This was a great Starbucks (and I have been to a lot of them all around the country). The vibe was awesome and very clean! The space was plenty big enough for people to spread out and work or chill. They had our mobile order almost ready when we walked in but they made a mistake on my person drink (they forgot to omit the caramel in my iced macchiato - ) Thankfully the barista joyfully and quickly made me another one without any hesitation! Today was a real disappointment at the Starbucks. I mean if you order a coffee extra hot it should be made extra hot and not giving the response are we make all our drinks extra hot that's the way they come then why the hell do I have the option for extra hot. I've got to drive 10 to 15 minutes with this coffee that's why I wanted extra hot not regular hot like you make them every day. And no stoppers really. It would be great not to have coffee all outside of the cup. I came here twice while on vacation. The first time was fine, no hiccups and the drinks were really good. Second time my daughter's drink wasn't made to order. At first she just tried drinking it but upon second sip she said it tasted like something was missing. So we turned around and I explained that the drink tasted off or like something was missing. I confirmed my order with an extra shot of espresso and the cashier said "well your drink comes with espresso already, did you want the vanilla cream with a shot of espresso" I told her no, and we wanted double shot. When we pulled around to the window the cashier who took our order (both times) and handed us the drink the last time just stood at the window staring as if she were scared. I felt she was being passive aggressive and using micro-aggressions to convey that we were trouble. The worst part was that I didn't see her do this, my daughter saw her giving us a look while another attendant handed us the drink. I've never felt so insulted in my life. I was going to let it go but I ended up calling and speaking to the manager Spencer and he pretty much made excuses for her behavior that "she spaces out a lot"! Spacing out and staring us down while standing behind a male coworker is rude!! read more

Came to this Starbucks a couple times during my stay here and I must say it is the most COVID safe place I have been in the area. The employees are all wearing masks properly. Drive through manager has a positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to serve attitude that is typically non-existent anywhere in Panama City Beach Florida. Starbucks needs to clone him! This place was dirty. The tables were dirty and so were booths. Not a major deal since I can clean my own but them I had to try 4 outlets before finding one that could halfway work to charge my laptop. Even then it was iffy as it disconnected every so often. Also didn't have internet connection working. Absolute mess. read more

I have been to this Starbucks 3 times. 3 times the WiFi was not working. Asked if there might be an issue with it completely dismissed. After looking around at every other person on their laptop I noticed they were all using WiFi hotspot from iPhone. Just want to study but poor maintenance of amenities and apathy from the employees put me in an I'll mood. (Also messed up my order 1/3 times) read more

Usual Pediatric size hot chocolates worth $1.75 then a Turkey Havarti Sandwich! Receipt says SAVED $7.00, wow ah wow! I like any Starbucks whatever food not sold at end of night goes to their local Food Banks, local shelters, local Salvation Army Corps! I took an extra cup sleeve, those brown that they put around hot drinks, wrote the information down! It is starbucks.com/responsibility/community/foodshare! I admire all Starbucks willing do this! I give it a 2 because the building it self is nice. Other than that it's a 1 star. I was excited about the nitro, but it was alright. The employees were rude to me. First I asked for a pour over and she looked at me like I was a jerk for asking and mention that there was the same cover already brewed Instead. Then the internet is terrible. I am in the store now and literally downloaded yelp on my phone(using my cellular data) and wrote this review while my MacBook is still trying to load the yelp page. I went to ask the lady behind the counter if there was anything that could be (NO)...before I could finish the question. Sadly disappointed. Maybe I'll try again in a few month read more

I frequent Starbucks regularly in my work travels. This is hands down one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a while. This location is much better than the other location on the front side of Pier Park and even in the surrounding PCB area. The staff is over-the-top friendly by making (awesome) drink recommendations, friendly conversation, and rock-star customer service. The evening staff is particularly awesome as it is a challenge to stay motivated/friendly/helpful right before you close. (let's all admit) I intentionally pass other locations to come study/work here and it is totally worth the extra driving! read more

I was in PCB for spring break, and before I drove back to texas, I stopped to get starbucks and left my wallet in the bathroom. the staff was super helpful and with Covid-19 they still made sure not to forget about me. They mailed me my wallet along with a few extra goodies and I was super super thankful!! I don't know anyone in florida so I was glad they were able to mail me my wallet, so I didn't have to get all new cards. love this starbucks!! read more

I pulled into the drive thru at 6:38, the girl who treated me and took my drink order was extraordinarily polite and very speedy to take my order. As soon as I pulled up to the window my drink was ready and pulled out of the parking lot at 6:40! If that isn't great service, I don't know what is! Thank you, for making my morning! read more

The first thing that hit me was the pistachio flavor, followed by the sweetness from the shortbread, and finally the coffee and milk came through at the finish. While I would have preferred a slightly stronger coffee flavor, I have to admit I basically inhaled it since I really enjoyed the taste. My wife also enjoyed her pistachio latte, and while she usually has quite a bit left by the time we get home, this time it was almost gone which says a lot. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed the vibe of The Press and thought their specials were great as well.

My mimosa was basically orange juice with little to no champagne, and using pulpy orange juice made it even less enjoyable. To be fair, not everything was bad. My mom said her eggs Benedict were some of the best she's had, and my sister's BLT was okay, not terrible, but definitely nothing special. Overall, aside from the fries and the eggs Benedict, the food was disappointing, especially considering the wait. We left wishing we'd gone somewhere else.
