Our friend left her purse, outside on a chair where we had enjoyed our coffee and pastries. We called 2 hours later and Hope verified she had the purse and it would be waiting for pickup the following day. Things like this typically do not turn out well. I ordered a venti Mango Dream refresher on 8/5/2026 at 12:00 pm. The girl in the drive-thru made my drink wrong TWICE. The taller cup is HER version of the Mango Dream. The smaller cup is the way it's supposed to look, from another Starbucks. The lady from Salisbury Starbucks made it even WORSE the second time. This is my favorite drink, so I know how it should look and taste. After being on the road a few hours this Starbucks was a welcome sight. I am a self admitted Starbucks junkie and caffeine aficionado. Not sure why, but the drive-thru was blocked by a service van. The lot is pretty compact and challenging to maneuver. However, I found it clean. They also have a nice patio in front that was tidy. The store is a smaller floor plan, but after walking in I could see like others they pack in a lot of merchandise. Seating it limited and they were busy. I first utilized the single unisex restroom which was clean and had proper supplies. I then stepped in line with my daughter to order drinks. I got a Ultra Caramel Frappuccino and my daughter a fruity drink of some type, I forget. The female staff was meh. The payment through the app processed with no issue. The drinks came out timely and we decided to sit once a table became available. We agreed the drinks were tasty. The dining room was overall neat in appearance with some minor debris on the floor. I had recently went to this Starbucks to get a Frappuccino and a coffee with my boyfriend. We had arrived later in the night and, apparently, as the employee had said that they were understaffed so that's why they're taking so long. Once we had arrived to the window the employee had handed my boyfriend our drinks while telling him to not have too much fun tonight and went on about how there is no one working. We're at this location and we're from out of town. We stayed in Salisbury because we worked the festival in ocean city. We've never been here before and are headed back to the airport in Philly and decided to stop for some coffees because why not and because we're Starbucks lovers! Christien specifically had a passive aggressive attitude with us for no obvious reason and our entire experience at this location was tainted because of it. Three out of four mobile orders picked up at the Drive-Thru incorrect. Very frustrating! I am in town temporarily fixing up my home for sale; it's empty so I have no way to prepare meals. So I have ordered breakfast from this Starbucks the last four days.....mobile order picked up at the drive-thru. Only one has been fulfilled satisfactorily. The mistakes: - no cream in my Americano (ordered w/extra half & half, it was black) - bakery item left out (coffee cake) - ordered bacon & gruyere egg bites but received ham, peppers & cheddar - stale scone The only reason they get two stars versus one is because they are friendly, the food is ready when I arrive, they make the americano well. Unfortunately the mobile app doesn't provide a method to offer feedback on the accuracy of your order. Domino's pizza app requests feedback and calls you immediately if something is wrong to make it better. I came in today first time. They are just lovely. The cashier was new she wrong up my order incorrectly and they then made it wrong. Easy order simple mistake. However, they fixed it and gave me my monies back for the difference. While it was their mistake they were nothing but gracious about it. I had just had a terrible thing happen prior to my walking in so I am thanking them for being so kind and just plain old nice. I go to this Starbucks every once in a while. Just moved here from the west coast where I got Starbucks for my daughter and I every morning. It was our happy routine. I always place a mobile order and then go through the drive thru. Never ever been a problem. Even confirmed with my friends who work at other Starbucks locations. I placed my mobile order then arrived at Starbucks to go through the drive thru. No customers were inside. No one was in the drive thru. 10:39am. I say I had a mobile order and then the woman working proceeds to lecture me about how it always take 15 mins and to not do this ever again. I said ok and she said it's ready but it always takes 10-15 mins so wait next time. I didn't reply and pulled up to the window. I had my 3 yo daughter in the car mind you. The woman hands me my drinks and cake pop and basically whispers to have a nice day. I nod my head and start pulling away and she leans out and yells "Arrogant b!tch!" And her and her co workers start laughing. I couldn't even believe it. Disgusting. After reading the reviews here I see that's pretty normal for this garbage hole. I called corporate and let them know already and spoke with the district manager. Really disturbing that someone would act like that over literally nothing. read more

I placed a mobile order. When I got there I stood and waited by the mobile order pickup for about 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged my existence. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were going to place my order in the window and call my name when it was ready. I watched people pick up orders that placed them after I got there. They gave him the wrong drink (but got his name right at least!) and when he told them it was wrong, the barista took it, dumped it, and took another customer before making him the correct drink. I was greeted by a friendly server in the window this morning and ordered egg white bites, it took some time but that's okay if it's fresh. I was giving my bag and while traveling down the road notice two oatmeal containers, well I had to take a u turn because in my mind I was given someone's order and with all that's going on, i didn't want to touch it. First of all when someone comes in your location they should be greeted or at least told someone will be right with you. Secondly I had to get someone's attention to be assisted only to finally be told they ran out of bags for the egg whites so they put them in oatmeal containers. Never had a problem with my orders, I order more often than I dare admit. I can't have dairy and they have never messed up my order by mistakenly putting any kind of cow milk in my drinks. The Salisbury Starbucks has the nicest staff around. In college, I treated myself for waking up for my 8 am Monday morning class with a trip to this Starbucks. The FRIENDLIEST staff around! Sure, it wasn't always the fastest cup of coffee around but drinks are always made with a smile. Even the time I got stuck in the drive-thru without realizing I forgot my wallet at home, the barista recognized me and still satisfied my caffeine fix on the house. My only gripe is getting in and out of this particular location. Holy shit, it's a death trap trying to get in without getting rear-ended or broadsided by some idiot trying to get to the bypass. Very neat & clean establishment. Always friendly staff. I usually do the drive thru, but I had to get more than the normal fare. I had various questions about different blends and acidity levels and whatnot, and the baristas were very helpful and knew their business. A pleasant surprise. I was extremely satisfied with the experience. It's still a bit pricey. I can hardly afford to go everyday, but I consider it a treat when I do and I'm never disappointed. read more

Coffee is good, but they're getting slower by the day. Three days ago I waited 25 minutes to pick up my mobile order, and I was only the 5th car in line when I arrived. Another visit recently I placed a mobile order and the app told me it was an 8-11 minute wait. Great, I live 10 minutes away. I arrive and the line is out to the highway, the lobby is closed for an unknown reason, and the line only moved one car in 10 minutes. Ended up leaving without my drink as I had to get to work. Going in to pick up mobile orders is also useless as they no longer place it out on the counter and half the time they ignore your existence for several minutes before you can finally get their attention. I drink starbucks every day, this is not my local starbucks and I am glad, I am an avid Chai drinker and ordered my usual drink - made a comment about how I was glad to get some caffeine in me, then they corrected me and told me Chai did not contain any caffeine - I corrected them and then the cashier pulls the barista over - who also corrects me -I dont mind being corrected when i am wrong - but THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT - CHAI HAS MORE CAFFIENE THAN COFFEE/ESPRESSO - they need to be better educated and not argue with customers - and then they should make the drink correctly as well. read more

Unfortunately, there's not many Starbucks to choose from in our area but if you can avoid this one, do it. They have poor customer service skills most likely due to not enough employees on deck to handle all their patrons and they aren't always on task when they make your drink as I've had mine made wrong few times too many. Furthermore, I've had my drink made wrong at Georgetown's brand new Starbucks and not only are they very apologetic but they always give me a card with $4.00 off my next purchase and when you go daily, this means a lot! If only when I'm at Salisbury's location, they would treat customers the same way!!! Went to this store and was met by a friendly smile and welcome. Service at its best!!!!! My waitress was nothing but the best. She gave me service with a smile and the drink was quick and great as always. Thanks for a great experience. My cashier had red hair not sure of her name but treated me with the respect and a smile. Drinks are not consistent. My usual frappuccino sometimes has a bit of ice, sometimes more milky like a milkshake. Service is pretty slow inside, drive thru is much faster. Seating area needs more regular cleanings. Last time I went all the trash cans were literally piled a foot higher than the can...a women tried to add something to the pile and stuff fell off on the floor. read more
