This is the COOLEST designed Starbucks I've ever been in, and the best service I've received. I wish I was able to sit down and do some work here because I felt so welcomed. Not only did the person taking my order remember my name, but so did all staff when I picked up my drink- so as I was on my way out, a staff member addressed me by my name and wished me a good day. What a beautiful new store. It has a drive through, so it's much more convenient than the store located off Mansell/Hwy 9. The staff was super friendly which I appreciated. The inside seating area is large, with a lot of options for smaller or larger groups. There is also a nice, covered patio out front. Lastly, the drinks were made correctly! I have never been this offended by a employee at Starbucks and the fact it was at the hand of the store manager doesn't make me happy. I asked if they had any more red cups from yesterday's promotion and her response was no in a flat and rude way. She then tells me I can buy a gold cup on eBay for $50 I asked why I would do that. If that wasn't bad enough a barista then asked can I help you in the most rude way as to suggest that my conversation was stupid or irrelevant. Awful experience. Worst ever at a Starbucks. I have ordered 3 vanilla bean scones and a very berry tea weekly for years. Every Starbucks always offers to heat up the scones. I was handed cold scones today and received a refusal when I asked the folks to heat them up. I was told that the icing would melt so they are not allowed to heat up. Really who wants a cold pasty. Unbelievable luckily I do not live in the area and was passing through. Asked for my money back. read more

Ordered a matcha latte and vanilla bean frap... both were not how they were suppose to taste. The vanilla literally tasted like they blended ice and whip cream together- no vanilla at all. And matcha latte tasted like hot water with hint of matcha. Really disappointed. Not sure if they have any ingredient shortage but you shouldn't make a drink with half missing ingredients. read more

We just stopped by this location to get a drink. Sign says they close at 8:30. It is currently 7:30 and they are already closed. No sign saying they were closing early. All the lights were still on so they looked open but employee sitting outside said they were closed. read more

Vile. My drink was poorly made and the lid was COVERED in sticky green matcha FINGERPRINTS all over the lid.. mainly near the mouth piece after they got done handling money at the drive thru. This brand-new Starbucks is instantly one of the best in Atlanta. In case it's too new for the address or map to make sense, it's on Holcomb Bridge a little west of 400, across that remodeled shopping center from Marshall's and Ross, and semi-across the street from KFC. This place has the nicest friendliest crew ever. Espresso is good. They have a great little "bar" to sit at, plus indoor tables and a small patio. A+ all around. read more

Love location, I wish their employees would maintain the store more. For example: clean the tabletops when the store is not as busy, check the restrooms, restock straws and napkins, go around and check on the guests to see if they need any water or a refill on the beverage they're drinking. Up until this morning, I loved this location. If you plan on going to this Starbucks on Sunday mornings (we got there around 7am,) do yourself a favor and pick a different location. I placed my mobile order and once I got there, I waited at the window to be acknowledged and no one ever came. The one guy in there (tall man with scruffy beard) ignored not only me but the truck in front of us and the two cars who followed behind us after we finally drove away. Called the location and no one answered the phone. He literally HID in the store when I called and continued to acknowledge NO ONE. Whoever you have working Sunday mornings at your location, you need to seriously reconsider. Worst customer service experience I've ever had with a Starbucks location. And I'm out $15 read more
