This is the closest location to me, and my order is only correct 50% of the time! But yesterday I went in, through the drive-through and the person that greeted me at the window was a young black gentleman, whom I have never seen before, and he was absolutely amazing. Polite professional he smiled. He didn't act like his job was a chore. He told me twice to have an amazing day and he said thank you.. this is never the treatment that is given at this location. I even called the store and spoke to the store manager to tell her what an amazing job he did. Please keep him at the drive-through because he is the best person that you guys have. In terms of food and drink quality at this specific location, their baristas don't make the drinks as good as the closest starbucks and their food just plain sucks you can just tell it's made with zero motivation One time we had a small piece of jewelry like a small gold star in our wrap wtf?? We have tried them now for about 20 days in a row and they just suck . We cant do this anymore so we have been trying the Starbucks a little more up the way from this one. It's way better. Maximize your experience by trying the next closest Starbees their baristas are better much more professional and exude way more positivity - this location has zero vibe! ordered two cold coffees this morning, nothing too crazy, I just wanted oat milk and some sugar in the raw (one change per drink), when I got to the window the girl was rude. she handed me a hot coffee when I had very clearly asked for a cold one and even repeated my order when I was done. she also tried to tell me about how I wanted my drink made (not trying to be rude but I never asked her opinion, I had simply started my order the way I wanted to order it) and in the end, it's still not made right: I will not be going back. all the other reviews suck for this location too so I guess shame on me for not paying attention and showing up anyway. read more

I haven't been to this Starbucks in awhile since I started to go to Jitter Coffee. Yesterday I invited a homeless person into Starbucks at 10515 S. May Ave., OKC OK. The manager won't let me pay for the coffee or food I ordered for the homeless person. She also gave him her coat to go with the snow boots I gave him. Unless you want to literally get stuck in the drive through for 40 minutes waiting for your already paid mobile order, DO NOT GO HERE. Finally made it to the window only to find out they hadn't even started my drink yet (again.. mobile ordered 40 minutes prior.. they had the order, just hadn't started it yet.) Regardless, I wasn't rude, just sat and waited more. As I waited, my young children and I got quite a surprise as the girl working inside the window proceeded to yell, "what the f***" multiple times before I finally just had to roll up the window. If I could give this Starbucks a lower star I would. I have been ordering the Nitro Freddo, but when I wanted to just order a Nitro Cold Brew+sugar free vanilla with the espresso powder, they seemed completely confused. The man working the window was completely rude about my request! He didn't refuse to fix it but he did give me ALOT of sass I can't believe a grown man would give that much sass. Aren't I the customer? I also had a reward for ordering so many drinks from Starbucks, and I told him I had a reward but he claimed he didn't hear me. He scanned my card and emptied my account. When I told him he scanned the wrong thing, he took my whole reward which was $7, and my drink was worth $4. When I told him again he did it wrong, I got yet again more sass. I left completely in frustration! But I hope he was just having a bad day... I left with my $9 tall, wrong coffee because he couldn't fix it. I am a huge coffee fan, but not a super huge Starbucks fan. I only come here when I get a gift card as a teacher gift or something otherwise I'd never darken their door. I came in with my littles to get an Americano with sugar free vanilla and a water. My kids are not crazy and unruly because I'm a good mom and teach my kids manners, BUT they are, well, kids. They ask me for everything they see and they won't stand in one place for too long, but they don't run around the store and act like hoodlums. Anyway, I was ordering my coffee and the young woman taking my order kept throwing side-eye at my kids. They were less than 5 feet away from me looking at the treats behind the counter. I could tell it was bothering her and told her I was sorry (still not sure what for) trying to make her feel a bit more comfortable. She didn't say anything just asked if I had completed my order. Fine. Maybe she's having a bad day, it happens. There were only four other people in the place and 3 of them had already been served. The one not served got her order before I had even paid. The line outside was not long at all (don't even get me started on their parking lot... Freaking nightmare). After a while my name is called. I went up to get my coffee and water only to see the water sitting there. I stand there for a minute thinking they were finishing up my order. Two people looked at me and didn't say anything. I waited a bit longer, made eye contact with the same two and still, nothing. I was starting to get embarrassed so I asked if my coffee was coming. I was not rude, haughty or anything. It's not my style. The lady making the coffee said, "It's coming you need to just wait". Not trying to be pushy, I explained since my name was called I thought maybe they didn't realize I had a coffee coming along with my water. "Yeah. We do." The whole experience, involving more than one person was just freaking rude. Kick rocks Starbucks. Be gone I'm-better-than-you rude people! Go to Dunkin', Theory that's right up the road and if you must... Go buy some Gevalia or ANY other kind of coffee at your local grocer, save hundreds of dollars and make that shiz yourself at home. I was happy to sneak in before the May 29th training yesterday! I ordered an iced coffee and feta wrap in the drive thru. The barista kindly asked if I still wanted the simple syrup for the coffee (and I didn't, so I'm glad he asked!) Then, he recommended sriracha for the wrap which I never tried until yesterday. How nice! And it was a free suggestion which is even better LOL. I have had some slower times at this location during its opening months, but believe it's on the up and up. I saw a sign outside the store asking for recommendations if customers had them with the managers name. I think they are trying! The location is great for the neighborhood and more convenient for me as an AVANA 3131 neighbor. Just a tad closer and easier to get out of. The inside is beautiful. This Starbucks is about like any other. I will say the baristas at this location are much more willing to work with (e.g. always offer samples & recommendations). They are also one of the quickest locations. However, it has one of the worse Starbucks layouts. You can never count on having a place to sit, especially one with a table or room for a friend. Brand new Starbucks! Convenient location just outside Crest Food Market. Has the typical arrangement of food and market items. Nice high ceilings, but only three tables inside for a work area. Since I usually come to Starbucks to work, I would rather see more tables than the lounge chairs / couches they provided. Establishment does have drive thru. read more

normally I have a great experience at this location. however, lately the employees have really let me down. they are currently out of a lot of their products and supplies, which is totally okay! the issue comes up when you order something and they don't tell you till after they give you the wrong size or something else and say "oh yeah we're out of that". no offer of adjusting payment or correcting the issue in any way. The crew has gotten my order right every time and have been really pleasant even though we stop at 5:30 in the morning!!
