I like how there were tables along the wall where you order and wait, so you could sit right by the counter to hear your name being called. i have been hearing about this new drink at Starbucks, the IT summer drink, the tropical butterfly refresher. everyone is talking about this drink how you HAVE to get it, well let me tell you why you HAVE to stay as far a way from it. this drink is a glorified cup of piss, literally. it tastes like a lemon lightly pissed into a cup of water, the flavor is lacking, matter of fact it isnt there. i legit think they took butterfly pea a different way. im not feeling magical summer vibes im feeling sad. the best part of this drink are the boba balls inside of it which are few and far between. if you wanna pay for an overpriced cup of pee water head on down to starbucks and get you one! or maybe starbucks can stop advertising overpriced bs and actually come up with a drink that looks AND TASTES good instead of wasting everyones time and money. the store was well cleaned and tidy, would buy literally anything else from here. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite and an Americano. Despite being very busy, the staff were all very friendly, engaging, and inviting upon my entrance. I was also debating a purchase between various blends of whole bean coffees for use in my home barista. The server offered samples of each blend for me to try before I buy. I felt this gesture and overall kindness was a great example of professionalism, marketing, and compassion to serve. I will be back! read more

People come to Starbucks early in the AM to get a pick me up for their day... When you start your day with attitude, it just ruins the whole first part of the day. The heavy set lady who worked at the window in the AM on 04/17 was not very pleasant. She wasn't very welcoming when taking my order, she honestly sounded annoyed and I didn't do anything special to it. When I got to the window, she didn't greet with a good morning, she just pulled out the card terminal. I added a tip, she didn't say thank you which most people don't tip anymore at Starbucks so you should be grateful... And then when she gave me my items she said "Here you go"... That's it, no happy attitude about it, didn't say have a great day... Nothing. I work in customer service as well... Most of the seating was stored away guiding people to grab the order & hang outside if need be. Normal SB interior & decor with two points for entry/exit. Easily the worst Starbucks in the US. Mobile order took 30 minutes and was incorrect 3 times. We just decided it was what it was.

I was on my way to the Soneia Raceway to watch the dirt race, but I had about 45 minutes to spare. Starbucks received those 45 minutes. What I ordered: iced hazelnut latte quad What I received: hot hazelnut latte The barista was quick to fix the mistake so it did not result in a bad experience. The lobby was closed for seating; however, the patio area was open. It was nice outside (sunny and clear sky), and it was the perfect weather to sit out there. Many of the tables needed to be cleaned and wiped down. The patio area should be more regularly cleaned than what it was during my visit. read more

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this location until now but boy are they amazing. Everyone is so kind. I left my debit card here once and the manager held it for me. The drive thru staff is top tier. One woman (I think Debbie) silver blonde bob is the happiest woman on earth trained by Walter Disney himself. I feel as though most times when I come here I have to plan an extra 30 minutes into my day. The service is kind, most of the time, just is not quick at all. I left after a few minutes because I was annoyed but came back because a few friends I was going to meet up with at another place was going to be super late, so why not wait in this line? Mostly because I'm usually treated with friendly respect, my drink is always made correctly and the baristas actually interact with me to find out if I want to try anything new or different. Small and usually crowded. The outside seating area is just not enough. There's no power station. No couches. There's this awful huge bar seating thing right were everyone is standing in line. What can you say about starbucks..... Same selection of delectable coffee concoctions. What is different abou this starbucks is it's size. It has a large indoor seating area and outdoor patio and it seems like the muzac is just a tad lower on volume so you can have a conversation using "inside voices". Be forewarned though... if you live local, chances are you will see someone you know....definately got the neighborhood feel. If you want to get starbucks coffee incognito, go to the one by Publix. I came here to take a break from all the shopping. I wasn't too impressed with the customer service and the place was a tad bit too messy for me. I went here on a Thursday with my wife and my mom in law. I was expecting for something nicer, but was disappointed. My wife bought a gift card and asked for a pen to borrow quickly from the cashier. He stated he had a marker but that he's not handing it over because he needed it to write people's names. We just needed a writing utensil to say thank you on the gift card. This is the best Starbucks in town! (Granted I don't drink coffee) but I get my daily Strawberry Açaì Refresher from here even though there's a SB closer to my house! Their refreshers are more tart, sweet, and flavorful that it is definitely worth the extra drive! Also they are handling Covid super well! This Starbucks is one of the better ones. The biggest problem it is small and always packed. Being in "The avenue" it is in a busy shopping center and the only one in Peach Tree so it is BUSY!!! They do a solid job of moving fast but the line is long most of the time and as I said seating is limited.
