i go here often before heading to work in wappingers and always have a great experience with the people working there! They are very friendly, upbeat and helpful. The one suggestion I have for this starbucks is maybe to make the front of the store a bit cozier - maybe more smaller tables instead of the one longer one in the middle. My favorite drink is a vente london fog latte with almond milk and vanilla. I repeatedly get Royal English Breakfast instead of Earl Gray tea, even though when I have asked, I am always told Earl Gray is the only tea for London Fog. I have also ordered it in Wappingers and they didn't steam the milk. Today topped it- I did not need to wait in line yet I waited 15 minutes for my tea. I got Royal English Breakfast, not Earl Gray, and was told it took so long because it takes time to steep the tea. Starbucks does not steep tea. The drive through window was very busy. But when I park my car, walk in, and place my order, I expect to receive my drink before 5 cars pass the window. Damn Starbucks, you need to do better!! read more

Great place to get some work done. Free wifi and free refills of your coffee if you dine in. Definitely download the Starbucks app if you come a lot because you can get free food and drinks with your points. The bathrooms are always clean here as well. There was even a huge group table that sits 8 ppl and tons of other people working so you don't feel weird staying for awhile like at other smaller Starbucks locations. In fact there was even a knitter who meets a knitting group here. Also the staff here is super nice and even late or close to closing they never mind doing a blonde roast pour over even though it takes extra time to make it. Honestly. I love Starbucks. I've gone countless times to a ton of locations. I stand by then no matter what. So I'm torn posting this review but I have to at this point. I've been going to this location consistently for a while now because of my job location and I have to say that 3 out of 5 times there's always something wrong. Something is always wrong or just completely missing and it's just very frustrating considering I have very little time in my schedule to keep traveling back to the store to have it fixed. Half of the time I just deal with it. Now with that being said, they always do the right thing and fix it and apologize but it's just exhausting at this point. I wish I could give a 5 star review like I normally do because I'm obsessed with Starbucks so it's disappointing. Sorry guys read more

Absolutely awful wait time for patrons within store. Seems like drive thru takes priority, as you see car after car whiz by. Potentially under staffed? Or maybe not prepared for a random 6:30pm rush on a Saturday. Whatever the reason it was pretty frustrating. Great new location though. Very spacious. read more

A new Starbucks in town! So far so good. Their COVID-19 drive-thru and mobile pick-up is tight and that's all we need right now. The wait isn't as as notoriously awful as it is at other Starbucks (fishkillcoughfishkill). There are clear signs with directions. Staff is just much nicer here, too (some even advise you to order a certain way so that it costs less). Orders have been correct. We don't leave feeling like we've wasted the better part of a day. It's the little things right now, right? I will never again darken the doorstep (or uh, the drive-thru, these days) of that other Starbucks on Rte. 9 in Fishkill. This one is glorious in comparison. Although the other one is more on the way to when we're leaving town for a road trip of some kind, knowing the chaos that awaits us there, we'll gladly drive out of the way a bit for this Starbucks. It will save us time and even more important, anguish (hyperbole is intentional). read more

I come here almost every day... I'm a SAHM and it's very close to my house. BUT.... I'd rather take the extra drive to Fishkill/Merritt. They've remade several drinks for me because of the lack of competency at the Wappingers Falls location. the service and product quality at WF Starbs has gone downhill DRASTICALLY. Some of their staff are great.. but many others need to be fired ASAP for their blatant disregard and disrespect towards the customers as well as the company they work for. It's truly shameful. My order: Venti iced coffee with a little bit of non-fat milk & caramel drizzle.... No classic. Simple, easy, uncomplicated order. When I was initially handed my drink, there was no caramel drizzle at all. The cashier, Mia, took it upon herself to turn around and remake my drink... the excessive amount of caramel that was put into my cup is DISGUSTING and ridiculously wasteful. I've included photos of the drink I was handed as she said with a snarky attitude "here you go I added extra extra caramel for you" I gave her a dirty look and told her that was extremely excessive... I have a crying toddler in the backseat so I didn't wait around for her to mess up yet another cup of coffee.. but I am so angry that my coffee is NOT drinkable and I can't even trust them to remake it properly. A waste of my hard-earned money. I'd like to add that I'm the kindest person at the drive-thru window... always pleasant in my tone and I am PATIENT AF.. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I'm beyond pissed off at how I was just treated in return, as a paying AND FREQUENT customer. F you Mia, from Wappingers Starbucks.. you suck at your job and you need to get out of customer service if THAT is how you wanna act towards someone simply asking for their order to be made correctly. Best ice cubes ever!! They are little flat ovals. I wish every Starbucks had these ice cubes!

We purchased and made the christmas cookie decorating kit. it was so much fun!! there were plenty of cookies and decorations for our family of four, and the cookies were delicious! reasonably priced and very convenient, we will do this again next year. This location was super clean and setup very nicely for the current pandemic situation. We went into it to pick up our mobile order and another girl was there waiting for her drink as well. There was a mistake with her drink and the girl was rude about the mix up. However, the barista was super nice and professional about the whole situation even though everyone else was appalled. I mean I get it, it sucks that it's not the drink you wanted but they can always remake it. Be nice people c: Keep up the great work awesome baristas!! :D read more

I love this new location. It's clean and the staff is so sweet. Most of the time the wait on the drive up line isn't bad. I like to order ahead on the app so I tried that to skip the wait. My tip would be to go online until they figure out the inside though because going inside didn't work out well and I see other people have problems in that area too. There were only 2 customers inside, one waiting to order and myself who had already ordered but we were being neglected as the 3 staff members waited on the drive up only. Finally, the person in front of me got frustrated and left and when they noticed they waited on me. It had been over 10 minutes and my order hadn't been started, but they took care of me, which I appreciated. In the future, I will stick with the drive up. As I said, the staff is very sweet and I do notice in other Starbucks they seem to ignore the inside customers when the drive up is busy so maybe they need to dedicate one person to the drive up and one to the inside? read more

Waited in line for 24 mins. The drive thru doesn't allow for leaving once you are in there you are stuck! Completely unacceptable!
