LOVED this Starbucks!!!! I stopped by last Sunday 5/17 and I gotta tell you about these sweet baristas!!!!!! Miss Andrea took my order, what a pleasant young lady!!!! How kind was she!!!! And she got my order perfect!!!! So energetic and sweet, she was so attentive to me while also being engaged in her duties. And I think the kid that made my drink was named Sunny? My drink was made perfectly might I add. Usually other locations don't put enough foam on my cappuccino, but this was the perfect amount!!! So sweet to chat with me and ask me about my day while I was waiting!!! And the other baristas seemed sweet as well, but I will tell you these two really made my week!!!!!!! I will say the manager had a slight attitude. GO VIST THIS STARBUCKS!!!! it will be worth your time!!!!!!! Definitely coming back. read more

When going to this Starbucks, the best way to order is through mobile order. The staff is super friendly and always have my drink ready to go when I order through my phone. The parking lot is a nightmare and coming out of the drive-thru is always nerve-racking. They also have the slowest Starbucks drive-thru. There could only be two cars in front of you and it could take 30 minutes. Overall, they make great drinks here, but they can be a bit slow. read more

I've been to this location a few times, only using the drive thru. My coffee has always come out hot and in a timely manner. Customer service is average. The parking lot is kind of clustered and the drive thru exits into the parking lot and not onto the road. The location is right off the highway and located next to a bevy of the usual strip mall shops you would find including T-Mobile, subway, a hair place, nail place, and fast food. Be cautious of other drivers not paying attention when you're going in and out. read more

Starbucks is an enabler. They make it possible for me to stumble along with a less than full night's sleep as long as I get a decent injection of caffeine to start my day. This location is convenient for their drive-through and its proximity to the highway. Easy in, easy out. No different than any other SB, they have the usual selection of expensive coffees and pastries. I think the coffee tastes over-roasted, but that's my own opinion. read more

I ordered a Caramel macchiato with extra Caramel drizzle which is $6 & tax, but I was informed I was being charged for the extra caramel drizzle and my total would be $7.11. I order this same drink weekly and have never been charged for the additional caramel. I just checked my account and I was charged over $11.17 for my single drink order. Spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru with 2 cars in front of me at 9pm. No apology for the long wait. Ordered a decaf short vanilla latte light foam. The entire cup was basically foam. Went in to get it remade. Barista then made it without vanilla. Went back to counter, and he pours a few drops of vanilla in. Another barista graciously offered to make it again, but my baby was crying and we weren't about to wait another minute after being there a total of 30 minutes for one latte. Ended up leaving after putting a sugar packet in. Worst $4 ever spent. Worth the drive to go to another location unfortunately. read more

Let me first state that I frequent this location. I pick up coffee on my way to work 4-5 times a week. It's not uncommon for me to go 2 times/day multiple times per week. Normally this place is what I expect out of Starbucks. Quick service. Easy transactions. No issues. Lately however has not been so smooth... I'm not sure if management has changed. I'm not sure if these are all new employees. I sat in the drive thru for nearly 25 minutes waiting on a single cup of coffee. The barista at the window laughed it off and halfway apologized. On top of that, when I drove off, my drink was incorrectly prepared. I may have to change up my routine if something doesn't hangs fast. read more

I go to Starbucks all over the country and always order a skinny vanilla latte add protein and steam protein powder. I order this all the time and have never had an issue. Joey the manager on shift refused to do this. The issue with not steaming it is that the steam is the only way to properly mix the powder. If the powder is only stirred it clumps and is not drinkable. Following that my father had paid for me in the drive through ahead of me. I was not sure if he had gotten my order or if I was picking it up at the window. So we asked the girl and the she was completely and utterly rude. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks and as a Gold Member and may not go to another Starbucks again. read more

Very rudely. we ordered and she then said "next time order through the speaker!" We were shocked. She gave us our total and we tried to add another drink. She then said "well, I've got a long line." A standard Starbucks location, except this one seems to get drink orders wrong. I'm not from Arkansas and have a fairly strange standard drink, but Starbucks is such a unified and homogeneous entity that I wouldn't think my order could get messed up at *any* Starbucks location. I rattled off "triple grande sugar-free vanilla nonfat latte", and the cashier wrote some acronym on my cup that meant "skinny vanilla latte". In the grand scheme of things, the sugar-free part and the nonfat part don't really matter to me all that much, but, especially with the sugar-free order, that could have significant health effects for other people. The staff at this store needs to shape up and start getting their orders right. read more

This Starbucks has messed up my order numerous times on my way to work! Going all day without coffee makes for a miserable day for me. Last time I ordered a white chocolate mocha triple espresso. Got to work realized they gave me three Carmel pumps not espresso. It taste like sweet milk no espresso. It was terrible. Time before that I got my triple shot latte and there was only milk and white choc mocha. No coffee at all. I know it's early and I'm probably one of the first customers of the day on sat and sun at 6:15 but come on baristas take a couple shots to get your head right!!! read more

I too have been to Starbucks all over the USA. This is hands down the worst store. I have shared directly with Starbucks regarding this location in the past. Taking to Yelp. Tread carefully as it is hit or miss with the barista's here. Don't know why they cannot get my drink right. I had it remade again today and they still couldn't get it right. I never had this problem at my favorite store back in Charlotte. This store is near my home and work. To go to another I would have to go 10 miles round trip to get my drink. I've been to many many Starbucks and this by far is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. All the barristers are normally very friendly and nice once you make it to the window but I just don't understand why it takes so long to make a cup of coffee. No sense of urgency what so ever!!!! Went to this Starbucks this morning. They got my order wrong, but that isn't even what made the experience awful. The woman at the drive thru window was wearing a very strong perfume and held the coffee cups by the top, so when I went to take a sip of my coffee, I could only smell her perfume. I am VERY thankful for my baristas at Starbucks on Pleasant Grove. They are always amazing and take great care of me. For example, this morning was one of the most stressful I've had in a very long time. I went in rather than the drive-through due to a malfunctioning driver's side window. They were slammed in there. I walked in and patiently stood in line behind an elderly gentleman who was having some trouble understanding the gazillion choices in there. Logan saw me and asked if it was a venti or grande today. I told him it was a venti kind of day and they proceeded to make my drink while the cashier was helping the older gentleman. My drink was made LONG before this poor guy could order, but I waited to pay. The manager then told me it was on the house. I love that. NOT b/c of the free drink. That was great, but... he did it out of kindness. And the fact that they were PATIENTLY trying to help the elderly gentleman with the same enthusiasm they have for regulars really made me thankful for how their store is run. THAT is why I love my Starbucks. The chai is great, but at that store they care about each and every customer. Thank you, guys! read more
