YUM YUM YUM! The lasagna from Dunkin' is the best I've had! After seeing a helpful yelp review about the new Dunkin' lasagna, I decided to see it for myself. Upon asking a few times, the employees pretended like they didn't serve lasagna. Finally they gave in, and handed me a slice of their secret dish. It was the BEST meal I've ever had, and reminds me of my childhood in Italy. If you want the same lasagna, go to the nearest Dunkin' and persistently ask for their lasagna. At first, they might look at you as if you are crazy, but if you keep asking for long enough, they will serve you a steamy slice of their traditional dish. I highly recommend this dish! read more

Stopped in this morning to have coffee and donuts while meeting a shipmate I served with over 30 years ago. Great place for the meeting as usual the coffee and donuts were outstanding. The cashier and hostess was spot in and extremely cheerful which is very pleasant way to start the day. Walked inside on a sunday at 5:30 P.M. (7/7/2024) to find two younger girls working. We came in and stood in front of the ice cream counter, keep in mind there was only one girl up front at the time, no greeting nor acknowledgment from the first girl. Another girl comes in with messy hair tied back without a hairnet or a hat. She talks to her coworker a little and then walks around drinking out of her personal drink right up front. She sets that nasty cup right on top of the donut display for every customer to see, grabs ONE glove immediately meaning she didn't wash her hands, and goes right into preparing an ice cream cone. I kid you not, she grabs the cone with her UNGLOVED hand not even touching the paper cover, straight up touching the waffle cone. She completely hangs over the ice cream containers, again without a hair or hair net, with her hair literally falling into the machine. After 10 minutes we still did not get any kind of acknowledgement whatsoever. After I saw her hanging over the ice cream, I told my friend we needed to leave because it's ridiculous. Whoever is running this dunkin needs to seriously keep an eye on these workers, we witnessed so many health hazards in just 10 minutes it's insane more people don't get sick after ordering here. read more

Dont even bother visiting this hell hole. The staff ignores walk in customers and seem aggravated that one has bothered to visit. The 5 or 6 employees handling the drive thru will at times acknowledge the "walk ins" by turning, looking and grimacing at them. The mgmt must suck as this place seems disorganized and employees couldnt care less about the customer. Quick and friendly service. Had issues with my app for ordering and the staff member was patient as I was working through access to my card. My coffee was hot and made correctly. The breakfast wrap I ordered came out fresh and hot. The team was very busy keeping customers satisfied and getting orders out on a busy morning. This place has nothing but kids working there in the afternoon screwing around and they could care less about the business. Didn't even have regular kcups on the shelf I could buy only "Dunkin Dark" kcups and they would not offer to find some regular in the back. Previous owners from India were fantastic it ran like a smooth operation/machine w friendly adult faces and atmosphere and used to be a great experience. went through the drive thru this morning get donuts for the school administration. I asked for 4 dozen mixed donuts, and one dozen of 6 Boston Cream and 6 Chocolate sprinkle. so when they handed me the bag there was only 4 boxes of donuts, so someone can't count . then the manager yells park in the front please, when I got to the front the top box had 6 Boston cream and 6 chocolate frosted no sprinkles. and when I went to get the 5 dozen I was told we didn't charge you correctly so you have to pay again..... well if you listened the first time we wouldn't have this issue... read more

I went through the drive-through to order my coffee and at the last minute I decided to add a second coffee because I am "having a day" when I got to the window they only charged me for one coffee and the manager came over and told me he gave me the other coffee for free as I was having a bad day. It's this type of service that makes me have faith in the world. That small gesture brought tears to my eyes and I am so grateful. It was just a cuppa coffee but to me it meant so much more. May have switched owners. All of a sudden the only workers I see are young kids with seemingly no supervision. The kids leave the drive thru window open while having loud negative conversations. They have been out of side spreads for months with seemingly no interest in reordering. Unfortunately the workers lately have bad manners and bad attitudes while also being slow workers and giving out wrong orders which is not a good combination. read more

I was highly disappointing in the customer service at this location. I went to order a couple sandwiches and use my drink reward that I had earned from gaining points. Due to the cold and rainy weather I was inquiring about the hot caramel macchiato. I was told it taste exactly the same as iced. Therefore, I ordered a large hot drink and was on my way. The coffee however tasted nothing like the iced ones I have had in the past. I disliked the coffee so much I decided to go back 25 minutes later in the pouring rain, with my full cup, and asked if I could have an iced coffee instead. The two gentlemen working, remembered me and my order, but told me all they could do was add more caramel. After a few other questions, it resulted in them dumping my entire $5 drink, me leaving empty handed, no reward in my app, and not even a sorry for the inconvenience. It really shocked me they had such terrible customer service all for a drink that in reality cost less than a dollar to make. read more
