Don't waste your time. I ordered a lavender matcha. It was mostly ice, bitter and barely a spoonful of lavender thrown on top. I really wanted a lavender Frappuccino but didn't bring my glasses and couldn't see the list of drinks well. There were 3 women talking to me trying to figure out what I wanted so I just told them to give me the lavender matcha. It's the second time I give this place a try because I live close by but I'm done. I rather go to another Starbucks that has better reviews. read more

Not my first time here. Definitely the first time I was disappointed by a Starbucks drink. The website photo looks so scrumptious... then you are so disappointed. Like come on ... strawberry crème frap.... With no visible strawberries.... I paid $6.48 for sweet frozen pink milk. They're re-open from renovations! The inside looks GREAT. I frequent this Starbucks, and the coffee is always good and service is always friendly. They do get overwhelmed with orders at times, so I've definitely had occasions where I've waited 20 minutes or more for my drink, but they're always nice when I ask about it. Dear Starbucks, It's been 25 minutes, and I used the mobile app after watching several other people just walk in and get their orders much faster. Not to mention how quickly Uber Eats deliveries seem to be ready. Should ai have just gone in? Is it not easier for mr to order and wait? I usually order mobile here and today after the gym I decided to get the pumpkin chai latte my fave!!! The service area was loaded with drinks ppl had not picked up and the staff was working on all orders. The only bad experiences was the customers shoving by to get their drinks until one of the staff members started calling names out to make it smooth for everyone. Also to differentiate what was "old" sitting there yo get rid of so any current bev/food can be served. The second was the lack of cups displayed for purchase I love Starbucks cups and I always got get to bring any of the many I have from home so I always buy the newer ones. They should display it on the register side not the pick up side because no one wants to go back on line in the small space that gets packed so fast to wait again. read more

I've come here a few times, and every time my drink is made incorrectly. Sometimesits still tasty, so I just go with it. The wait is much longer than usual Starbucks locations. I guess because they are adjacent to a transit hub, they get overwhelmed. Of you need your fix, just be sure to check your order and tip with a smize... it goes a long way. read more

I was at this location today to grab a drink. I went over to the counter with the napkins and the sugar. I grabbed some sugar for my drink and as I'm grabbing it the barista in the back making the drinks called me and my sisters thieves lmfao. I just wanted sugar for my drink. If you live in NYC, you know that there are only a handful of Starbucks Shops in the outer boroughs, as the majority of them are in Manhattan. This is a brand new location in Ridgewood and is conveniently located outside the Subway entrance to the L and M line. Overall, it's a great Starbucks. The location is smaller than most, so it can get tight sometimes, however, the few times I've been here now, the customer service has been phenomenal and they always get the order right. read more

The place is tiny! I wouldn't recommend working or trying to enjoy a cup of coffee at this location. There's no tables, only bar area under the windows. This location closes at 8pm by the way. This place was right around the corner from our AirBnB and it might be one of the most pleasant Starbucks I have visited. Every morning they would remember my order and also ask what I had planned for my visit around the city that particular day and then offer up some cool tips or off the beaten path stuff that I might want to do while in the vicinity of where I would be for the day. I also never had to wait in an extremely long line or wait overly long for my coffee. I could easily be in and out in less than 10 minutes. It is convenient to get your caffeine fix early in the morning before heading to work or get some work done. It seems like there are several local coffee places around this locations such as L'imprimerie French bakery, Fair Weather, Mixedtape, Dunkin Donuts, Trans Am Coffee bar, Mill & Pull. RUDE, POINTLESS OBSTINANCE Easy to see why 2020 reviews for this store are so poor based on just a phone call: I called the 329 Wyckoff store a few moments ago, gave my name and asked the young male-sounding employee for the store manager's name. Simple request? NOT by a long shot! Rather than an answer, the following RIDICULOUS conversation ensued: He asked who I was. I repeated my name, adding surname this time. He asked why I wanted the store manager's name. Thinking maybe he misunderstood & thought I wanted manager's personal info such as phone, address, SS#, License Plate # or work schedule, I reiterated that I wanted the NAME-nothing more. He said he needed to know why I wanted the manager's name--exactly what it was pertaining to "so he could help me." I said he "could help me" by stating the name. He instead began to bombard me with pointless questions, explaining that he "wasn't going to give out that kind of information (a freakin' name) without knowing what it's about". His many questions included: who was I (freely repeated at least 3 x); where was I located/calling from & whether I was with another Starbucks. Being allergic to stupid, I couldn't answer such pointless questions--didn't he have Starbucks stuff to do anyway? We reached an impasse, at which point he said I would have to come to the store in person to get that information. When asked, he assured me that he was not the manager. He also refused to even give me his own name. This went on so ridiculously long that I began to wonder if the store manager is wanted by the FBI or something. Finally, this 'Keeper of the Names' said that the manager was not in. I needed to call back when the manager was present to directly ask the manager what the manager's name was. He did not say when the manager would be there & by now, I knew not to ask. Shocked at his flippant, pointless, obstinance, I said "wow" 2x. He said something like: "Is that all you have to say? I don't have time for this." and hung up. This call was made today, Thursday, October 22 at 3:48pm Eastern time. 'Don't have time' indeed--WHAT SHOULD'VE BEEN A 10-SECOND CONVERSATION (as with the other 3 stores I called) LASTED NEARLY FOUR MINUTES--why? Full disclosure, I was getting store manager names to cover one small task for a barista who's relocating/needing to correspond with store managers in the area he's moving to. He said that any employee would give their managers name, which was true for 3 other stores. Conveniently located by the L train and many buses. The staff are usually very friendly and you usually dont have to wait long for your drink...unless they are training for new staff. Try not to stand by the barista and the syrups because some are careless and the syrup tends to splatter. They have finally added this location to the mobile app! read more

As a regular customer at this store, lately there has been a lot of new improvements in the past few weeks. Slight changes are making the biggest difference in customer service. The overall atmosphere of this store is a friendly environment with a staff that interacts with their customers. I come to this Starbucks because it's conveniently next to the subway. I've come here many times and usually do a mobile order to go. Normally i don't have any problems, but as of late, they don't make my drink the way it's set on the mobile order. The point of a mobile order to go is to be able to grab your order and go. Always come to this location before jumping on the M or L train when heading into Manhattan when me and my family come on vacation. Staff in the morning seems to always be in a good mood.
