My girlfriend and I stopped by to try something new. The place already had good reviews but I am a skeptic. Holy cow people get here when you can! The owner is super nice and very friendly. We ordered the Pub House Pretzels, oopsie daisy with a side of loaded fries, and The Fermenter. The food is amazing, beer is great. The place has speak easy vibes. I've been coming since opening and I have really seen this place grow. That being said, I've never had anything less than a great meal will great service. I always get some burger and fries dish and I have enjoyed everyone. The ambience is warm and cozy, like a mountain town bar, and on more than one occasion on pretty days they've had their big bay door open and lets the breeze in. Add a beer and it's a good time. This was our first time trying this place and we loved it! We even brought our kids. It was a nice chill atmosphere with fun music and we had amazing service. We were greeted at the door and the first thing we noticed was the atmosphere! It is speakeasy meets pub! It's so cool. The music is great and the mood is chill! The drinks are just great and the food is amazing! Everything is locally sourced and freshly made! What a great place to meet our friends and make new ones! We were looking for a casual meet up place with good food with our friends. The Fermentary did not disappoint. Set back in a warehouse district the interior stepped up and was awesome. Full run bar with table seating and definitely upscale pub look. The beer and cider were amazing. Since it is small batch made, occasionally a cider or beer will be OOS for the night. Still what they had was good on the palette. My friend had the bloody Marie she rated it a 10. Pretzel app was a great shareable for the table of four. Chicken salad the hubby ordered had subtle smoked nuances, nuttiness from pecans and a sweet finish with apples on brioche bun. 9 out of 10. My girlfriend ordered the Oopsy Daisy burger and she said the homemade pimento cheese was above standard. Her hubby had the French Connection burger another top of the line rating. My moonshine burger also had the yum factor that went down easy with my small flight of tasting beers. All beers and ciders had their own profile taste so try them all depending on your palate need. Liked them all of my flight. We will be back to try the bangers next. Finally, the owner and staff are here to take care of you these are truly foodie people, feeding you like you just met your next friend group. read more

We went in at 8:40 and sat 15 minutes and other than being greeted when we walked in from across the room and told to sit where we want, we were ignored. Servers and a bartender waited on tables all around us and never made any eye contact nor did anyone come and take our drink or greet us in any capacity after we sat down at a table. We both had a long day and had not eaten and were hopeful to have a new restaurant to visit as we live close by. We left and went to All American in Springdale and were immediately greeted, seated and had drinks within a few minutes and apps directly after. I have worked for over a decade in the service industry and know how it all works. We also tip very well having that knowledge and understanding. We will not be back! read more

First, the waiter was nice but had no support. The owner was at the bar but avoided our table of 10. We ordered drinks but that was as far as we got before we got tired of waiting before we all just left...big decision but we decided to pull the plug. The chef even came out to help at the bar a couple times. Second, the ambiance was non existent. It looked stark, the music was obviously the preference of the owner, and the place was lit with fluorescent lights.
