Nice run of the mill starbuck. Cashier let me try the nitro coffee before I purchased it. I never had it before and wanted to try something new. Less bitter than any of the other coffee from Starbucks. I ordered it with sweet cream in it. Yum!!! Wow. Just wow. I am in shock of the amount of times this Starbucks has disappointed me. It's like a cheating ex that keeps telling me he will change and then never does, except worse because I spent my hard earned cash on this "establishment". I am a Starbucks fan, but after today I will never be returning. Almost every time I come here, the service is worse than my first boyfriend! And trust me, that is saying something. I have spent so much of my precious life merely waiting here, at this very Starbucks. And for what? An expensive drink I could have received at a Dunkin? I expect better Starbucks. This starbucks left me with a very bad experience. I did have a few different mobile orders, but they didnt have chai when I ordered that, they made my other drink hot instead of iced, and since they did not have chai I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to waiting. If you want your coffee hot don't come here. It takes 30 minutes for them to complete a mobile doordash order, so possibly 20 extra minutes of waiting for the driver to get your doordash. Yeah this place is a joke. Get some more workers if you seriously expect people to want to come here. Honestly mobile orders should be a priority for one working person on the shift like the other successful online delivery services. Fix your time management because people need coffee for a reason. read more

I ordered an iced white mocha with brown sugar cold foam, extra ice, and added extra caramel drizzle. It was absolutely disgusting. When I want a treat and something sweet, this is my order. They added absolutely no white mocha at all, the cold foam had the subtlest amount of brown sugar, and there was a single line of caramel on top of the thin layer of cold foam. There was also such a little amount of ice, one would've thought I ordered lite ice. I, too, am a barista, and so I understand the difficulty in making everything perfect during a rush. However there was no one there when I picked up my mobile order, and to make a drink that bad you genuinely have to try because no one is stupid enough to do the exact opposite of everything I ordered. It is so frustrating because I spent $9 on a drink that I threw out because of how horrendous it tasted. If you are in the area go to the Starbucks in Limerick, not here. They have no idea how to make drinks correctly and can clearly not even read. read more

I order a basic white mocha every time from any Starbucks. It's been years so I know what it should taste and look like. This Starbucks manages to mess up this drink almost every other time. It's come to the point that I will drive to any other nearby Starbucks if possible. The other thing that I don't understand is why they take so long. The lines at other Starbucks are longer but they all manage to breeze through, not this Starbucks. Even if there's only four cars in front of me, I know it'll be at least a ten minute wait. I am a loyal and frequent client of Starbucks and have been for years, I travel often throughout PA, Northern NJ and NYC. Often I have business in the 422 corridor. Folks - this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. - Clueless staff and plain stupid - Incorrect orders constantly after explaining a basic black coffee - Wrong lids placed on beverages - ALWAYS long lines when the place is dead, I have seen higher volume stores pump out so fast. - Once waited 30 minutes for a mobile order, basic stuff - Staff looks like they are on drugs and unmotivated - never make eye contact and nasty always, arrogant and miserable as well. Like you are doing them a favor - Worst designed drive-thru ever and parking lot configuration - bank set up and people have no clue how to drive in it. I once contacted the regional manager - Trina, she is as clueless as the staff, does not respond or care. Folks - stay away from this mess, the one in Limerick is just as bad - same regional manager, stay away! Called corporate several times and requested refunds and made complaints. I'm so disappointed with this Starbucks. While the employee at the drive through window was kind & friendly, we feel cheated spending $11 for two grande caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino's with very little caramel. We didn't detect caramel at all & the drink was mostly ice milk. I don't think I'd return to this location. It's disappointing spending that amount of money for two sub par drinks. Experiences like this remind me why I should save money & just make my own coffee drinks at home. read more

Imagine my surprise when I, the jerk rolling up to a Starbucks that closes at 7:00 at 6:55, am greeted by the kindest, least frustrated barista i've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I know that I would be peeved about someone coming in so late, but not her, she was fantastic. Placed a mobile order at 5:00am and arrived at 5:07am to a completely closed store -- dark and locked. The store should open at 5am, and I would assume that staff would arrive prior to 5 to get things open and ready. I don't ask for much from a Starbucks, really, but there's nothing sadder than being up all early and hoping for a latte to save it and then striking out. I called Starbucks Customer Care and got my money back and was pleased with their service. Nonetheless, a new store like this one should be looking to be on top of the game every day. read more

They always have a new staff who are clueless, last time our order was wrong. Went back again & the car in-front of us got the wrong order so we had to wait as we watched them remake it. Then we pull up to the window and our order is wrong as well and staff tried to tell us it was right and we test tasted what they told us was a nitro cold brew and they lied. No service. I paid and waited for my drink and gave up and left. People that ordered after me got their drinks. 6 drinks that should have been after mine were made and served. i asked where mine was after 4 drinks but they just said it is coming thru and kept making someone else's drink. When i went into the store to order there were no-one in the line. I ordered my drink and went to the waiting section. While i was waiting, A girl and father/daughter came in they ordered and got their drinks and left. Then a mom/daughter came in and ordered their drink and when they got their 4th drink (6 in total) and staff still told me to wait and kept making their drinks. At that point, it was not worth it. $5 wasted. I have been here 10+ times using drive thru without any issues other than one time i ordered Pike Place and got huge coffee grounds (french press ground size). Not sure where they came from since i don't think starbucks uses that ground size. (maybe cold brew?) This was first time i actually walked in the store. I will not be coming back to this store. Too bad because i live 2 blocks away and pretty much pass this location all the time. Not to mention i also belong to the credit union next door. read more

I drove up few days ago, along with other people waiting in line and then proceeded to window they had tiny sign stating they were closed which is completely fine and understandable, however it was so small and i wasnt the only one who missed the sign there were a bunch of other people in line who thought they were open as well. My problem was the people working in there the lady opened the window and rudely says did you not see the sign were closed. Bad customer service! Sorry i did not see your tiny little scribble sign. I placed an order ahead yesterday, and instead of stopping to ppl I it up on my way to an appt I passed right by the exit. By the time I i realized I just bought a venti green tea without getting it, I called the store, told them what had happened and asked if they could just keep it in the fridge until I was back later that night, but the manager on staff was kind enough to tell his staff that I'd be returning and to remake my drink for me when I got there. I don't know what it is with this Starbucks but there is always a line of at least 7 cars in the drive through. Many cars leave. Since I did a mobile order, these orders can't be cancelled. So I waited well over 15 minutes to get my very basic order. One time, they made the wrong drink; I could tell by the color. This is a new starbucks; I hope it gets better. read more

I always order thru the app and I give them plenty of time to prepare. Half the time the order is not ready at 7 a.m. Today I received the wrong breakfast sandwich; what I ordered was expensive. Customer Service refunded my order; which was great. This location is hit or miss on wait time and correctness of the order. The other Starbucks in the area are much better but unfortunately, they are not close to where I live. read more

Lines are way too long for a drive thru especially for the prices you charge you should be able to handle the volume.

I'm a regular at this location and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are always made the way I like them and I'm never waiting long - even if there's a few cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. When I come in with my daughter (who's 4) they acknowledge her and treat her with the same respect they treat me, and as a parent that means the world to me. read more

This is a good Starbucks and a great location. I always have good service and friendly employees. To the other reviewers complaining about the lines being too long and making mobile orders, you know you can get out of your car and go inside to get your drink right? Yeah this place is busy sometimes, as is any place. Also, accidentally got an iced latte instead of hot and they remade it on the spot and let me keep the iced latte. I have been coming to this (relatively new) location for a few months and it it it is extremely hit or miss but I definitely want to say more of a miss. I wanted to write a review a while ago, but decided to wait until I had a little bit more of an experience here to share. The bottom line - this is not the typical Starbucks that functions like a well oiled machine, and maybe that could be attributed to it being a newer location. It is a rare occasion my order is given to me correctly (I always check before I leave) in the drive-through wait times are consistently extremely long. Prepare to wait here at least a good 8 to 12 minutes. It is the most convenient location to our house so I continue to suffer through; I am hoping things will change over time! read more
