I use to work at an icecream shop in san Francisco and so I know alittle bit for what to look for. Now, this place got it right and I am almost tempted to ask them what they are making their cookies out of! Rich yet perfectly crispy and holds its structure while breaking apart all in slo-mo. That first bite you take explains it all as it swirls inside of my mouth with my favor strawberry cheesecake! The desert complements the home-like vibes and though the treat is cold, the environment warms you up! And I love that. During this time of pandemic, everything is locked up which can be suffocating! I know... I'm one of them.. hahaha but this place keeps their distance as do their tables and customers from what I saw! Overall, I love the place and a fitting end to my trip in texas!
