When she was done she was sorting out coffee cups. She was about to attend to us & the phone rang and she answered then proceeded to take the order. This took 20 minutes by the time the order was made, and the information on the credit card was given. They had to do it again because the card declined. My suggestion to this restaurant is to get more help or attend to the customers that have been waiting before you take an order on the phone. So essentially the person on the phone just skipped me. Not a good way to run a establishment. This is the only reason why I gave a 3 star review and I don't recommend the coffee. It's not craft coffee. It's your typical pot of coffee style but if you don't mind it then you're good.
