I stopped in to grab a drink after having lunch, the place was busy and the staff was friendly, I ordered a blonde cookie crumble frappe, the wait wasn't long and the drink was great, the store looked clean, I would definitely come back to this location again.

I was on my way to the Soneia Raceway to watch the dirt race, but I had about 45 minutes to spare. Starbucks received those 45 minutes. What I ordered: iced hazelnut latte quad What I received: hot hazelnut latte The barista was quick to fix the mistake so it did not result in a bad experience. The lobby was closed for seating; however, the patio area was open. It was nice outside (sunny and clear sky), and it was the perfect weather to sit out there. Many of the tables needed to be cleaned and wiped down. The patio area should be more regularly cleaned than what it was during my visit.

I went at 12 and the line wasn't very long but it took a while for them to take my order at the speaker box. However they were prompt following that and my order was to perfection. I got a matcha with almond milk and strawberry purée. It was up to Starbucks standards and a great drink for a summer day :)

Pulled up and Becca outside said they were closed due to technical difficulties. I was bummed and told her it was my puppies third birthday. She was able to get us a pupperchino even with the difficulties and having to close! Thanks for helping us keep the birthday tradition. Great service from Becca!

A convenient, quick and clean Starbucks in a busy part of town! I was craving an afternoon pick me up, and I went to Starbucks to get my usual: sweet cream vanilla cold brew. There were people in Starbucks, but there was no line. I placed my order, and it was ready pretty quickly. I like how there were tables along the wall where you order and wait, so you could sit right by the counter to hear your name being called. It was pretty spacious inside and outside with tons of seating. read more

i have been hearing about this new drink at Starbucks, the IT summer drink, the tropical butterfly refresher. everyone is talking about this drink how you HAVE to get it, well let me tell you why you HAVE to stay as far a way from it. this drink is a glorified cup of piss, literally. it tastes like a lemon lightly pissed into a cup of water, the flavor is lacking, matter of fact it isnt there. i legit think they took butterfly pea a different way. im not feeling magical summer vibes im feeling sad. the best part of this drink are the boba balls inside of it which are few and far between. if you wanna pay for an overpriced cup of pee water head on down to starbucks and get you one! or maybe starbucks can stop advertising overpriced bs and actually come up with a drink that looks AND TASTES good instead of wasting everyones time and money. the store was well cleaned and tidy, would buy literally anything else from here. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite and an Americano. Despite being very busy, the staff were all very friendly, engaging, and inviting upon my entrance. I was also debating a purchase between various blends of whole bean coffees for use in my home barista. The server offered samples of each blend for me to try before I buy. I felt this gesture and overall kindness was a great example of professionalism, marketing, and compassion to serve. I will be back! read more

People come to Starbucks early in the AM to get a pick me up for their day... When you start your day with attitude, it just ruins the whole first part of the day. The heavy set lady who worked at the window in the AM on 04/17 was not very pleasant. She wasn't very welcoming when taking my order, she honestly sounded annoyed and I didn't do anything special to it. When I got to the window, she didn't greet with a good morning, she just pulled out the card terminal. I added a tip, she didn't say thank you which most people don't tip anymore at Starbucks so you should be grateful... And then when she gave me my items she said "Here you go"... That's it, no happy attitude about it, didn't say have a great day... Nothing. I work in customer service as well... If you don't enjoy what you do, at least pretend you do so you don't ruin everyone else's around you. Very disappointing... read more

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this location until now but boy are they amazing. Everyone is so kind. I left my debit card here once and the manager held it for me. The drive thru staff is top tier. One woman (I think Debbie) silver blonde bob is the happiest woman on earth trained by Walter Disney himself. Stephanie recognized and complimented my nails, another guy black hair blonde highlights - stellar. My drink is always perfect - this is the last real Starbucks standing. read more

I like coming to this location when I'm able to get the drinks that I enjoy. What I don't like, is hearing to often that we are out, and that's what I'm getting more often at Starbucks locations like this one. It is getting very annoying to order something that they are out of, then order something different and they're out of that as well. Either they have a problem hiring good managers or they are just managed poorly, ether way it's annoying... read more

I was discriminated against for walking in with my service dog, I don't have him wear his vest because it draws unwanted attention, when told dogs weren't allowed I explained he was a service dog and they started to ask what my disability was and for proof that he was a service dog, I was so embarrassed there was a long line of people and it drew so much attention, I'm very displeased with the acceptance level to different people read more

Stupid barista. This mf was so rude when I was attempting to place my order. I asked her if they had any lemon loafs and she said no, to which I responded "Yall never have them." She then gave me the rudest look possible and told me to "f**k off." Of course I wanted my damn food because that's why I came to starbucks in the first place so I ignored her despicable comment and gave her my cash to pay. I told her I needed a minute to open my starbucks app to scan for points. This scoundrel completed my payment without letting me even scan my app. I did not receive points for my $32.56 order. I feel as though most times when I come here I have to plan an extra 30 minutes into my day. The service is kind, most of the time, just is not quick at all. If you look on the app, it says they open at 5:00, but in person it's 5:30. (Showed up at 5:20, sat at the box for 6ish minutes and said hello once or twice thinking maybe our car didn't register. We called to verify that the drive thru was open and the lady on the phone was quite rude) As stated, service is kind ~sometimes~ and they surely take their time. read more

This Starbucks was PACKED when I went and the line was slooooow. As I observed, customers weren't ordering complicated drinks either. I left after a few minutes because I was annoyed but came back because a few friends I was going to meet up with at another place was going to be super late, so why not wait in this line? I finally ordered my drink, and looked at this large, modern and pretty Starbucks. Once I ordered it took about 2 minutes for my drink. I noticed they were in a shift change. The A Team must have arrived. Boom. AND my drink was pretty delicious, however there was too much white mocha syrup, so it was a tad sweet, but the extra espresso shot I also order did the job. read more

I have ordered Starbucks oatmeal at many locations across the US for years but today was the only time I was asked to pay for the shot sized cup of steamed milk to add to my oatmeal. I declined the milk and will avoid this location. Management should reconsider this over charge. read more

It has taken me sometime to write a review on this store. Mostly because I'm usually treated with friendly respect, my drink is always made correctly and the baristas actually interact with me to find out if I want to try anything new or different. The thing is, I'm from out of town and only in there about once a month and there is one barista who remembers my drink. She's usually at the register and has long red hair. This last time, October 14th, she wasn't there. I walked in and no one said a word to me, not even hello.The entire atmosphere was cold, and not the friendly Starbucks away from home that I recognized. Are you ok, Broken Bow? It is 9:38 pm and they told me they close at 8 o'clock pm when yelp and maps says 10pm. The girls inside were hanging out and cleaning up. One was about to start eating, so maybe that's why she couldn't help me. The other girl behind the cash register just looked up hoping I would leave. I don't know who's right or who's wrong but Starbucks you better get your times together! I guess I'll go to Dunkin' Donuts... At least I know they're open. read more

Went to this Starbucks at 6:30pm and it was closed. Yet they advertise being open until 8:00pm. "Open until" means til what time you are serving customers, not what time you finish cleaning and leave the premises. read more

I'm giving 1 star only because this place is filthy! It is 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. Not very busy. The 3 men working didn't crack a smile the whole 10 min I waited for my drink and the crappy and uncomfortable table and chairs are etched with profanity. Not impressed. Will not be back although I am in the area 2-3 times a week. The manager should be embarrassed! read more

Don't come here if you drink decafe, they don't even brew it and then won't give you a refill if they have to make on the clover. This place has just too good a location and they're always packed which makes them arrogant and lacking customer service most of the time - seating is terrible. It's worth your time to drive down to the Starbucks by Publix for friends service and amazing seating. read more

Small and usually crowded. The outside seating area is just not enough. There's no power station. No couches. There's this awful huge bar seating thing right were everyone is standing in line. There's no room to stand while you wait for your coffee. I also wish the people who work there would be a bit more.... how to say.... Happy? A smile won't kill you. This place is just kinda hopeless. It's a great location but I really avoid it if I really want a Starbucks coffee. I just hate the place. I feel like due to my misery they should have coffee at half price. read more

What can you say about starbucks..... Same selection of delectable coffee concoctions. What is different abou this starbucks is it's size. It has a large indoor seating area and outdoor patio and it seems like the muzac is just a tad lower on volume so you can have a conversation using "inside voices". Be forewarned though... if you live local, chances are you will see someone you know....definately got the neighborhood feel. If you want to get starbucks coffee incognito, go to the one by Publix. It is small so no one sticks around to bump into. read more

I really like this particular Starbucks. And strangely most of my favorite baristas from other local Starbucks have migrated over here,like Minh. It's always nice to be greeted by her big smile. Being at the avenue gives us a place to chill and sip coffee while spinning Pokéstops. read more

I came here to take a break from all the shopping. I wasn't too impressed with the customer service and the place was a tad bit too messy for me. I went here on a Thursday with my wife and my mom in law. I was expecting for something nicer, but was disappointed. My wife bought a gift card and asked for a pen to borrow quickly from the cashier. He stated he had a marker but that he's not handing it over because he needed it to write people's names. We just needed a writing utensil to say thank you on the gift card. We were not planning on keeping it for more than 30 seconds. It's petty but really? We can't hold your marker for 30 seconds. Um. Ok. read more

I want to thank the Starbucks corporation for not only remembering the VETERAN for veterans day with a free coffee but also the SPOUSE! We do our best to keep the home front kept in order while our men/women are out protecting our country. It is nice to be appreciated as well for our sacrifice! This is the best Starbucks in town! (Granted I don't drink coffee) but I get my daily Strawberry Açaì Refresher from here even though there's a SB closer to my house! Their refreshers are more tart, sweet, and flavorful that it is definitely worth the extra drive! Also they are handling Covid super well! They have it where ordering is still super easy and fast, and the writing on the windows about hours, and stuff and super cute and whoever did it did an amazing job! Can't wait to go get my drink again today (: read more

This Starbucks is one of the better ones. The biggest problem it is small and always packed. Being in "The avenue" it is in a busy shopping center and the only one in Peach Tree so it is BUSY!!! They do a solid job of moving fast but the line is long most of the time and as I said seating is limited. So all in all I give it a 3 Star rating due to limited seating NO drive through and long waits. read more

I don't live in Peachtree city but I was here for a meeting and stopped by for a coffee. It's a starbucks just like any other but there's ample room to work and even when it's busy there seems to always be a seat available. I'd come back here again pre meeting to get some work done. read more

I went through the line today and there was a new girl in the window. She was very sweet. I think her name was Dana, she chatted with me while I waited on my food which did take a little longer than usual but I love seeing some new smiling faces lately. Great job Starbucks, keep doing what you're doing! I love seeing young adults work instead of expecting handouts. read more

Worst Starbucks iv'e ever been too. Way too small, and noisy. There is a big bar right in front of the checkout line to which it makes it cluttered. An employee called the cops on a customer for smoking a cigarette outside the perimeter which caused a huge scene. Please get your act together read more
