Her associate let me know that the Cadbury cookie was the best. So I ordered one of those as well! Everything was fresh and delicious and I really loved it and I look forward to coming back!! There were lots of available seating this morning. Even the neighbors who were also having their morning treat were so delightful to meet. Such a kind hearted group. We stopped in for coffee on a Sunday morning. Cappuccino for me, latte for La Portena. If I had to guess, they used a darker roast than I would have preferred. I also had a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll. The roll and sausage were excellent. Still I think the winning move here might be a pastry from Nick and Sons in the next door space with your Booskerdoo coffee. Service was fast and friendly, but the market needs more customers and the vibe was lacking. read more

I was passing through the area and I wanted a coffee and I've heard about this company and I've never been near one. Luckily found the last street parking spot right out front. This is located inside of a market that I felt like had more space than it did products. They had a fall special menu, but then they also had a separate menu with other limited flavors. I opted for the butterscotch iced, which was okay. Underwhelmed by the cold foam, which I was intrigued by, but it just was more of a whipped cream consistency. I asked for a straw and was told they didn't have any, which I've never come across yet at any coffee shop- I visit new coffee shops every week. The guy who may make coffee was very nice. I probably would try a different location, as it would be more convenient for me and a little closer and would definitely try a different flavor next time. read more

Great coffee found inside Sickles Market. Excellent and freshly ground beans for a perfect pour-over, any espresso drink, and tea, too. If you're hungry, they carry baked goods, as well. The baristas made us an Eastern pour over and pulled a cold brew with a hint of sugar free vanilla with a splash of oat milk. Plenty of tables for you to sit down and enjoy. They have easy listening music playing above so you can listen and also carry a normal indoor voice conversation. Stopped by here while in the area. It's a really cute space and they open the windows which gives it that summer chill vibes~ I saw that they had a rainbow cookie latte (seasonal) on the menu so I wanted to try it. The flavor was sweet and strong, and the coffee was a little more on the bitter side for me. Price point is average but not cheap. It was around $7 for the smallest size. Service was ok, not very friendly, just took my order. The cafe seating and vibes are nice. There's a parking lot but it was super full, I was only able to find 15 min parking. But you can park down the street at a meter if it fills up. read more

What a cute little coffee spot in RedBank right across from the Train station. It's located right in the Sickles market. I went there and worked on my laptop for a few hours to get out of the house and the atmosphere was so nice. There was a man with his huge dog that everyone seems to know. This new Bookserdoo location is inside of Sickles Market and I absolutely adore everything about it. I ordered an iced oat milk latte which was perfect and I love that they have the strawless cold lids. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. They have a wide array of baked goods, including vegan treats, as well as bags of coffee and mugs. The fact that it's inside the market is wonderful because the market itself has vendors including a cheese shop, deli, and wine. I've always loved their coffee and I'm so excited for this new location! read more

Perhaps the sad environment of sitting in the middle of the abandoned Sickles has infected the staff who were surly at best and strangely jealous of their oat milk. I had the Jersey Diner brew and if this is what passes for coffee in Jersey Diners it's no surprise there aren't many of them left. Too bad Wawa, just steps away, offers better brews at less expense. read more

I'll start by saying their dotti drink is fantastic. Must try. I showed up at 5:56 (right behind another customer) they close at 6. They customer orders and she starts making their coffees. After 4 minutes of me standing there, the girl says to me "we're closed". Mind you, she saw me standing there the whole time and waited until 6 to tell me. She was very abrasive and rude. walked into sickles just to pick up a few things and left with a delicious iced latte and some booskerdoo baked goods! the staff here was super knowledgeable of all their products and very nice answering any questions i had. the manager and everyone else working were so friendly. it was a very pleasant experience overall and i will definitely be making regular stops here! read more
