This store deserves five stars for the management alone. They make it a great atmosphere, of course no one wants to be at work but you can tell the baristas atleast make their job fun. It's nice to see a place that doesn't make their employees miserable. read more

I just ordered a pumpkin cold foam cold brew and what I got is not that. It was so sweet I could not drink it. This is not what I ordered. The only reason I get this coffee in the fall is because it is not sweet. I feel like I'm eating pumpkin pie with tons of whip cream. Not what I wanted. read more

Service is always outstanding, food is fresh and mom gets her fancy restreto cappuccino done just the way she likes it. Mr James & the team customer service is always above and beyond. I am not a person who frequents coffee shops. Today, we stopped at this Starbucks to buy a mug for my twins who collect them. James helped me pick out a drink. His sense of humor was spectacular, and I appreciated him immensely. After we received our orders, we sat down and chatted. As we were getting ready to leave, Alice called us over and gifted us three waters for our trip. That was so thoughtful. She knew we were visiting from out of town and traveling to sight see. What great customer service experience! The place is spotless, and the vibes are great. I will come back again when I am in Texas. read more

It's usually pleasan, however today I had a rude young girl. Apparently, she could not hear my order through the drive through because of her laughing with someone in the back ground. Then I go pay and ask for a pup cup and she rolls her eyes and is mouthing something. Wish I had gotten her name. If I see her again I will definitely get her name and report her to management! Absolutely the best Starbucks I have ever been to the staff is great management is great. They are so friendly. I have never had an issue the moment I come through and I say hi they already know my order. They are hands-down the best store I recommend the store to everybody. The food is delicious The drinks are amazing The store is always clean and very relaxing and I look forward to stopping by almost every day and seeing how their day is going! Brand new Starbucks and I love it! Opened February 20, 2024. I was there a little before 5a. They opened on time and ready to go. It has all the accommodations as any other Starbucks. The staff was friendly, and the customer service is great. It's right of TX 199 in Springtown. Glad it opened here. I definitely will be returning. read more

We go to Starbucks and get a very short cup with a double shot and have it filled with breve. Most Starbucks charge $4.93. This Starbucks tried to charge us $7.85. Wake up Starbucks, you're losing customers because you're over pricing and your clerks have no idea what they're doing. read more

This Starbucks is a fantastic addition to Springtown. The store, and most importantly the restrooms, are spotless. The employees are professional, friendly, and efficient. The store has a nice setup for remote professionals or students who would like to access the free wifi. The tables are big enough to place a laptop for working, and still have room for your coffee and breakfast. The benches and chairs are comfortable and just the right height to work comfortably for several hours. The barista, Christi, was helpful and friendly which I appreciated very much! read more

This was absolutely my worst experience ever at any Starbucks I've ever had. It was 26 mintues from the time I ordered my drinks before they were ready. 17 mintues past my pickup time as I ordered on the app. I walked into the store at 5:12 and was not greeted or even acknowledged until 5:29 even though we were the only ones at the counter. The young lady Atticus was what I was told her name was , was on her phone . Morgan finally finished my order. I was appaled at not only how blatantly rude it was to the other customers but even to the camera repair guy who was there when he was finished , he tried getting their attention and was waved off a couple times. Yes there were customers in store waiting on drinks but they seemed not to care to be making drinks in a timely order. I know people were sitting down and full into conversations when I walked in and didn't get their drinks until as I was just about to walk out. Had I knew how to cancel a order , I would of more than gladly done it. I had came into the store so I could order more with cash , but didnt even try once i was greeted , I just took my current moblie order. I will not be returning to this location again. I would and did drive to azle after this to place another order. read more
