when i got there the line was taking forever, i ordered a venti pink drink no ice and they gave me a pink drink very like color. usually supposed to be a brighter pink but it was very light and also ordered another drink and they got it wrong. they saw my reaction on my order then they just ignored it and just said "have a good day". read more

I quit going to Starbucks twenty years ago. I'm traveling thru. I order a ICED espresso medium. I asked for ice at the end. Supervisor said they always do. (Twenty years ago I'd have to convince them to do that). So....I'm handed a warm melted ice mud coffee instead. I bring warm espresso to supervisor. I hear young gen z employee complain. We decided to stop at Starbucks before heading to the park to kayak. They did not have my favorite drink unfortunately so the family ordered their drinks. My husband ordered his cookie crumble frap and said it was delicious. My in laws ordered drinks as well and they were made correctly. The line was not too long and they made the drinks really fast. It's been a while since my last visit to a Starbucks, and I was reminded why... got a short latte and it tasted exactly as I remembered it, burnt and bitter (at least they are consistent!). I visited this place because I stopped by the nearby Tesla supercharger during a loooooong road-trip and I needed my espresso fix. I have to say that it's actually better to abstain than having this bad coffee, I'll try to remember next time. The good thing about Starbucks is that it's ubiquitous, so at least you can get some espresso caffeine almost wherever you are. They use to be so fast you were in and out and they use to be super friendly. Now you are waiting 30 plus mins. to get one drink, and their drive-thur is not any faster. The drive-thur line stretches out way past the entrance of the drive-thur blocking passing cars that are trying to drive by. Some of the workers are just messing around while others are working and when you order they make you seem like you are a bother to them. No professional at all and doesn't make me want to go there anymore. There are a lot more other coffee shops in Twin that you can go to and they are fast and they are super friendly and seem to actually care. read more

Barista gave attitude about picking up a mobile order in the drive thru. She sighed heavily and then said we'd have to "pull around to the front" to pickup the mobile order. Decided to just order at the speaker and not mess with using the app rewards since it was clearly an inconvenience to the barista....and then the barista made the drink wrong by not putting the pumpkin sauce in the drink or the extra cold foam. Didn't want to go back for fear of the barista messing with the drink if I asked them to remake it. read more

This is my local go-to Starbucks. It is close to other businesses that I frequently go to and it is not far from my home. Inside, the store is clean and welcoming. I was not able to stay inside because dining was restricted for COVID. I usually go through the drive-thru. Even when there is a line, they move through rather quickly. Their customer service is great and they are very patient. My order is consistent and they always prepare it correctly. Even a chain restaurant can still provide that small town welcome. read more

I have a huge issue with this store. Today I went in and there were signs saying masks were required. I am not going to argue that point and I entered with a mask on out of respect for their requirement. As I was waiting in line, a lady came in and the employee behind the counter shouts out, "Mam, do you have a mask?" She replied, "No!" He then proceeds to tell her that he doesn't have an extra mask and she cannot come in without a mask. She turned around and left. Meanwhile there was a family of four that was sitting at a table. None of them had a mask on. There was another lady sitting at her computer that had her mask off and hanging from her ear. And another family of three entered into the door without masks. Betty Davis' voice was ringing in my ears. "What a dump." That line from the movie "The Enchanted Forest" would apply to this Starbuck's location during our visit yesterday. What a difference in the four months since our last stop. Garbage cans literally spilling trash onto floor and walkways, dirty tables, filthy floors and bathrooms in need of cleaning. If infrastructure maintenance is a management responsibility, it is not being met here. Not to mention tables and chairs and heavy, immoveable, umbrella bases on the exterior walkway blocking path of travel around the building which is a Federal law ADA violation. We might also add in the big 'oops' of the guy enjoying coffee while he read the paper inside with his dog. Unless canines are service dogs, and this was clearly was not, State food service rules prevent them from being inside eating places. I imagine the nice folks behind the counter, who seemed yesterday rudderless, absent a manager to take the lead didn't feel comfortable suggesting to him he follow the same rules as the couple sitting outside with their dog leashed while they had coffee and eats. If all Starbucks were run this way, the chain would be in trouble. read more

Superficially and at first glance the Starbucks employees at this location are really nice. As far as holding them to the Starbucks standard goes... they don't cut it. Recently moved here from the East Coast I am well-versed with Starbucks. Starbucks has pride themselves as a business with this policy that (and I am paraphrasing); "since you are paying nine dollars for a vanilla latte. If we screw it up, we will compensate and fix it readily and with a smile!" not with these guys here in Twin Falls! Consistently every single time I visit this location they miss something. Props for consistency but it would be better directed towards getting an order right and not worrying about other unnecessary, unprofessional issues. I completely understand being under pressure from the company with all of the COVID-19 modifications however I am talking since January of this year, with every single order they have missed something. It's Starbucks. What more do I need to say? This location is OK on the customer service. It is a newer location, and its not like the quality of the employment pool is that high here in Twin Falls. I have had to complain a couple of times online to Starbucks directly about a barista eating Taco Bell at the cash register - yuck - and how the barista was so rude when I was asking for a free refill of my iced coffee as a Gold Member. The newest Starbucks in Twin Falls. Opened September 2014. The Location is convenient and is in the standard Starbucks we're all familiar with. The Beverages are consistent as they normally are. The Patio is OK for mornings although there is constant traffic driving up to the store. In the afternoon, it will be too hot and loud to spend much time on the patio in the summer. read more

I think this store needs a district manager from Seattle or California to train the staff the correct Starbucks way. You do from time to time get a professional associate as the staff changes ALOT, but you mostly get small town slow moving chatting to there friend while you wait in line kinda service. When you travel from State to state as i do, its clear which stores have corporate presence and which ones do not. Also store is in a VERY tiny lot and easy to miss. When I first moved to Twin I drove by it for 3 months before i noticed it. I assumed the town did not have a Star Bucks as they do not have a 7eleven I go to Starbucks because I am in a hurry, but you get in and out fast or you may not here. Just depends if the associate has run into a family member or friend they wanna catch up with. Lastly they are ALWAYS out of my Italian Roast whole bean bag off coffee. read more

This is one of the friendliest Starbucks I've experienced in my travels. They made me feel like a regular even though I'm just passing through. I ordered drive thru and got a dirty chai with coconut milk. Sometimes when I order it this way, it tastes a little burnt. The barista at the register suggested a risotto shot in the chai instead and it was perfect! The barista saw my dog riding passenger and offered him a small cup of whip cream. Really love the service here. Everyone smiles and staff always seem happy to help with any questions I have. I know a lot of people shy from Starbucks because they're corporate, but I know they treat their employees good with affordable healthcare benefits, decent wages, and free college (ASU online). I have yet to see a local coffee place compete with that. More importantly, the coffee is excellent. I like to buy their beans for drip coffee at home. Anyway, this is my favorite Starbucks location because it's so close to the canyon. I often stop with a friend, read a bit while she does her homework, and then go for a walk on the canyon rim trail just across the road. There is always plenty of parking since this is located near the Magic Valley Mall. Anyway, if you like Starbucks, and find yourself in Twin Falls, this is THE place to go. read more
