Ended up going with the Dirty South blend and grabbed myself a decaf Americano while I was there. Really enjoyed it. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly strong or bitter like some Americanos can be. Super cute and simple coffee shop in John's creek! There was a fair amount of parking within the plaza and once you enter you find plenty of seats and a convenient menu for you to order! Baristas were super kind and ready to take your order. Their menu isn't too large and is rather simple which is fine! I got a matcha latte with oat milk and they were quick with prepping it. The cups they served it in were so cute! I should have asked for another shot of matcha because I felt as if the milk was more than the actual matcha. The staff was very sweet and quick. A great, quiet place to sit and work, but we came to sit and chat. My mom and I enjoyed our lattes as well. Not the best I've ever had, but still a great cup of coffee (coming from a coffee snob). I'm new to the area and prefer a local place versus some chain, I was excited to try here. I was very disappointed. The staff is rude. Three ladies? Girls? Working behind the counter. There were a few people who already had drinks and a customer who ordered ahead of us and the girls were working g on their order. Not one of them said "Hello" or "we'll be with you soon" I stood there and stood there. Someone came in behind me. We stood there another minute or so before one of the girls said "what can I get you?" I ordered. Waited for my drink. It was placed on the counter when it was done and I said "Thank you" with absolutely no response from that girl. This place is unassuming on the outside but it's a hidden gem. They have house made syrups and the cappuccino I had was one of the best ever. And I've had a lot of coffee. They don't have sugar free because they only use natural syrups. However you can just ask for stevia to sweeten your drink if you want to avoid sugar. It's very inviting inside with beautiful decor. There are plenty of seats available. They also have coffee bags a for sale. It has a very modern and upscale look. The service is also fantastic. The two barista ladies were very friendly and put in big smiles, which is hard to come by believe it or not. The cups they use are some of the best as well. What a cute coffee shop! It's located in a small strip mall with some parking. The service was very friendly. The menu was on two very small pages on the counter next to the cash register. I got a less sweet hot mocha and it came out very quickly. The sweetness level was perfect and I didn't need to stir the drink to disperse the syrup (some places just have it sitting on the bottom which is really nasty if you don't stir it). I was looking for a coffee shop to get some bagged coffee for my uncle who is quite the coffee connoisseur. LOCATION: Located in the Ace hardware plaza, there is plenty of parking. AMBIANCE: it smells absolutely wonderful when entering with plenty of seating (some near windows, some 3-4 people seating areas, others right in front of the roasting area). There are plenty of merchandise (shirts/roasted beans). I love it when coffee shops do not BLAST their music -- which this shop does not. There is a natural hum of the coffee brewing/roasting with the music in the back. COFFEE: I got the caramel latte with whole milk (as a complimentary drink with purchase of 12 oz beans) and it was wonderful! It was so rich, creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness). Their espresso is pretty good - super smooth without being sour, but my favorites are their seasonal sparkling cold brews - the Sparkling Sunset is SO good! The Sparkling Sunrise is also not bad but MUST try the Sunset! They roast their coffees before your eyes - their roasting machine is in the back of the coffee shop. As of the last time I went in September 2020, they were takeout only (although they do have some outdoor seating available). You can order ahead or you can order inside at the counter. A cozy coffee shop that is also a roastery. The physical space may be small, but their scale of offerings and friendliness are not. The staff are very receptive and welcoming. The cafe also offer coffee of so many roasts (including decaf, which is my personal preference) plus the family favorite, nitro coffee. We got a cup of decaf drip and oatmilk nitro cold brew. I was pleased when they also happily accepted my yelp check-in discount. But the best part was when the warm coffee aroma filled our car (even though the tiny, bean-sized mouth opening was the only "escape route") and the rest of our road trip was that pleasant! Very happy with my experience here. I was in the area and had been wanting to come for a little while. Prices are VERY affordable, especially considering being in the Johns Creek area. I ordered an iced latte with oatmilk ($5) and it was very good. Strong but not bitter. I'm not a huge fan of crushed ice, but it wasn't so small that it melted immediately. It didn't affect the drink much so that was good. I also ordered a Yirgacheffe pour over ($4) with cream and sugar. My friend really liked it, and it smelled wonderful. My latte came out quickly and even though the pour over of course took longer, the wait still wasn't bad at all. Bonus points for it being serviced in a glass for here, instead of a plastic cup. You can taste the quality of the coffee and it's just very smooth and fine to sip. Being that I'm also a marketer, I really like the branding of the company. They've done a great job of being whimsical but also maintaining a high quality and standard. One of my favorite coffee shops! I first heard about them when the hubs brought home a bag of their "Dirty South" (As Dark As We Will Go) $15.50. Loved it so much, I had to go to their shop to try their espresso. The shop is located in the Ace Hardware shopping center, which is adjacent to Christian Brothers Automotive. The cafe is small, but spacious. Ample seating indoor and a couple of tables outside. Their coffee is displayed on shelves immediately to your right when you enter. They roast their own coffee and their roaster is visible towards the back of the cafe. They have pastries on display at the counter. I've tried a latte and a cappuccino both with oat milk. Their coffee is bold, smooth, and delicious! A place always gets extra points with me when they offer my favorite milk sub, oat milk. Their coffee is now served at Hen Mother Cookhouse, another favorite of mine. read more

I ordered a cappuccino and was told that there espresso is their own concoction of a few coffees but it was too dark for me. I've always known I should be going to a local roaster for better quality, but now I actually get it. The grounds here are fresh, the taste is not bitter like the beans from the big brands, and the flavors are much better. The crema on my espresso is the best I've ever seen it! I ended up at Peach Coffee Roasters because they offer oat milk (which I hadn't tried before and had to see what all the hype was about). From the outside, the shop looks small and not-so fancy, but as soon as I walked in, I was obsessed. It's a quiet cafe with a decent amount of seating, lots of packaged coffee for home, and cute, modern decor. I ordered an iced brown sugar and cinnamon latte made with oat milk and fell in love. The latte was served in a small mason jar, because what else would you drink tasty oat milk lattes from?? If I lived closer, I'd be in here daily.
