My husband and I visited today. We were greeted by 2 friendly staff members. Enjoyed an Americano and a dirty Horchata. Service was fast too.

Simply the best espresso in the state of Florida!!! Don't look any further! This cosy coffee house has it all: the best quality of the coffee, ideal roasting, great service and excellent presentation of the drinks with a lovely choice of tasty pastries! I highly recommend!

A latte and a cheese danish

absolutely delicious! I love local coffee shops and I'm glad we have one. Their coffee is really good (if you actually enjoy coffee) I always get the cheese danish and it never disappoints

Love everything about it. I absolutely love small homelike, coffee shops. We have tried iced, hot coffees and some pastries too. Great place to sit and catch up with friends.

I was in town and spent some time doing work at Alkimia. It was a cute and quaint coffee shop! The ham and cheese pastry was good but a little dry on the outside. The cold brew was delicious and great quality coffee! The owner was very nice and we had a little banter. If you are in Ocala definitely give them a try!

Super cute coffee shop, very welcoming and clean. The Coffee was delicious, we ended up trying the Ice Latte with 2 pumps of Caramel that was really good. We also tried the French Vanilla Macchiato presentation was really cute and the flavor was on point. Highly recommend this little shop, service was fast and like I said super friendly.

Caramel Mocha Frappuccino - I don't know how it isn't too sweet, but it isn't. And then there is that coffee infused whipped cream. Perfection! Vanilla latte - smooth, strong, and just sweet enough Apple fritter - my favorite pastry. The dough was soft and tender with plenty of apples, but with that crunchy exterior and then generously glazed. 10/10

    Blueberry muffin and iced americano!

Great little spot ! We were just stopping through on our road trip today. It was out of the way for us but the reviews were good so I'm like let's try it ... worth it! I was nervous walking in at first with a toddler because as a toddler mom you worry if your child will be accepted into a smaller space because they're just loud and active and they're own person no matter what... the owners welcomed him and came up to talk to him and walked us out. So nice ! My son loved sitting with me and eating his blueberry muffin !! It was SO good. I barely got to eat any he loved it so much. Got the americano with cream and sugar and it's so good. I love traveling to local owned shops over corporate fast food types. Much better experience and memory. We'll be back on our next drive again!

Cozy, tucked away coffee shop with a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. They have a good selection of coffee with various milks as well. Prices are fair. Staff is very friendly. The actual coffee is high quality. The latte is not too sweet. They also have some bakery items which I didn't try. I'd definitely come back if in the area.

Interior. Lots of seating for a small place.

First to review and I'm not even mad. I think this is the most thorough review I've ever written in my life. But it's worth it for this! I was on my way to Dunkin or something wishing that I had a local coffee shop to go to like I always do. Suddenly, something possessed me to just check again and MAN am I glad I did. Alkimia was a blessing I didn't know was coming. They just opened a week ago. Coffee: I'm picky about it having lived in New York and California and drinking some of the best coffee those areas have to offer. This is on par with those places. You can tell the quality of the beans are on point. No unnecessary bitterness. Just good coffee, period. They're a roaster as well, so I'm not surprised. Food: They had a variety of desserts and treats. Got a chocolate muffin. It looked a little dry at first, but got better and more tender as I kept going. It wasn't overly sweet. Just the right amount for a morning coffee run. Atmosphere: part of the reason I love coffee shops so much is because there are so few places where you can get a nice experience and hang out for under $10. This place was clean, relaxing, and quiet for the working hours. It's small, but shockingly spacious. I'd love to see what it's like when it's busy. If you live in Marion Oaks, you legit don't even have to use up gas. Take a walk over here with the family, get a coffee and a treat for the kids, and support this new local business. Any new place has it's kinks to work out, but so far? Alkimia has made a great first impression on me.

Amazing coffee nook, with fresh baked goods. I had the cheese danish, blue berry muffin, and a cortado.

The Staff at this Starbucks on College Road and 46th are the nicest staff I have ever encountered, and they get my order right every time. I cannot say enough good things about this store, and I felt it was about time I said so. The store is always clean if you want to go in. I usually drive through and yes there are long lines at times, but they move the line very well. This Starbucks gets a 5 start rating from me and if I could give them more I would.

I hate to give it a 2. They really are just overwhelmed at this location. We went there 3 times…read moreduring our stay. The first time we did the drive through line and waited a long time to get up to the window and order (maybe 20 minutes or more?). The second time we tried drive through - the line was obstructing traffic and wasn't moving at all. We had to give up. There was no parking to go inside to order. The 3rd time - the line was just as bad but I was able to find parking. We went in and ordered. Again the wait was at least 20 or 30 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. They had 7 people working behind the counter, but the volume is just higher than they can handle, at least in a timely fashion. On the plus side though - the food was correct as were our drinks and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Under so much pressure and orders, they were still smiling and doing a good job. I give the staff 5 stars! We were visiting from out of town and we frequent busy Starbucks near home regularly. This one just has a lot of volume for the drive through capacity and limited parking for the overflow. I would try again if I was in the area, depending on the lines.

I've never been and I've heard lot' of nice thing's. I had no idea that it was drive through only so definitely take this into consideration when stopping by if looking for anything more. I did in fact get out of my car and asked some questions, there was a girl outside working taking orders who kindly helped me. She was extremely helpful and courteous. I asked a few questions about the menu and she explained everything being so sweet and understanding. They have a quite a bit a variety of different kinds of coffees, signature creations that seemed absolutely delicious from caffe dolce, caffe dolce freezer, cookies and cream freezer, iced dolce latte, iced Milan mint mocha, Milan mint mocha freezer, Sicilian smoothie, Tuscany toffee, Tuscany toffee freezer and Venetian vanilla! Then there are of course your fruit smoothies, refreshers and lemonades, iced and hot coffees, Ellianos Edged ices in all the flavors, Red Bull Rushes in different flavors, shakes and WOW isn't that quite a variety !!! All of these drinks are made fresh at Ellianos by Ellianos! I ordered a simple large iced coffee which they informed me was a dark roast and I did ask for lot's of ice so it would last me at the park. I must tell you this it did! The coffee tasted fresh and delicious and for some reason the ice even lasted in this Florida heat, my coffee wasn't even watered down not one bit and this too impressed me. They do have food at Ellianos that they don't make on the premises but it does look delicious. Some of the items are apple fritters, bagels, muffins, brownies, cake pops in various flavors, chicken salad, chips, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich, snickerdoodle cookies, white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, Turkey bacon ranch lunch sandwich, grit breakfast bowl, ham and cheese lunch sandwich and a bit more! There is a kids menu as well. What really appeals to me at Ellianos is that they are accommodating and really seem to care about their customers. To be honest even though I had a simple iced coffee this coffee was one of the best coffees I have had out in a long while. Definitely worth dropping in and I honestly bet that the fancy coffees and drinks must be pretty fabulous. Next time soon I shall see!
