I ordered the Ferrero Rocher espresso latte, but it tasted nothing like chocolate or hazelnut--just straight, syrupy milk. I couldn't taste the espresso at all, which was disappointing and felt like a waste of money. My sisters are regulars here and noted that their matcha lattes were way off and not up to their usual standard either. They didn't recognize the baristas working, so it may have just been an off day with an untrained crew. That said, consistency is important. The staff working this past Sunday weren't the friendliest; I felt more like a nuisance than a welcome customer.
