BEWARE People with allergies! I ordered a latte with almond milk and said I have a dairy allergy. Within 20 minutes of drinking my beverage, I had a dairy reaction (bloating, distension, gas, diarrhea). Called to report it to store and Starbucks HQ, which said because I don't have a Starbuck Account (whatever that is) they could do nothing for me. Usually I go through the drive through and everyone is happy and pleasant. I went in due to a larger order for my team and Summer was working the registrar. She was not nice did not speak and was very rushy. She got an attitude when a customer stated she ordered an $100 worth of gift cards but the registrar kept stating $90. Life just moves slower in Oshkosh than it does in Chicago... There's no sense of urgency about this location, even on mornings the drive-through line is wrapped around the building. I suppose that's part of the charm, but if you're used to the fast-paced tempo of an urban location, this location will kill your soul. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and wound up dumping my drink - was coffee flavored milk. Triple ristretto and tasted like hardly anything. As you can see by the photo it was all milk. I don't know, y'all...I'm just not feeling this particular Starbucks. The first time I got my fave hazelnut latte here, something was just...off. I mentioned it to the barista and she remade it, commenting that they were at the end of that bottle of syrup. So, points for fixing it, but no points for messing it up in the first place. Also, the one and only time I got just a regular cup of coffee here (I know, I know, don't get the regular coffee...), it was just BAD. Like, I buy the blonde roast beans and make them at home, and it tastes great -- so what was that?! Again, I went back to the counter and asked if it had been sitting or something, and the guy got me a fresh cup, which was only marginally better. The layout here too is weirdly cramped. The pick-up counter is in the back corner, so people stack up waiting for stuff, and then they have to elbow their way back out to the front door. There's not a lot of tables, and it seems like it's always really loud. Honestly, if I (or the boyfriend) really want Starbucks, I'll suck it up and come here, but I'd rather just get coffee at Kwik Trip. read more

They were way too busy, so they were sloppy and rushed. I ordered a raspberry white mocha and got a mocha instead, because the cashier put it in wrong without me noticing. I also ordered a shaken iced green tea. They are supposed to actually shake it, but instead, they just poured in the water and swirled it around in the cup. Also, one of my cups had weird purple stains on it. The stains were chunky too. So I got a dirty cup. That is unacceptable and disgusting! Very gross and unsanitary. read more

This is your typical Starbucks. The employees are friendly enough, although my order was incorrect a couple times, they did correct it without hesitation. I went in once, very close to closing and a few people were ordering some insanely complicated drinks. I could tell the girl taking the order was a bit annoyed, but I don't blame her. I worked in a similar cafe and hated when people ordered the fanciest drinks 10 min prior to close. I walked up and just said "Give me your simplest ice coffee." She chuckled and thanked me and then made me a fantastic iced coffee with a sweet cream. it was so good. She even asked me to try it so that I make sure I liked it and was very friendly. I don't believe in inconveniencing employees for my coffee right before close, so I'm not choosy, but I also don't like really fancy coffees with long names, I never saw the point of drinking anything but a simple latte or a traditional cup of coffee. I admit, I don't go too often anymore because, well let's face it, Starbucks is soooo expensive. Sometimes I receive gift cards for holidays and birthdays and I like to indulge then. I also make sure to use their app and when they have specials like bogo lattes or 50% off items, then I do get those. They also have double star days (stars earn you free stuff) and give you free drinks or food for holidays and your birthday. For that alone, it's worth it. It's free to sign up and you just have to register a gift card so buying a $5 giftcard for yourself is worth it to get the stars. you can easily reload it with any amount you want right from the app. You can order with the app, pay with the app, see the entire menu with nutritional info and prices and order products as well. It's quite convenient. The app or the website have a feature where you basically build your drink depending on desire of milk, syrups, and other ingredients. They have a few sugar free options and just brought in coconut and almond milk which is fantastic for someone like me who is enemies with lactose! read more

I usually get great customer service as of lately. My drinks have been made right and I don't feel like I get the attitudes I used to get (yes I can be one of those fussy drink orders!) I just don't like how long the drive thru waits can be. They are super busy at times and their drive thru isn't functional for it and the service gets slowed down at busy times. I chose sometime ago to avoid this location. Never had a bad experience with service or employee's though. Layout/atmosphere. It's hard to put my finger on it, something is just odd with this location, seems awkward and I don't feel it's an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Never had any order issues, I order and get exactly what I ask for. Here's the weird thing I just can't wrap my mind around.. Awhile back shopping at Target Oshkosh, I ordered a Caramel Frapp and was blown away...why?...It tasted completely different than this location on Koeller. Over time I did some testing and the exact same menu items at Koeller location tasted, bitter, artificial, strange notes I couldn't pick up on. I go to Target Starbucks and it always tastes perfect. Not sure what the deal was, I've talked with several people and they all say the same thing (I originally thought I was going crazy). Also...it's Starbucks, so technically and factually speaking, it's pricey compared to making the exact same things at home for up to 90% cheaper. It's all about convenience. My all time favorite however is the Holiday Spice Flat-White Grande. Not to sweet, not too bitter. 2/5 stars due to inconsistency on flavors/drinks vs another location that honestly taste like chemicals are added. read more

I had some time to waste and needed to get some work done. This location was convenient as it was just off the highway. It was pretty busy for 2pm in the afternoon and the whole staff was right on the money with their service. One thing I noticed, was the crazy long names the staff shouted for the drinks people ordered. "An iced semi-low fat mocha, choca, loca latte with almond milk and four espresso shots for Atticus." I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location here. It's not even about having to wait in line because the workers are busy (sometimes). But, every time I get my iced coffee drinks after waiting in line for 6-10 minutes, something is always off with my drinks. My drinks always tastes like milk with a ton of syrup only. I can't even taste the expresso. My iced coffee always looks super light even when I ask for another shot of expresso. Either they don't give a shit or they suck at their job! read more

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to and I've been travelling the country since birth. The staff is amazing and they're all very sweet and do very well with their "regulars". I work here as well, and the store manager is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She's extremely respectful to her employees and her costumers and takes responsibility for everything Starbucks has to offer. Love it here so much. read more
