This location does get busy, so just something to keep in mind when stopping by. I was looking for a study spot while I was back home for the break and my friend suggested this Starbucks because it's pretty spacious. There are plenty of seating and outlets. They got 2 long tables down the middle of the store and the tables have their own charging ports! This is also one of the few Starbucks that I have been to that is pretty clean. The bathroom was in great condition. From what my friend told me, this Starbucks doesn't get too crowded so it is a great study spot. Most of the people are to go orders. The staff is friendly and I had no problems with my order. I asked the cashier which tea she recommends because I was debating between two flavors, she suggested the Iced Blueberry Black Tea Lemonade. That I highly recommend! This location drives me crazy. My first complaint goes back to winter, they (including the manager) refused to make a latte with the toasted marshmallow syrup because the way it would count on their inventory. My next complaint is over and over recently. They can not keep oat milk in stock. Seems like the manager who does inventorying and ordering needs to be retrained. I called this morning to verify whether they had it and drove all the wat across town to be told they actually do not. Not only is there a Starbucks in St. Cloud but there's a B I G Starbucks in St. Cloud. This area was certainly missing a Starbucks and now they have a genuinely nice one to show off. This shop is organized, clean, spacious and has an inviting and welcoming atmosphere to it. All of the baristas were friendly and helpful! My drink was made just the way I like it. YAY! Also, the location is perfect - on the corner and across the street from Walmart. It doesn't get any more convenient than that. I really do enjoy coming to this Starbucks, it's always clean the multitude of times I have come, and the workers are always so nice and patient! Have never had a problem in regards to my drink orders but they do run out of some of the cake pops I like :(. I never have waited very long in line nor had to wait for my drink order to be made so that's always a plus on my end! Haven't ordered from the drive-thru so not really sure how fast they are there. My only complaint is that they are not 24hrs. The majority of the time I spend here is for writing papers & studying and so I wish I didn't have to leave @ 10pm! I should just change my location to the one on W Vine but I've become too comfortable at this location, bleh. read more

The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because Starbucks has been giving not just me but other customers headaches for the past couple months about their low inventory (hence no drink of your choice unless your lucky and they have what they need to make it). However , this location is close to my house so I always give them a try before going anywhere else. In that time I've met quite a few people that work there who are great at their job. Drinks always taste amazing , and the customer service is great too. They had a few people working in the past who weren't nice at all but I guess they got the boot ! I've made a few friends there and they always know what I want when I go to order LOL . This will always be my go to location. Just want to throw out there , to be kind to the baristas and cashiers. Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere you go. They sell coffee and all sorts of creative drinks where you can add coffee. Also, smoothies, frappuccinos, teas (iced or hot), pastries, sandwiches and some other healthy and non-healthy snacks. This Starbucks is barely a week old, so the employees are sometimes kind of "lost" or lacking certain products. However, you will always get the friendly service and inviting ambiance. This Starbucks was very much needed in this area since St. Cloud's coffee places are mostly diners or Fast-Food places. It also has a Drive-Thru, which is an awesome trait, specially considering I work in this area and I'm mostly in a rush. It's not a huge store, however, it's not small area and it's located right in the center of St. Cloud. read more

Ah, there's nothing like an iced grande triple espresso macchiato to start the day. I grabbed a toasted bagel with cream cheese to accompany it as we started our day of errands in the area. The staff was friendly and my order was prepared within moments of me ordering it. I can always rely on my reliable green mermaid to serve me my dosage of caffeine in the most suitable way. I asked for a cup of water on the side since I knew I was going to be on the road for a while. Everything came out perfect and the line wasn't dreadful in any way. They even opted to not charge me for the extra shot even though it's what I wanted. She even opted to remake it if it was too strong though I assured her this what is what I wanted. I was tempted to go with the iced matcha latte but I followed my gut instinct and it went well. I'm glad they were super friendly and I look forward to returning while in the area read more

This Starbucks ALWAYS messes up my order whenever I am here. Usually my boyfriend and I attend church nearby this location on Sundays and then grab some coffee after the 10AM mass ends. We order simple items like a vanilla iced coffee with 2% milk and extra pumps of vanilla. I am positive that the Starbucks baristas have had more complicated orders than this before. There have been multiple times that I have received my coffee with a drop of milk, which I can tell because the coffee is super dark and bitter. I have had to go back inside this location to ask for adjustments to my coffee before, which is quite inconvenient when I am trying to get somewhere. I am used to Starbucks baristas being friendly and willing to fix my coffee if it is not perfect. That is their motto, so there should not be a problem. It seems that at this location, when I ask the baristas to fix my coffee, they are annoyed. The drive-thru line goes by extremely slow...the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I'm not sure if they are lacking staff or some baristas are new, but if you're in a hurry, do not get coffee here! Or maybe try going inside and order rather than going to the drive-thru. read more

I work near this Starbucks and have no car so like to be able to run over right quick and order coffee or buy whole bean coffee to take home but 9 times out of 10 never get to because the front doors are constantly locked!!! And since I don't have a car can't go walk in thru the DRIVETHRU so needless to say I've given up even trying to order from here.. Although there isn't a huge seating area there's enough room to drink coffee, act fancy and pretend to work on your computer. The coffee was good because it's always good. That's coming from a non coffee drinker, I can only have Starbucks because i order sweet stuff and doesn't taste like coffee! Either way I'm glad to see that our little town is expanding a bit. I visit a Starbucks pretty much every day and this morning I came to the location on 13th street and was helped by Leyssy. Apparently my app didn't process my mobile order although it charged my Starbucks card. She was on it in a second! 136/100 in 2016 challenge Let me start out by saying I never thought I would be a Starbucks fan. Now that one has opened in my area, I think I need to get a second job to pay for my new addiction! I have been here to this location several times now. This location shares a brand new building with a Tijuana flats. It is located in a shopping center with a Planet fitness, Aldi, Staples and a Dunkin donuts. The Dunkin' is about to have a problem. They have a mixture of new employees and seasoned vets from other locations. All the staff here are very polite and eager to please. Since it is a brand new store it looks great and is extremely clean. Bathrooms were clean. I have enjoyed the blonde roast blend as my hot coffee pick and it was perfect. (just the right amount of caffeine in the morning). I then on my next visit, moved onto the ice caramel frappuccino something, something that was amazing! I know most people have a preference with Dunkin and Starbucks as I thought I did, but that might be a changin'. I will be back and probably looking for a job there. read more

This is the most recent Frappuccino I have tried. I have tried the unicorn frappe and the double chocolaty chip frappe and I must say, this one is just as good in its own way. Although it doesn't exactly taste like zombie brains (lol), it still tastes pretty good. It has kind of a maple flavor with a chestnut feel to it. Every time I come to the Starbucks I have a 20 minute wait because one person takes the order and decides to go in the back and look to see if they have of the inventory why don't you guys have a an amount of your inventory in front so that way you don't have to keep going to the back and taking an extra five minutes and having people wait when they have to go back to work. Very excited to have a location in St. Cloud!! I am a HUGE Starbucks lover! I would've loved to give this a five but I felt the drinks were slightly lacking in flavor. I ordered a Carmel waffle cone frappuccino and the whipped cream was a little deflated but not a big deal. The major thing for me was the lack of flavor it just seemed a little watered down. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. I am remaining confident that the drinks will get better with time. I will definitely be back.
