One of the best lattes I have had in a long time! The barista was so helpful and friendly. There are a lot of coffee and tea options here including orange or lavender bitters which are a unique addition to drinks. I got a latte with orange bitters and chocolate, yum! We stopped by on a Friday morning and met Foxtail owner, John, who moved his family to this friendly little suburb of Atlanta where he passionately serves up the best coffees and teas in town. The vibe inside the shop is cool and the crew behind the counter is warm and welcoming. They have great coffee- lattes, cappuccinos, Cuban, cortadito, americano and chai and matcha teas with a variety of flavor options including lavender, yay! My "go-to" beverage is the Oatmilk Latte! They have hot chocolate, too, cold brews- one of their specialties-waters, juices, pastries and breakfast sandwiches, too. A typical coffee hotspot brewing up a solid menu I found surprisingly, almost insanely, overpriced. My specialty drink with orange bitter and nondairy milk almost hit ten dollars which for bean kids like me makes a strong case to never save up for Foxtail again. I'd like to think I was too polite to challenge a perhaps incorrectly added up order given they charged for the bitters that should've been included in the drink but I think we all know these new fangled foxes are too eager to harvest all the pennies they can. A real tragidy as this location has a crafted basic charm and friendly staff making easy studying and hanging with friends. There's bright cozy spaces and plenty of outlets. Everyone else was happy with their drinks at a much lower payout so I feel for the cow clan this is fine. For us anti-bovine caffeine nerds, we shall try other places. read more

Newnan doesn't really have many sittable coffee shops other than Starbucks, so when I heard Foxtail opened, I had to try it out! I walked in, and there were so many seats open to study at. The decor was beautiful, and the menu was variety-filled. I asked one of the baristas to make me her normal go-to latte, so I don't have the specific name for it. However, it was filled with cinnamon, and I absolutely loved it. This is without a doubt, probably the best coffee I've had ever. I would definitely return! The price wasn't too bad either- it was $6.34 for a regular sized latte. read more

Foxtail is a cute surprise. Ordered a chai latte with Oatmilk, vanilla and lavender. Along with a lemon cake for the little one. The chai was really good and made with lots of love. This is the second Foxtail location I've been to and I got the same thing as the first location because I thought about how good the coffee was for MONTHS. They have a vanilla caramel cold brew on tap and it's the perfect cold brew. The coffee flavor is strong but not burnt like other places. The sweetness is not too sweet, but enough to flavor the coffee and add a hint of sweetness. Whenever I see a Foxtail, I'll always make a point to stop! read more

This was my first time at a new place in Newnan (Thomas Crossing). A great alternative to Starbucks. I arrived at 6:50AM on New Year's Eve and was greeted with a warm hello! I ordered an espresso, large black coffee and pumpkin bread. Everything was fast, fresh and hot. Plenty of places to do some work on your computer or tablet. Staff was really friendly. People are still not aware of this location, and so no other customers have been in yet...give it a try! I'll be back. read more

Having been to Foxtail in Orlando a few times, I was so happy to hear a little bit of Orlando coming to Newnan. And a LOT closer to me than ptc where I'd go for my favorite. Foxtail has the prettiest cups first of all!! Their coffee is great. I always get half sweet/syrups, lavender latte half syrup is still pretty strong but good. Honey is an extra .75 in the app. If you get a medium midnight oil with honey you are over 5$ FOR A COFFEE that wasn't great.... Juice is not worth the squeeze. I used to like this place. The Farmhouse blend coffee still tastes good. I just don't like the staff. I feel unwelcome each time I go (went) in there. The last and final time I went in there, I asked for a coffee with two syrups and two Splendas. I didn't like it, so I asked them if I could get it without the Splenda instead. The head lady who seems to always be there said, "We made it how you ordered it." I replied, "I know but I was wondering if I could get it re-made without the Splenda." (Starbucks is always able to make me a different one if I don't like the flavor.) They begrudgingly made another coffee and set it on the counter, I thanked them. The staff wanted my other drink back instead of me throwing it away as I was just about to do. I've had other problems there like getting cold foam on my drink in the past after I've already got the drink. I was looking forward to the Peachtree City Foxtail opening soon, so I messaged them on Instagram about how uncomfortable I feel at the Newnan Foxtail and the unfriendliness of the staff. I told them I was excited for them to open but instead of saying something along the lines of "Sorry to hear that. We can't wait for you to visit us in Peachtree City and have some coffee when we open up!" LIKE ANY NORMAL COMPANY would have done - their Instagram account blocked me. Wow. I was stoked to see Foxtail opening up. My initial reaction to the exterior was modern. I spent a few years in Washington state and I felt that vibe after I walked in. I was greeted pleasantly by the staff. Although, several days had passed since their opening it was not as busy as thought it might be on a Tuesday Christmas weekday at 12 p.m. The coffee fragrance was wonderful. The menu has a variety of items including all kinds of flavors seasonal and constant. The prices are reasonable unless you are like me and want a Pumpkin Spice Latte Large w/almond milk . They offer a nice selection of snacks (pumpkin breads/pastries etc.) My total was $7.38 I believe. Which is a bit steep for me, but I'll pay for a delicious product made right. It took less than 3 minutes to order and receive my seasonal latte. The taste of the spice is powerful in my opinion, but it tastes great. I am more of a white chocolate girl and do not typically order a pumpkin spice latte. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will come back and try something else that's more on my spectrum. Tried this spot for the first time on Sunday. Had the cafe con leche, the lavender tea and the turkey breakfast sandwich with a donut for dessert. Gotta say that everything was pretty tasty and the coffee and tea were both pretty rich. The layout of the store and the customer service though were the real attractions for me. The chairs were comfy and the furniture gave the place a real rustic? vibe. I don't know the exact description but it makes you feel inclined to sit and relax for a while. Foxtail is everything that (ugh) Starbucks is not. Of their coffees for sale, only ONE is overroasted bitter French or Espresso roast: they specialize in REAL coffee, well made and strong without being bitter and acid. Also, their prices are considerably lower- not that THAT is difficult! Tried the Ethiopian for starters- really delicious, lots of flavor and smooth as a baby's behind- I WILL be going back for some whole beans soon! read more

Came here for a quick coffee and breakfast. I needed to pass the time while I waited to pick up my mom later that afternoon. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was great despite it being a bit busy. I ordered a cappuccino and an egg, ham, and cheese English muffin. The muffin was so amazing and fresh, I had to slow myself down while eating it. The cappuccino was a bit bitter for my taste, but it was still very good.
