Unfortunately, I feel the Dirty Blonde Girl with Glasses working was extremely rude...Her demeanor was extremely condescending to both guests and her peers... it felt as though you were inconveniencing her. We go here because it's right around the corner. It's got good service maybe 25% of the time no matter how busy or not they are. But today, I went in on my way back from lunch. I waited 15 minutes for my drink and I was literally the only one inside. I did see the drive thru was busy. But they never have been efficient. One thing I did observe was them fudging their timers for each order. They cleared mine and I still waited another 5+ minutes for my drink. And I was the only one in there the entire time. This location has been my go to spot since it opened and now I live right around the corner of it. The people are friendly and quick, especially when their fully staffed. The only issues I ever had was during COVID and that wasn't just them, but every industry. Can't blame them for that. The quality and availability of food and drinks has always been pretty consistent. I don't tend to see the same faces all the times, but they are always super friendly. Maybe it's just my handsome face who knows ‍. But you can't go wrong with this one. FYI, if the drive thru is long. You can always get it quicker via mobile order or going inside. Aesthetics of the store is nice, that is why I gave them a star. The staff.... hmmmm, I don't know. I came here to redeem the free coffee for frontline workers... the person who was taking my order didn't even know what I was talking about. Then someone came to his rescue and took my order. She even scolded him and said "That is why you should read the memo"... she asked if I wanted some cream or milk. I asked for some oat milk then she charged me for it. Love Starbucks. Ordered my drink from my home. Yeah it's only a couple blocks away. Ordered at about 8:25. Got they were busy as usual. Checked in, waited, waited. Started to watch the stickers come out and they stick them to the counter. Then as I'm watching they are just picking them out of order. Soon everyone that was there when I got there was gone. A new batch of customers and in still watching them pick the ones they know first or regulars. Great place when going through the drive-thru. They are quick. It was when I went in to buy. They took awhile to help. There are three people near the registers but tended to the orders for drive-thru. A customer is a customer, no matter how they enter Starbucks. Worst drink ever. I ordered a Venti Cookie Crème Frappuccino, and it was honestly the worst drink I've ever gotten from Starbucks. First, my VENTI drink was about an inch and a half short of the rim of the cup. Second, the bottom 3rd of the cup was straight whipped cream. The worst starbucks in Tulare. I just wait 30 minutes to get a drink that was not even full. Waste of money and time.

80% of the time the Lobby is closed and the only way to grab something is to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru line only to be told they don't have half of the menu let alone half the cup sizes. I live only 4 minutes away from this Starbucks. I am now making a 15 minute drive across town to the other Starbucks just to avoid the bad service at this one. I get Starbucks about 3x a week I usually go to another one in town. I decided to go to this one today and my daughter and I walked in. We Stood for a bit before anyone asked to take our order which is ok I understand it's a busy morning. We order 2 smoked bacon breakfast sandwiches and 1 white mocha hot and the new Carmel latte. We sit down notice few ppl waiting after 10 min we receive our sandwiches and ask for our coffee the girl behind the counter said she's working on it I waited another 5 min notice every person coming in she's asking them their names and making their coffee. I send my daughter up to ask the 2nd time she gives us one coffee said she's working on it. As customers are coming in she's handing them their coffees. We finished our sandwiches and after a total of 25 min of wait I walk up and ask how long dose it take to make my hot white mocha it's been 25 mins we've been patiently waiting we ate our breakfast asked 3rd and it's still not done the girl making the coffee didn't respond another girl came up and said we're working on it because we make white mocha's in a big batch we're waiting on orders. I said it's been over 25 min at this point she smirked and asked do you still want it!! I replied yes I've been waiting for it and I paid for it I thought this was very unprofessional and unnecessary how they treated up I asked who the manager was and they said she's not there right now but Jamie will be in later I called and they told me she was not in today. I normally do mobile orders so I've been into the lobby a couple times, it is always clean and the staff is always friendly.
