This Starbucks is generally OK if you're going inside. However, beware if you're going through the drive-thru. They're so inconsistent. They've gotten my order wrong a number of times. They often use non-fat milk instead of 2% (I presume because someone else ordered non-fat and they don't want to steam a new pitcher). Lately, a barista (or two) have been handing off cups that smell like their hand lotion which makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the coffee beverage. Of the three locations in Toledo, this one is the best. It has a drive through and has a bigger parking lot than the Reynolds location, so you don't have to worry too much about traffic jams. They are pretty fast at getting the drinks made in the drive through (and made correctly for that matter!). I don't have to worry about my drink being half foam when I come to this location. read more

I wanna give this location more stars but they are always slow. I mean this is a pretty popular location in a busy section of town, but they always have one register open. There is usually only one barista working, which is unbelievable. Most of the staff is friendly though. read more

Went one day.. First time going to any type of coffee shop (i dont drink it but my new hubby does)... Me and the guy working the drive thru couldnt stop laughing. Im trying to order an all black medium roast coffee.. And my brother wanted a mochachino (lol however its spelled)... Good coffee, but speed and consistency are lacking. Staff attentiveness has improved, and errors are down.

I have always gotten friendly service at this location. The drive thru line moves pretty quickly even though they get swamped sometimes because they are close to the university. The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is because there is not much seating inside. I would come here a lot more often if there was more space where I could sit and work. Today I went and it was full around noon so I got my drink and left, but if there was more seating I would have stayed an purchased more drinks and snacks. read more

Not to add to the mundane reviews about the long lines ( all be it completely true ) but for the love of God! 6:30pm on a Monday night and I waited 15 min for a coffee?! I only stopped because there was only 1 other person in line which made me think they had there A team working. No way I will be stuck behind one car already ordering for a stupid amount of time for one coffee...Not so much. The car in front of me got 1 coffee, not 8. My order was taken wrong but hey mistakes happen so the guy working the window attempted to relay the correction "half caff" to the barista. This took three attempts! Really? "Half caff" should not be all that difficult. I then sat at the Drive thru window and watched as the barista then made my coffee at the speed equivalent to that of a sloth. By the time I left there were a good 6 cars in line and that sloth barista did not feel any urgency. 2 stars because I like coffee! read more

Agree with all the other reviews about the slow service. Staff is usually friendly but they need a lot more employees for that location. Unfortunately if I am in that area that is my only choice if I want a Starbucks. It's not uncommon at all to wait 10 minutes in line at the drive through or walking in to the store for your drink. A lot of the staff is unfamiliar with the secret menu and it's hit/miss getting a barista to make a drink correctly off the secret menu. If they would add more baristas and train the staff better I would probably give them four stars read more

ok so I ordered a tea from here. I ordered the large peach tranquility tea (hot). when I went to drink it, first of all I burned my mouth very badly, not anyones fault but still, watch out! lmao secondly with all the burning hot tea, was also a bunch of loose leaf tea! the tea bag they put in there was broken or something + I just had a bunch of soggy fruit pieces + what not in my mouth. it was gross! also they didn't give me any instruction on how to take the teabag out or what to do with it. I make this tea all the time at teavanna (I work there) so I knew exactly how long it needed to steep so thankfully I was good there, but they didn't give me an extra cup or anything to put my teabag in or anything. I ordered this tea through the drive through so what am I supposed to do with this soggy teabag that's been soaking in boiling water? also I couldn't just leave it in my tea because it was ripped + leaking??? I honestly just threw the drink away. I wasn't going to fish all the loose pieces out- not worth it! read more

I had been a regular drive thru customer, but had not gone inside often. Counter service has never been as good. Today, I was left standing at the counter while more than a half dozen employees went about such business as restocking cups with zero acknowledgement of my presence. They did acknowledge the young woman to come stand in line behind me. A "Hello," "Someone will be with you in a moment," or even eye contact would have made this interaction go better. I will not be using their location ever again, and my patronage of other stores will decrease as well. Anyone who knows me knows I had been a loyal customer. It goes both ways. Like others the wait is not worth the investment. The coffee is okay in my opinion but not so good I will subject myself, like those idiots who wait for Michael Jordan shoes, to long lines and mediocre service just for a good cup of coffee. It seems like Starbucks employee doesn't know they should wash their hand after clearing out of trash before they make and hand out customers drink... There were three employee working when i got here and one of them was busy taking care of drive through customers. The other one was working on cash drawer. Last person was clearing out trash bins inside the store. In this occasion i think when you see customers waiting on their drinks after they received the order, employee on a cash drawer should start making customers drink first and then go back to what she was doing with cash drawer not just let customer waits for their drinks to be made from other employees. Anyways, person who was clearing out trash bin comes up and starts making customer's drink without washing hand and i was not pleased to see that. No matter whatever you did you should wash your hand first before you start making foods or drinks to customers. read more
