Best Starbucks clean and inviting Recommend this one for sure Always have what I want love the Baristas here

I don't frequent this Starbucks very often because this one is always busy and the line really long. Hard to find a seat and the parking is difficult to get in and out of. But, it is near my home and the most convenient location so I can usually tolerate it. I went in this morning and SCORE (or so I thought). There was one person in front of me placing an order. The usual one person was behind the register taking an order. One person was making coffee for the walk in customers, 3 people were helping drive through customers, the manager was doing paperwork and another kept poking her head out from the back. It seems to me that a customer in line would be more important than paperwork, and perhaps the employee poking her head out was on break, but hey, what do I know? When the cashier finished up with the customer in front of me she walked away. No, "be right back" or "I will be right with you" or anything, just left me standing there! The employee who kept poking her head out from the back once again poked her head out, saw me standing there, looked me in the eye and retreated to the back again. What???? Am I invisible?????? I left. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this particular Starbucks. Now by nature I am not a fan of Starbucks, I think they have gotten too big , this just another example.....Starbucks doesn't need my money that is for sure! read more

Man at the window was very nice, but I asked for oat milk due to my lactose intolerance and they gave me whole milk.

I wish they would know the difference between frappuccino and latte. I had ordered a vanilla bean latte and ended up with a vanilla bean creme frapp. read more

I really wish Starbucks would get the on-line ordering right. More than half the time, they are out of what you ordered from the food menu and have to substitute something else. read more

This morning at 8:40 AM I went through the drive-through at the Starbucks this woman with curly dark brown hair working the drive-through window treated me like I was less than her or as if I was some homeless crackhead because I paid with five dollars in quarters I have them all laid out for her and she looked at me like I was the most disgusting person on earth because I inconvenienced her with five dollars in quarters,then when she slammed the window on me I waited for a couple of seconds because I figured she was counting them out she opened the window back up within a very rude attitude and asked me if I was waiting for something else I said no I was just making sure my change was correct so Your Drawer was not off, And to make sure that I counted the change correct it did not hold up any extra time in the drive-through I was very courteous of the people behind me but the way that she treats people is extremely disrespectful, she needs to be reminded that she is in the fast food business and if she did not want to touch money she should wear gloves because the look that she gave me this morning was extremely disrespectful and that is no way to run a business. read more

The place was packed and had an a long wait. Further, they charged me for a five shot Americano with whip when I had ordered a quad shot with whip. As we pulled away, I noticed the mix up and no whip. As a former Starbucks partner I was sad to have such lackluster service. read more

Well the girl that took my order this morning had a very terrible attitude kept telling me to slow down and that my order was too complicated. Her name was Melissa and apparently she can't handle being a barista. read more

So every time I go they get my order wrong and the line is backed up both inside and outside. This time I ordered a black tea (venti) with sweetener and a splash of nonfat milk. The lady didn't even tell me that they lost my order when I pulled up to the window she just asked "what did you have?" and I gave a brief name (black tea) so she could perhaps find my drink in the line up. Out she came with a black tea (no sweetener, no milk) then when I told her it was the wrong size, had sweetener, had milk she acted annoyed and didn't say anything. She came back with the right drink and it was terrible and bitter with sugar free sweetener and overbrewed tea. They threw it together because the lost my order and worst of all they didn't even have the decency to stop, ask me what exactly I ordered because they lost it, then carefully make the drink. read more

The coffee is average. The service is ok. It's a spacious location but majority of the seats get full. I recommend parking in the back row and not right in front of starbucks or subway as the drive thru can get pretty backed up and getting out is a mess. In addition to that the drive thru times suck. I've had to wait 10+minutes & didn't even get an apology for the wait. If you are on a time crunch & in a rush to get to work good luck! read more

My drink had WAY too much Carmel in it but they remade it without an issue and then it was delicious.

My fiancé went through this drive thru this morning and ordered a steak and egg wrap. Within 30 minutes he was sweating and vomiting and hasn't stopped yet. I attempted to call and talk to the manager and was only able to get a hold of the shift leader. He did not take down any of my information so a manager could call and take care of this issue. From someone that works in the food and beverage industry that is poor customer service. Will never eat something at Starbucks again. read more

The drinks are usually average, service is super slow! You could be the only one at the drive thru window, with no one at the counter inside & you won't get a drink in your hand until nearly 10 minutes later..a very simple to make drink at that. They never apologize for the long wait time, which is consistent. Try the other location in town. Better service, faster!! read more

I came here today to work on my laptop for a while. I ordered a peach green tea lemonade for me and my friend and they made it wrong 3 times!!! First they used black tea twice and then they forgot the peach syrup. Maybe they were just having an off day??? I didn't get upset of course, because they're human but 3 times?! Normal stop on the way back to San Diego, needed to stop and take care of some work. After finishing my drink I was offered by a gentleman a drink that was not taken at the drive through. This Starbucks is my favorite in Redding, because it has a really fast Internet connection. Even though four other customers were on their laptops, I got 40mbps on a speed test. That is truly remarkable for a public wifi spot. read more

Went in today, and they were a little busy but not bad to forget my drink and make me wait 30 mins for it. At first I wasn't minding the wait as I stood by the counter talking to my cousin, till I saw people that showed up 25 mins after me getting their drinks. The guy that took my order saw me standing over there by the pickup window for that long and didn't even ask me if I had gotten my drink or if I had a question or anythin else. When my cousin and I split up and she went to the ordering counter and I stayed at the pickup counter all the girls avoided me because it seemed like they didn't even want to answer my question, and when my cousin told the guy who took my order what was going on he acted like what had happened was no big deal, and then they finally began ordering me my drink again after 30 minutes of already waiting, I don't think so. Not even an apology or askin if they could do anything else for me. So I told them to stop making it and that this place wasn't even worth my time anymore. Still no apology and no refund! At least give me my money back! So I paid 7 dollars for a drink that I didn't even get and it wasn't even a hard order! Just a strawberries and cream straight up exactly how it is sold on the menu, no modifications nothing! Oh and to top it off as my cousin and I were walking out the employees were laughing about the whole situation and still not even an I am sorry about everything. Terrible service and even worse employees. After all this i went to dutch bros and got the best service ever! This Starbucks is a joke and the people that work their are so blind and just don't even care about their customers. As someone who works in customer service as a waitress I am appalled and to be honest I have never done a review on anything, but the fact that this place made me wait 30 minutes for a drink I didn't even get, and still took my money for it, didn't apologize, and laughed about it all, is just too disturbing. I will never go back to Starbucks ever again, waste of money and time! read more
