premium that is Starbucks coffee and teas. I especially like the jasmine mint tea and the blonde or ethiopia blend coffee. Oh...and the bistro boxes are the epitome of sophisticated lunchables. The pastries are masterfully created. Seriously. I dont usually accept cake pops because despite their portable charm...they can be sahara desert dry....of course not with starbucks! They were amazing. I am now a Starbucks convert. Super fast and excellent customer service! This is my favorite location because of how quickly I receive my orders. Working on homework seems like less of hassle when I have such a inviting and rather cozy place to work. I haven't had an incorrectly made drink yet and I'm always changing up my order to find the "perfect" thing so I'm super thankful for them. Although the baristas are usually super busy, they always try to make conversation which adds even more to their marvelous costumer service! read more

Went to this location while we were in town visiting family. On this particular occasion we went through the drive thru. I think we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for our drinks which if you're a Starbucks veteran like me, you know that's a long time for the drive through. The wait in line would be worth it if the drinks were halfway decent. My hot carmel macchiato tasted like watered down microwaved milk. I couldn't even tell that there was any kind of coffee in there. My wife's peppermint mocha wasn't much better. It tasted like microwaved milk with a peppermint twist. All of this for $10? When we're in town again, we will not be visiting this location. read more

Honestly my favorite Starbucks. I became a regular and did lots of homework and studying there with friends. If you go there I recommend having Ty make your drink because he makes them exceptionally well. I don't know what they do, but the drinks always tastes so much better from this Starbucks than any other. Plus if anything is wrong with your drink they will gladly remake it for you. The drinks are addicting. I enjoy the hot coffee in the morning and frozen drinks in the afternoon. Also love getting a fresh bag of coffee freshly ground in the store. Favorite drink is the Caramel Frappuccino. The floor behind the counter was very dirty on my last visit. read more

10$ for 2 biscuits, you'd think they would be edible. No. Y'all microwaved it a little too long, thus giving away that it's not fresh.... even mcds has fresh bread on their food at least. My buns were hard and chewy, and the second one was I guess just thrown in the bag because it was all discombobulated, the bacon at the bottom of the bag not even ON the sand which, egg halfway on the bread and top bun askew as well. I go to the Starbucks all over Augusta and never had such a bad experience. So glad I refrained from a frappachino, who knows just how that may of been massacred, but I'm sure it would of. In other words y'all, don't get food at this one. I went to this Starbucks last week with my mom who was visiting from Portland, Oregon. She frequents Starbucks almost everyday back home because there are Starbucks everywhere in Portland. Needless to say, she was dismayed at the awful service we got here. First of all, they were out of whipped cream. What Starbucks runs out of whipped cream? When my mom said, "nevermind then," the older lady working rudely says "wow!" And rolled her eyes. We went to the Starbucks at USCA instead and although the service was a bit slow, the people weren't blatantly rude to customers and they had whipped cream for my mom's mocha! read more

By far the best Starbucks in the Augusta/Aiken area. I have been coming to this Starbucks for almost 10 years on a regular basis. They are always friendly, always prompt, and better yet my drink is always perfect! I have been to plenty of other locations around town and no one is as friendly as the North Augusta crew. July 2and I visited the Knox Ave. location in North Augusta and I get the same drink every single time I always ask for NO WHIP and for some reason they add the whip. When I bring it to there attention multiple times they would wipe it off the top(still on the bottom) and mix it up so I won't see it. I often let it pass just not to be a nag. Other times I want what I paid for so I'll make them make it over. This was one of those times and this time he made me pull up(which never has happened). A guy name Ryan comes out with my drink and it's clear it was put together fast and not my norm. It's was watery when it's normal slushy. I bring it to his attention and he proceeds to tell me it normal when out of the hundred times I've had this drink it's never been like that. I then tell him I want my money back and he tells me I have to go back through the drive through. Frustrated I get back in the long line and while I'm line I call and ask for a manger. It ends up being the same guy. In a calm voice he talks over me and tells me NO WHIP could mean none on the top but some one the bottom. I realized this wasn't going anywhere so I hang up. I drive another 5 miles to get my drink while speaking to customer care. Still waiting on my call back from the general manager till this day. read more

I called this Starbucks and spoke with Ryan to place a traveler order AN HOUR IN ADVANCE for my coffee meeting. Ryan said, "great, that gives us plenty of time". When I arrived, there was no traveler. Ryan, "I've been too busy and I forgot." Ryan was not too busy to take the call, the order or help the other people. But Ryan was too busy to make my order (Which he had an hour to do!), Ryan was also too busy to call me and let me know Ryan was too busy and that Ryan wouldn't be making my order. At this point it was 10:30, 2 people in line and none waiting for coffee, but he was "too busy". Ryan never helped in any way. Ryan would be better off making more coffee and less excuses. If Ryan takes your order and is breathing, he might be too busy to make your coffee. read more

I went there January 31, and the guy who took my drive-thru order was RUDE! I asked for a "seasonal drink" and he promptly told me that "like, it is NOT the holidays any more."
