AVOID! Worst customer 'service' ever - not only did the long-haired gentleman treat us like we came from another planet (we don't take the Starbucks app for payment - you are stupid if you don't realize that) .... He tried to grab my phone to tap it on the scanner to show me on the app and reached for my credit card to 'help' tap it on the payment terminal. No drive thru. They weren't accepting cards, only cash or mobile app. Subpar customer service. Each drink is almost twice what it would normally cost, I guess due to the location. I waited forever for 1 drink. There's like 7 employees and they're all catching up in conversation and only one person is taking orders and one person is making the orders. The people after me that ordered several drinks got their order before me which leads me to think, they forgot about me. I ordered a frappucino and asked the barista for a straw to which he pointed behind me to go get it myself even though the straws behind the counter were literally at arms length to him. I figured it would be standard to hand someone a straw with a frap since I can't suck it out of a dome lid but I guess not. read more

Got a small iced espresso for $5. Pricey. Probably the highest I've ever paid for this basic drink. Ordered on the app, on the way to vegas. Process was easy peasy. Found parking pretty quickly. Got inside and picked up my drink. read more

I think we're just unlucky but every time we come here the order is wrong and we end up waiting 30-40 minutes for one drink to be made right. Their shift manager/supervise is still terrible at 12/28/25 4:30PM. Micro managing (terrible at it) sit on hands type instead of hustling with the team and failing to teach how to build the recipes correctly. They charge more than other locations but it's been consistently worse. read more

EMILY he's very rude to customers act like she doesn't understand when taking orders. Tries to push off the register to another coworker after she gets proven wrong about what products are carried here. I ordered the oat milk, brown sugar, shaken espresso, and she acted like she didn't know what the brown sugar crystals were. She said they don't exist here. I am a Heart patient with the brain injury and when I get treatment like this from people, it makes me feel some kind of way. I will never eat here again normal I get coffee from the Starbucks. It's definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever. read more

Ordered a pumpkin latte. It tasted terrible so I had my husband go ask to switch it out for an iced chai. Got the chai, and it literally tasted like straight milk, with a splash of cinnamon. They don't even use stickers for orders. Maybe that's why it's wrong. No communication down the line. Stay away from this location. Just wasted $20. read more

I'm not expecting much here, just a pit stop for some coffee. We never stop at this point in previous trips but we did this time. We walk in, it's dark in there! We order Paid cash $22 for two grande drinks. Fml I scanned my rewards but til now there's nothing on my app from this visit. Our drinks were disgusting. Watery, metal flavor. This Starbucks is in the gas station area in Primm. Its really well maintained inside and very clean. The cashier and barista were very pleasant, even on an early Monday morning. There is a nice black and white mural. Our order was quick and the croissants were delicious as always with Starbucks. Thank you! read more

First time at this location can't believe I found the Stanley cup they have a bunch of them 60$ was worth the buy. I know it's all hype but still. The drinks were made very fast and they taste excellent. It's a must to stop by when traveling. Very tiny inside would recommend for worming. it's pretty clean inside considering how much traffic it gets. Surely, you can make it a few more miles, and give this one a pass. The little longer drive into either Jean or Las Vegas will be totally worth it. $6 for drip coffee, or $11 Venti Lattes which is pretty much twice the going rate at any other Starbucks around the country. read more

This Starbucks was located at a gas station shop, so I knew the cost was going to differ. I was completely thrown off that you would be paying $3+ more than the average cost of a normal grande pumpkin cream cold brew. It came up to almost $10 with tax for a grande sized drink. Another disappointment is that water is not free here, you will get charged for an iced water. There were a lot of staff members on duty, about 6 however the service was so slow and there were only 2 parties ahead of us. Recommend to skip this location and go to another business. read more

I don't really ever go on here to vent but Primm we need to do better specially when your prices are what they are (I don't mind paying it when I know I'm getting what I order) but when I get half a cup of coffee and half foam (if you can even call that half coffee) and not to the top it's an issue and to still get upset because I asked to redo it come on now. *and yes I took one sip out of it standing there in front because I at least wanted to see if they made it right* And this is a menu item so it's not like they DONT know how to make it!! read more

This is my second trip in this particular Starbucks. The first trip was it in a timely manner I was able to get my drink in the back on the road. Which made a great as far as traveling goes so I thought hey let's try it again as I travel back through the state line entering Nevada and unfortunately not so much the fact this time. I placed my order went to the restroom came back out and nothing. At first I was like ok they're crazy busy. With all the employees I thought it was shift change. Nope! Just lack of effort workers. My self and three other people finally went to ask what was going on since other folks were getting their drinks before us. we were told our drinks were more complicated. Vanilla Latte iced. Black tea and I think the other one was a refresher. Ok then all of sudden I hear, oh here's there orders. Well that was just lovely 35 minutes later I was back on the road. read more

Worst Starbucks experience ever - April 29, 2025 at 5:25 PM. Asked for light ice -- they gave me a cup packed to the brim. When I asked them to fix it, they handed back a weak, watered-down joke of a drink. The guy at the counter (middle-aged white guy with a beard) was not just rude -- he had an arrogant, don't-give-a-damn attitude. No apology, no basic courtesy. If you don't want to do your job, maybe don't show up. This place needs a serious reset -- staff like this ruin the entire brand. Ruined my whole vegas trip read more

Location 1: Part of a food mart next to a gas station in Primm. Limited self parking blocked by cars in line to get to a gas pump. Difficult and dangerous to get in and out of parking spots (if you find them) without hitting people or cars. Hectic and chaotic. Venue 1: Sub par facility shared by a mini mart, a donut shop, and a Subway. Dirty restrooms with long lines. Service 1: Totally uninterested, sarcastic, and condescending staff, brazen enough to point to the credit card processing machine and telling you "this is where you put in the tip". Also making fun of people's names when calling for pick up. Food/Drinks 1: Standard Starbucks offerings with substandard quality. All our coffee drinks were 90% foam. It cost us over $60 for 4 coffees and 2 sandwiches. The supposedly warm sandwiches were lukewarm at best and tasted stale. Given their location at a gas station in Primm, which is the point of entry into Nevada for Vegas visitors, the term highway robbery comes to mind :D The last word 1: Unfortunately I could not find any redeeming values in location, food, or service. Stopped by Primm Center to get gas at Chevron and use the women's restroom at Primm Visitors…read moreCenter. It used to have a huge shopping area with lots of outlet stores, food court, and more. It was connected to Primm Valley Casino Resorts for easy access. Unfortunately, this center has closed down for the most part with very limited businesses left. Hopefully, a new landlord will come in and revive this center with new businesses to attract new consumers from all over the world. All the best Primm Center!

Pinkbox Doughnuts

We came to use the bathroom and left with a box of doughnuts…read more When we walked in, the pink caught my eye and in a trance, I walked up to the doughnut display case. They looked mouthwatering, even my sister (who is mostly vegan lol) had to get a doughnut or two! We got the brownie, dubai chocolate, tres leches, big samoan, and cookies and cream. I wanted to get a pooh doughnut for my brother in law which I knew he'd get a kick out if but we didn't think it would make it all the way to California. It was all so good!

It wasn't much to look at from the outside, but once you get in, it's a whole different look. It was bright and I catchy with all the design and decor. There was an array of doughnuts with clever names. We opted to get the Uber cream crunch cake, PBJ and chocolate bar-- my comparison to the long John from the Donuttery in Huntington Beach. The two staff members were very friendly and were happy to explain the concept and showcase the donuts. they get an A+ for customer service.. having tried the different kinds of donuts from California, especially The Donuttery, all the donuts we tasted paled in comparison. I would give it a three stars for the flavor, but the reason I'm giving them four stars is because of the different options and flavors of donuts, very clever and creative designs, and of course the customer service. It was a nice pit stop. I heard from one of my friends that this was a very popular choice of donuts and Vegas., the taste was not impressive but choices were.
