Awesome spot right off the main road perfect for a hot day when you're in desperate need of a pick me upper. After a car wash, decided I needed some fuel. It was a super hot summer day so nothing pairs better than a nice smoothie. I was highly craving a smoothie bowl but sadly didn't have much time to enjoy one. I always feel like if you don't sit down properly to enjoy a smoothie bowl, you just end up with a brain freeze. So I went for the next best thing: a power protein smoothie! They have a vegan version with pea protein and almond milk which was awesome! I happily took this to go but this Vitality Bowls location is a complete vibe to come hang out and do some work or stop in for a quick lunch break. Love their fire place and cute neon sign. I'm a sucker for neon signs hehe. The window tints keep this place nice and cool and you can sit by the window and people/car watch. Stopped by for an açaí bowl because I heard great things. Luckily I got here right before the lunch rush and put my order in. Right after me, about 15 people came in in the next 10 minutes, and there was only ONE person working. He was so overwhelmed with the in-person orders and online orders.. I felt bad that they were understaffed and he was running around. It took minimum 30 min for anyone to get their order. The tropical açaí bowl was tasty but at $13.50, very pricey. Probably won't come here again given the LONG wait and steep prices. read more

This business has been sold!!! The new owners are not up to par!!! As I ordered, I had to run to the bathroom and HORRIBLE sights of dirty toilet seats !!! Sadly I had already paid and was immediately disgusted. The children at the front and in the back do not know what they're doing .. remember we all have a learning curb yet this was ridiculous. I requested the name and number of this new owner and upon receiving my order, I immediately threw it away. I left a very clear voicemail letting the owner what I saw in the filthy bathroom and how inexperienced his representatives were and how I threw everything away. It couldn't have been a more disappointing experience. While the staff are very nice, they don't seem to know their own menu. Everything we ordered was incorrect; attempts to request it be fixed resulted in an even bigger mistake. The service is very slow, which is fine considering it is all supposedly fresh; but the quality of what we received was insufficient. What a disappointing experience. The only reason Vitality Bowls gets two stars is because they seem like nice people. Explained three times that I wanted pour over coffee, and was given what must have been their nitrogen cold brew twice (after I sent one back). The person who gave it to me said "you got milk in it, I've never seen anyone get milk in it before". Reader, I did not ask for milk in either the drink I did order OR the incorrect drink that was given to me. I decided to just go with the second incorrect drink, which is called the Mumbai Nights brew, and it was indescribably horrible. For food, I ordered the Morning Glory Wrap, the main ingredient of which is scrambled egg. It took about ten minutes for someone to come out and tell me they were out of eggs(??). I asked if they could throw in chicken instead, and even though it's typically an extra charge, they kindly complied. Unfortunately they were stingy with the protein as there were only 3-4 very small pieces of chicken in my entire wrap. Somehow the whole wrap was completely flavorless, with the roasted potatoes and pickled onions unable to redeem the thing. There is a flier in the window imploring people to support local businesses. Personally I will spend my local dollars elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. read more

It may be a little slow but worth the wait. They do a lot of preparation to preform all these great Vitality Bowls. Everything is made to order and not "sitting" in a fridge display. I'd recommend calling ahead to order if your in a big rush but they have separated seating and a really nice atmosphere and light jazz music in the back ground. Great healthy option to have a quick breakfast or light snack. I think it's a great alternative if you aren't looking for a heavy large meal. However, it is a bit messy if you are ordering to go as the bowls have almost a smoothie consistency and are in to go bowls with thin lids that leak. Unfortunately one of my bowls leaked all inside the to go bag so next time if I would try to stay and eat it fresh there in person. The apple pie special bowl was delicious but had a lot of raw cinnamon powder on top that I would skip next time. The bowl overall had great flavor and the granola added a nice crunch that the dragon bowl we ordered didn't have. The setting is so cute especially with all the Christmas decor by the fireplace. There's tons of seating and the two different people I saw sitting there had laptops they were working on so a great working cafe setting. I'll be trying more options in the future! read more

First time shaking at a place like this and I got to tell you I was blown away by the experience. Ordered a small soup and the superfood Bowl and they came out within 10 minutes. The house soup was based off of Thai soup with barley and it was delicious The superfood Bowl has an acai Bass with a lot of accoutrements on top garnished with bananas and blueberries. It's hard to explain but when you taste it at all comes together. It was a pretty hearty lunch I only had a medium Bowl. Carried me all the way through dinner. if this was an across the river in Wappingers I would probably be a regular. read more

The space is bright and clean. Staff super friendly and accommodating, patient and able to explain options and how it works. I wish you were able to create your own smoothie or substitute ingredients, but it's not possible. So many options it took me literally about 10 minutes to decide. The bowl was very flavorful - ice cold, fresh ingredients - and did take some time to be served (we were the only people inside). The cashier was friendly, as was the young man who came out to make the latte I ordered. Coffee service needs tweaking (confused staff unsure of what type of milk was available, only 2 shots were given when I ordered 3). With training this place could be dynamite. Food is EXTREMELLYYYYY gross. Service is HORRIBLE. I went in a few times in the last month ordering a panini and a smoothie and they repeatedly kept messing up my order. I was waiting in there for over a half hour. They were out of so many ingredients consistently like avocado, feta cheese, etc. So ridiculous coming from an expensive establishment. The manager was on sight and still the order was a mess. The smoothie was not even put on my order. Panini was very sloppily made. So disappointed and will never be back there again. Went to dinner here today for the soft opening. Bowls were fantastic, and tasty. They make everything to order so you can have items removed if you dont like them. For me it was bananas. They were more then accommodating. For any one with food allergies. They ask upfront and can make bowls to your specifications. Can't recommend them highly enough. Worth the trip. read more

The new owners are extremely rude. They don't care about the staff that works there. Within the first few days of switching owners all the old staff had quit.
