To start this review, I just wanna make it known that I've been to probably every single Dutch Bros in the Las Vegas area (and multiple other states) and this is by far the best operating stand both in terms of quality of drinks and in customer service. It's to the point where I will drive out of my way to go to this specific stand, even if I'm 30 min away. I don't know all their names, but there's at least 8 baristas at the stand that are exceptional and literally make my day better each time that I come through - and atleast one of these people is almost always on shift when I come by so my experience is always impeccable. Without the baristas from this stand, I would not go to this location as there's one that's closer to me. If you are the owner, I hope you appreciate how invaluable your employees are and that you treat them well and reward them as often as possible. Now for the real reason for my review - I have been going to this Dutch for two years now, and for two years each summer, the staff does not appear to have anything outside to help keep them cool. I don't know if the owners are unaware that in Vegas during the summer it gets to 120 DEGREES+, but there's absolutely NO reason that there shouldn't be at least misters outside (like other food chain restaurants have), ice pack jackets, and limited time outside taking orders. LASTLY - this stand is extremely efficient, to the point where I can have just 4 minutes to spare to get a coffee and still make it to my destination on time, and there's a super high chance I can still squeeze in my drink. However - if you are a CUSTOMER, YOU CAN WAIT 5 EXTRA MINUTES FOR YOUR DRINK. If you are late and rushing to get your coffee - it is YOUR FAULT, NOT THE WORKERS. If you tried to squeeze in a coffee run, do not take it out on the baristas - THEY ARE NOT TO BLAME FOR YOUR POOR TIME MANAGEMENT. And most importantly, you can wait for your drink to make sure that the workers here are RESPECTED AND SAFE. I would like someone from ownership to reach out to me about when they expect to have misters for the workers because at this point, I'm starting to question whether the conditions are safe enough for them. I wouldn't stand outside for 10 minutes in the summer, - let alone however long the baristas spend outside taking orders - and I guarantee the owners wouldn't either. I've been going to Dutch for more than a decade - and I'd like to think they value their employees enough to take care of them appropriately. I love my barista's here so they better get their misters, so help me god. read more

One person at the walk up window and one person at drive-through that ordered two drinks. I ordered for pick up and arrived like two minutes after it should've been ready. They were hanging out with a guy at the walk-up window, showing each other tattoos and doing handshakes and dumb stuff like that. It was literally hot as crap sun beaming down on me and I'm waiting behind him with zero acknowledgment so I got back in my car and realized that there's no line in drive-through so I went to drive-through. This is not my regular Dutch Bros., but my future in-laws are out of town, so Kyle is housesitting and dogsitting for them up until next week and this location is closer to their house. It's also just around the corner from the apartment complex he used to live in when we first started dating! When we started dating, the apartment complex directly behind Dutch Bros. was under construction and this location did not exist yet. It's amazing how everything can change drastically in six years. I find it funny that they opened a location next to a Starbucks, which was also packed. ;P The line was very long on both sides, so I decided to park the car and use the walk up window, which wasn't too bad compared to the drive thru line. Earlier this year, I stopped having my usual, the Golden Eagle, and switched to their vanilla protein latte, in which I always make sure is sugar free. I'm watching what I eat and drink and the Golden Eagle just has too much sugar in it, which also includes the caramel drizzle inside. They recently expanded their food menu, which is a huge plus for me. Until recently, the only food options that they had were muffin tops, which came in chocolate and lemon poppyseed flavors. Since I frequent Dutch Bros. on a pretty regular basis, I'm very happy that they have real food now. My new favorite food item from here is definitely their coffee cake. I've had this a couple of times now (but not all the time, depending on how hungry I am) and it's really good, especially when it's warmed up. Definitely my favorite Dutch Bros location to visit whenever I'm in the area. The staff at this location are always so friendly, welcoming, and drinks have been continually on point. I love the vast drink menu that's offered (visit their website for the full menu). They have coffee/espresso drinks, decaf or regular, smoothies, sparkling soda combinations, teas, lemonades, and even hot cocoa. If it's your first time visiting, I recommend: (for coffee) the Golden Eagle, Banana Bread, or German Chocolate all as blended freezes. For non-coffee, definitely recommend the Tropical Sparking Soda or Caramel Pumpkin Brulee Chai tea. A heads-up, their large size is a whopping 32 ounces (and their medium is 24 ounces and small is 16 ounces). They also offer complimentary pup cups for your pawesome co-pilot. Excellent customer service at this location from both the young man Anthony and the young lady at the pick up window. Anthony took our order and informed us of specific drinks. Thank you also to the young lady at the pick up window who was also so courteous and friendly. Anthony and the young lady at the pick up window were both so positive and welcoming. We weren't sure what to get since it was our first time and there were a lot of options, but the person at the window was very nice and helpful with guiding us through the menu. We made small talk with another staff member and they were very nice. They asked us about our stay and how we were enjoying it. They also asked us where we're from and it turns out that they're planning on traveling to where we're from, so they asked if we had any suggestions of places to go. We got a total of 6 drinks: - Electric Blue Sparkling Soda 3/5 Good but the flavor sat on the bottom and we needed to mix it more, but even after that the flavor wasn't that strong. - Golden Eagle Iced Latte 2/5 I'm personally not much of a coffee drinker, but the worker said that this is one of the most popular drinks so I wanted to give it a try. I couldn't taste the vanilla or caramel at all in the drink. The only caramel I got was from the caramel drizzle at the bottom of the cup, however the balance of coffee and milk was good. - Sugar free Pumpkin Vanilla Chai 3.5/5 The chai was perfectly balanced and not overpowering, however the pumpkin and vanilla taste was very subtle. I did ask for it to not be too sweet, so I am assuming that the sweetness comes from the flavor. - Pomegranate Watermelon Sparkling Soda 5/5 I chose these flavors together because I felt like it was a perfect match, and I'm glad for say that I was right. The flavors blended smoothly together and it was very refreshing. - Iced Mocha 3/5 The coffee and mocha was well balanced, neither overpowered another. It tasted like any other mocha so there wasn't anything special for me. - Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Breve 4/5 Wanted to try one of these seasonal specials and this did not disappoint. The foam was delicious and the caramel pumpkin combination blended well together. Overall, the drinks were all well balanced but majority of the drinks had to be mixed well in order to taste any of the flavoring. Then I noticed someone comes out but just starts talking to the car in front of us. So this gentleman takes my order and I left him a tip. We drive up and the girl is still taking to the car in front of us. Then finally when she looks up and lets the car in front of us move forward and explains to us in a sassy way. This is the main location I go to. I get the same drink every time and I love what i get. Iced almond milk latte with SF caramel, SF choc Mac and SF Coconut. Now I will say, please be a lil more careful when people order sugar free drinks. There was one time this lady had to tell the girl that she put real sugar syrup and not sugar free and good thing she caught that. Two other times I could taste they put the regular sugar syrups. As someone who needs to be careful with sugar, I don't want to stop coming somewhere because of this mistake. How can someone write a negative review about an establishment that has yet to open its doors? Then, blame that business for "construction cones' and traffic congestion. Followed by a complaint about its use of "heavy cream in their "crap" drinks. Finally, compare the recently opened adjacent Starbucks, which was not (I checked) reviewed because that someone appears to be a biased customer. Let's go down the list one by one. If you have yet to patronize the store, don't review it. Since it's not open, please don't drag your likes and dislikes into a review that should never have been written. Second, we live in a "market economy" that offers choices to consumers based on all sorts of criteria. Maybe some people like heavy cream in their drinks it doesn't mean they're crap because you don't like it. Finally, I live up Cactus Avenue and have been driving past these two [unbuilt] stores for quite some time. Starbucks took much longer. Their builder (Minero, same as Dutch Bros.) had construction cones on the street for longer than Dutch Bros. I didn't read [someone's] negative review about Starbucks when it was being constructed for double the time that Dutch Bros was. Now, I'll surprise you by saying I'm not a fan of Dutch Bros coffee; it's not close to the quality of the coffee next door. I drink five cups of coffee to one of someone's "crap" drinks. While there are things about Starbucks that I don't like (prices, service, cleanliness, etc.), I still get my coffee from them. However, those "crap" drinks referred to are better at Dutch Bros, and so thank goodness for the market economy, so I can now pick and choose which coffee house I'll patronize to and from work. Take a deep breath and chill; your coffee will taste better, and you'll also live longer. My new go to spot!! Line goes by so quick even when cars are piling in on busy days. Service here is so warm and friendly, my day always gets made with every visit. The gentleman that works here named Martin always makes sure to put a smile on every customers face, he has taken my order almost every time and helped me create my perfect order!!
